very poor service
I went there for lumch 2pm. one guy in front of me. stood there 5 minutes for him to order then I left no food. here is why. this guy does not work there but knew the girl taking orders and she turned to the manger and aksed her if he can get a discount on his meal and she said yes.i thought only staff got discounts on there food guess not. then 3 other employees tried to help her on the computer to get his discount. then 2 other employees came and was talking to him while other people waiting in line to order. you have a problem here needs to be fixed right away or start losing money by people leaving like me and not ordering your call just to let you know.
49 minutes in drive thru
50 minute wait in taco bell drive thru at West Des Moines Iowa location. Ridiculous. I am no longer a customer. (Especially since the cashier was "gaming the orders" to make receipts look like the wait wasn't nearly as long as it was & when I finally got up to the pick up window the cooks were joking around instead of completing orders for me & the 8 cars behind me.) This is not the first time I have had to wait a long time at this location, last visit it was over half an hour. I could have made bean burrito from scratch in the time it took to be served. ball of hair chalupa
Bought chalupa through the drive tru and parked. As i was chewing, felt hair in the roof of my mouth. I grab it with my fingers and it was a ball of hair, felt more hair and reomved additional hair didn't feel right and rinse my mount with water. 2 kids, they look like 13 yrs old, at the window, manager looks under 30 yrs of age. Went inside almost lost it. Question yourselves before buying at this branch.
This complaint may seem small but it is on principal and I see I am not the only one. I went to the Taco Bell today in Ringgold, Ga...went through the drive through. I was told when I ordered that it was $3.82 which was correct as I ordered the same the previous day so wrote it in my check book. At the window I was told the register was "messed up" so did not get a receipt. When I got home I was balancing my check book and went on my online account (about 20 minutes after ordering) and saw that I was charged $4.82. I tried to call the Taco Bell but the phone number online went to a fax. I tried to post a complaint at the Taco Bell page but it is "under maintenance". I tried to call but it was closed. I don't feel like changing my whole check book, I don't like that I did not get a receipt and that the posted bill was incorrect. I don't like that I could not reach ANYONE to complain! I will be going back in person to complain!

I've seriously counted. How can the last 7 timed I have tried to get food for my family the order is always wrong. Something is either left or just plain not right. This is one of my kids favorite places to eat so a t least once a week we're there. I try to call and let them know that my order was wrong so that the next time I come to get food I can get straighten out but no one answers. Who wants to drive all the way back to get a couple of left off Tacos so that when you get home the rest of the food is cold.
Went to Taco Bell in Saraland, AL ordered 5 taco Supremes, charged for them but they were not Supremes, just meat, lettuce and cheese.
I asked for a taco WITH OUT LETTUS (sorry I spelled it wrong) I ordered to tacos like that but both of them had Lettuce

I ordered 2 cheezy gordita crunches that had very little meat, cheese, and lettuce. All I tasted was the shells. My boyfriend had 3 beefy 5 layer burritos that were one dollar a piece and I had 2 crunches that were 2.18 a piece and weren't half as good or filling. If they are going to charge more for items, they should at least include an adequate amount of ingredients to substantiate the price.
i had ordered a chalupa and some cheesey potatos, in both items there was a black hair 3 to 4 inches long and i called all they said was ok and didn't even ask if they could do anything to improve there services of quilaty of the food. Very disappointed
We eat at Taco Bell on weekends and the music is not conducive to dining and it too loud. The music is not for the costumers but for the employees because we see no-one under 60 years of age eating inside. The younger people use thr drive-thru or come in and order food to-go. This Taco Bell is located next to a Motel and caters to travelers.
This is a big problem when trying to eat there.
I am extremely upset Taco Bell is no longer featuring beefy crunch burrito's, if someone or anyone could please change this and put it BACK on the menu it would be greatly appreciated. I enrolled into sweepstakes at Taco Bell (I never enter sweepstakes but thought I'd give it a try). I searched and searched for a place to enter my code on their website from the drink cup I got but didn't find it.
I am angry at Taco Bell because they are obviously benefiting from the information we give them and mislead their customers.
First NO beef and now NO shrimp. I got a shrimp taco and the shrimp were no bigger then a dime. It should be called a crisp shredded lettuce taco cause that's all it was. If I would have known I could put a picture of it up I would have taken one.
I am a manager for a physician's office and in no way would I allow an employee to be on their cell phone at any time during serving a patient/client! My family and I were waiting in the drive thru for our food and while watching the cook he had a cell phone braced by his shoulder and communicating on his cell phone the entire time we waited in the drive thru. I did not appreciate this service and it is not professional at all!
paid for wrong receipt
I went through the drive-thru on 9/3 and a girl named Lauren ran my debit card before she gave me the total and it was more than was on the drive-thru monitor. She refunded the higher ticket and wanted to run my card again for the correct amount. I told her and the guy that was 'helping her" that I could not afford both tickets. The guy said the refunded ticket would be refunded immediately and now it's gonna take 3 to 5 business days before it comes off(if it comes off at all). Well it was not. It is still on my bank account as a debit transaction. I asked for his bosses number and he gave it to me but no one answers and you can't leave a message.
menue pricing different from charges
The Taco Bell in Alachua Florida has a menu with pricing on the menu, however when you place your order the prices come back higher than the menu. I noticed this about 3 month's ago and questioned it when I paid the bill and they said the management had changed the prices and they were what the cash register said not the prices on the menu.
I thought that the change in pricing was something they were doing and paid and left.
Three month's later when I returned I asked if the prices were the same as on the menu and the answer was that they did not know what the price was until after you placed your order and they rang it up on the cash register.
They do not tell you this unless you ask which means if you are not alert to the difference you could be paying more and never noticing it.

I visited taco bell on [protected]:59 a. M. On 8331 baymeadows rd jax fl and was discusted at the site of the filth on counters where food was served, soda machine covered in dirt and mold i refused to use that discusting machine. The bathroom was totally unsanitary, dining area walls, tables, and floors totally black and discusting, rude and slow service, then food was made with mushy old tomatoes that was not cold at all. I thru my children and mine and my husbands food in the trash, i feel i was robbed by the business. Worst and the nastiest i have ever encountered in my life.

employee harassment
I waited in line for my order while a manager harassed an employee for not having change in the cash drawer. It sounded as if the manager should have gotten the change for the employee. Instead the employee was told "too bad" you should have not accepted a large bill. It is your own fault, give them nickels and dimes. The employees stated there wasn't even any quarters in the drawer to use. The employee was near tears as she didn't want to disappoint the customer. Is this the way you treat your employees?I sure hope not. I will revisit one time to see if the matter continues. If it does I will contact Human resources in Green Bay. This is not good business at all. I would not work for someone that treats people in that manner. The manager needs a talking to or fired .
Your main manager for this Taco Bell should be alerted to this type of behavior. If this keeps up you will be on the endangered list of fast food chains. I was disgusted by this behavior and treatment of a human being! GET IT FIXED!

This place is so bad when it comes to putting Stuff in a shell. We as Costumers pay good money for the food and we should get good food. And its only at our taco bell I go to one out of town and I get what I paid for I ordered a taco and it had a little meat 2 little peace of lettuce and half of the shell was empty I order a taco not a shell, if something is not done about this place people in this little town will be taking their business to taco time where they do it right. I have posted a pic of my taco in hopes that something gets done about the way they make the food. We have done many surveys and still the same thing happen. This is a small town and people talk and people do not want to return where they feel they are being ripped off.
rude customer service
I had to repeat my order five times, that wasn't even the problem. When
she gave me my total and told me to pull around she obviously didn't
realize her head set was still on and proceeded to say "oh my god that
customer was difficult". I pulled around to the window and she
didn't look up at me once. She handed me my food and slammed the drive
through window. And my food wasn't even right. I do not plan on EVER
going back to this poorly run establishment. They need new attitudes.
This was not my first bad experience. I had gone before and they messed
up my food so I drove back through and they did it wrong again. So I
drove through again and when I got to the window I could hear the
kitchen employees yelling about how they "just made this ### twice
already, why I gotta keep making this ###, Im not going to make it again...oo yeah I'm gunna
wrap that up real nice." Needless to say I was afraid to even eat my
food because the kitchen was apparently pissed and I wouldn't put it
past them to spit in my food. I would not recommend visiting this
location EVER. The worst customer service I have ever received! (I work
in restaurant business so I know customers drive you crazy sometimes but
there is NO excuse to treat a customer that way)

I am Native American, my friend is African American. We both went to Taco Bell for lunch. No one was in line, so I went to the counter to make my order. When I approached the counter, the African American employee ( who was behind the register) took two steps back away from the counter and crossed his arms. He had a VERY angry look on his face... Equivalent to someone wanting to punch my face in.
I didn't know what was going on so I greeted him and asked if he was going to take my order. He stepped towards the register and took it. He kept that look on his face the whole time. His customer service wasn't service at all.
Afterwards, my friend ordered her food. He was VERY VERY nice to her, and even gave her a 10% discount!
I brought the employees behavior up to the supervisors attention. The supervisor also pointed out that the employee over charged me as well.
He SAID the guy would be felt with accordingly, but who knows! Racism is soo strong here in the Bible Belt!
We won't be going to THAT Taco Bell ever again.

My brother & me visited Taco Bell store to have lunch & it was the greatest shock of my life. We come from religion which believe in high religious values & are known throughout the world for our respect and care to the smallest of living things. Yes we are Jains & are pure vegetarians
We Jains, take utmost care walking into any restaurant to ensure that the quality of food served is pure vegetarian and cooked with the greatest level of hygiene. The first time I walked into Taco bell, I got to know that they have a separate kitchen – for preparing Veg & non-veg food and that’s when I realized that I can trust and eat my meal which will be pure vegetarian. With the same trust I have been eating my meal from taco Bell atleast for a yr now. But last time it was a mental trauma.
I had ordered for a Vegetarian Mexican pizza (along with other items) & found a piece of chicken in my food. To add on you have a big bold green mark printed on the box of the food served to fool people that it is vegetarian. FYI, do you know who brought out this concept of differentiating the red mark as non-veg and green mark as veg food in India? It was we Jain’s who had requested the Indian Govt to bring out this measure so that people like me needn’needn't go through the ingredients every time we eat our food.
I have been trying hard to get over this, but I realize that I am in deep mental agony. Taco bell has hurt the sentimental values of me & my religion and is solely responsible for my pain and distress. You guys claim to have separate kitchens, display big talks of nutrition values, social responsibility & what not, is this just a marketing gimmick?
You have no idea how badly you have hurt us in our religious values and how disappointed we are by this careless, non-professional and disgusting behaviour of Taco bell. Hence, I have decided to take this seriously & make people aware of how companies of your stature come to India and setup food joints and lack the basic Hygiene standards and has no right for such careless & unacceptable attitude delivered.

I used to love Taco Bell. I haven't eaten it in months because...
I was washing the windows there one day. One of the employees was waiting in her car for her shift to start. Suddenly she comes running up to the trash can just outside the door, hand to her face. Dripping from her face is what I'm pretty sure was snot. More snot than I've ever seen in my life. After this happened she came inside and started handling food without washing her hands. Disgusted and never eating taco bell ever again

Upon arrival I noticed the dining area was a complete mess. Should have left then. After placing my to go order, 15 minutes later I sat down to wait it out. Then a worker was locking the doors and told me the dining area was closing in 3 minutes. Everyone in front of me were having problems with there order. So, after 25 minutes of waiting, I received my order. And was happy for once. When I got home, my wife and I began eating the tacos, which were nasty. They were broken into pieces. We were so mad. Now I have a fear that I can't go out for food anymore. Thinking of what the Taco Bell employees might be tampering with my food. I feel so violated. So I seek legal advice? This is by far the worst fast food place in Greenville SC.

Spent close to 20$ worth of Tacos and nachos only to get home and find not one order was correct. I told myself I would never go here again since the last time they gave me the wrong food (its every single time). So I call and the manager says to come back and they will fix it. So, I get home with my SECOND order only to find it to was wrong. Manager was not friendly or apologetic at all. I would have went back a third time but its pointless. By that time their spitting in your food. Grrrr

So dining at Taco Bell on Pecos, Store # 000165 in Westminster Co. we received all of our order fairly quickly about 10 min to make it out. I don't mind waiting as long as my food is made fresh. But the crunch wrap was completely soggy! It had to be sitting a very long time! So I asked nicely if I could get a new one, the cashier William B. looked at me like I was crazy, walked partially out of sight, laughed and said yeah just give her that. Then turned back to me and said just a minute. Not sure why I didn't take it as a bad sign, maybe having faith in Taco Bell was to much to ask. Well 2 min later I revived what I can only describe as a reheated crunch wrap. I am guessing it was the same one I received before just stuck back into the grill press. If you have any common since you would know that once a taco shell is soggy no amount a reheating will un-sog it. It made me feel nauseous and with the comment that was made left me questioning if they may have done something to it. I only made it through maybe 1/3 before just throwing it away I would rather starve then eat crap, It was gross, nothing like normal. I will never eat at the Pecos Taco Bell again and will highly discourage it with everyone I know!

I never once stated that the people were nasty, that was you. I focused on the quality of the food that was nasty and gross, along with the fact that the cashier made a comment that was rude and his behavior matched. I even stated that I was unsure if it was even about me just that it made me question the service I received and that it was very disappointing. ### jobs, to say the least suck. I not very fond of mine but at least I take pride in what I do and try to do well no matter what.
I am sorry that your life is so lame that you must spend all your time trolling complaint sites, while people are who actually feel they have been wronged are trying to have their complaints heard. But if you can not respect others, maybe you should look at yourself and ask if there is a deeper meaning as to why you must belittle and berate others to make your self feel better.

food matters
Well for about the last two months this location of this taco Bell has gone down hill. My husband and I go through there off
and on and when we do. Some times we will get the wrong food, or they will forget to give us our food. I have gotten soft
tacos and get them home and they are ice cold. We only live like 2 minutes from the resturant. Well Today I went through
there march 7th 2013 ordered myself a Nacho Bell supreme without the tomatoes. Got them home and sat down and
started to eat them, the chips were stale. Stale gross. I couldn't wat them. So why Am I writing you? Well I really think
someone needs to go there and check them out. I've tried going back with my food and I get treated rude. So I stopped
going back. I just think they need to be investigated there. Something is going on and it isn't all that good anymore.

Dear Taco Bell Rep, I am trying to be nice as I can here. I am just stating from my husbands and I point of view Of what we have experienced from there that is all. We don't go there too often. When we do we never get what we order. It is always something wrong with our food. We don't show them rudeness. We aew are nice and respectful to them. They say they are sorry and so do we. We have never been mean to them at all. We have never raised our voice at them either. We just want our food hot when we get it and the right order. That is all I am wanting. I haven't or my husband has ever been rude to them at all. They haven't been rude back. I realize we all make mistakes everyone is human. Always enjoy taco bell, I am always satisfied with the quality of the products. Today (07/03/16) I ordered a Beef Taco Salad and two soft chicken tacos. Chicken tacos were good, however was very unhappy with this salad. Lettuce was completely wilted and soggy, taco shell was greasy and smelled as if it had been cooled in old rancid oil. By dinner time(this food being outside the fridge) the food was not warn any longer. This being at room temperature. We asked for a refund drove back two hours later and they were rude to us and refused to give us a refund.

pitiful
Pitiful portions: I ordered three double deckers and three grilled steak soft tacos at a grand total of $12.00. Four of my tacos had very little substance as far as the filing goes. One in particular literally had like half a spoonful of meat and one little strand of lettuce...pathetic. For $12.00 I expected to get some substance. Way overpriced to begin with and then they skimped on the filings. I will go somewhere else from now on and get more food for less.
$2 per item isn't bad.Especially since they are specialty items and not just crunchy taco's.I agree they never have enough meat in them but the price you paid wasn't bad!
over priced
A bean burrito is one of the few things left that you can buy for 99 cents. Ok, so I like to add sour cream. That's 30 cents extra, and as long as they actually remember to put it on, I don't mind paying for it. Today I asked to add lettuce as well. I figured it would be free. Well, I get my bill and my food and drive off to eat it and find there is less than a teaspoon of lettuce on it and an added 30 cents on the bill! So I was charged 60 cents extra to have a tiny squirt of sour cream and a barely visible addition of lettuce. Had I paid 30 more cents, I could have forgot the sides and just had 2 whole burritos! Kind of ridiculous, huh? It was even worse, because they gave me less of everything else that is normally on the burrito to add the other 2 items. Look, if you are paying to ADD something, you should not be SUBTRACTING other items. It is supposed to have more bulk with lettuce added. It looked like it had been shrunken. What a disappointment.

rude employees and unclean
I had a very horrible experience at this business. The employees were very rude and literally accused me of lying to get sour cream on an order that they messed up! I was outraged! And the restaurant was very nasty and unkempt. There is no way that I will ever bring my business there and I would advise you to do the same!

my Husband and I went out to Taco Bell on Sunset drive Waukesha WI, store 7467 we were asked for our order by the Shift Leader her name is Bridgett, she toOK our order and she kept saying with sour cream? we said yes and no lettuce, we waited 20min for our food as the three other girls in the back laugh-ted and played around, we get our food to the table and there was sour cream and yes lettuce too, I went back up to the counter and asked if Bridgett told them on the screen no lettuce? at that time we were told no, I said OK went back to table, Bridgett went to register and toOK another order, she loOKed up at us a few times but never once came over to say sorry or even consider saying anything to us, there are many good people loOKing for work and we have to have someone like this the Shift Leader! oh boy that says a lot about that place, we will never go back and hope there are a lot of people that loOK for reviews before going there ever, If you do end up there loOK for the SHIFT Leader, BRIDGETT, she will mess your order up for sure.
being wrongfully charged and rude customer service
I went to the Taco Bell in Fresno and ordered the Doritos Nacho Box which is $5.50 comes with a Crunchy Doritos taco supreme, burrito supreme and a regular crunchy taco and a drink. "From the second I walked in the guy was not very friendly" I asked the cashier "Rodney" to substitute the crunchy tacos for soft tacos. He told me my total is $6.48. So i asked him how much the tax is because the meal is only $5.50 and he said .48 cents is the tax. So i asked him why it is coming to $6.48 because that is charging me almost a $1.00 in tax and he said yes and just looked at me. So i asked him again it the meal is $5.50 and the tax is 48 cents that does not add up to $6.48 so where is the other 50 cent charge coming from and he said I dont know that is what it is telling me the tax is. I told him yet again that I want to know where I am getting charged an additional 50 cents and he very rudely made a very loud sigh and then said we are charging you for substituting the crunchy tacos for soft tacos...REALLY? I have always substituted crunchy for soft tacos and never was charged. I asked him to cancel my order and he said fine and handed my money back. He was very rude, I would like to understand why the extra charge for a soft taco over a crunchy taco, that just doesnt make any sense?
