Swagbucks swagbucks scam

I used Swagbucks and can't say anything good about it. Swagbucks is just another scam, they will use you, you will answer their ridiculous questions and then they'll kick you out.
Don't expect to get anything. If you expect to get free gifts or gift cards then this place is not for you. Swagbucks is a total time waste, these people don't respect their users.
I wasted so much time and never received my gift card, and when I contacted their support and said that I wasn't satisfied they deleted my account. Avoid.

Swagbucks dishonest company

Do not waste your time here, Swagbucks is fake and you will never receive anything. I regret I did not read the reviews earlier.
I filled out tons of surveys and did not receive anything. They promised I'll get free gifts for each survey but that was just a lie.
When I completely lost my patience I contacted them and demanded some explanation, but they replied nothing and later deleted my account.
Swagbucks is terrible, dishonest company, and they are not to be trusted.
You have been warned!

Swagbucks I wouldn't recommend swagbucks to anyone!!

This site is a total waste of time, don't even try it!
I wasted so much time on this stupid website and received no gift cards.
When I joined Swagbucks I received some surveys and was supposed to get some points for completing them. I filled in tons of surveys and earned many points but one day every single point disappeared from my account and I was not able to get my cards!
Customer service was a complete joke, they said that they had no idea where did my points go and that's all! No help, no support!
I'm totally disgusted with Swagbucks!

Swagbucks worst company ever!

At first I liked Swagbucks and they seems like a reputable and safe company to do business with. They sent me some surveys and I did get a small amount of money. So at the beginning in order to lure more users they actually let you earn some cash, but then they'll turn your life into a real nightmare and you'll never get what you deserved! I wasted so many time on their stupid surveys, earned many points and wanted to get a giftcard but they did not allow me to do so and one day every single point disappeared from my account! Asked them for help and of course received no reply! Worst company ever!

Swagbucks just a waste of time!

I joined www.swagbucks.com and decided to give it a try. I spent several hours on this website and earned quite a lot points. So there was an opportunity for me to trade in these points for gift cards. I was so excited and thought that this was a great idea. But when I clicked the verification button nothing happened! They did take my points, but I received no gift card. So I just wasted my time and received nothing! This website is a complete junk!

Swagbucks doesn't deliver the bucks

After deciding this would be worth my time, I spent three days attempting to earn swagbucks by answering questions/participating in surveys. I ended my three days with a whopping 40 swagbucks because three times, after completing a survey (the only three I was allowed to complete), the bucks were never awarded. Many times, the "survey" took up quite a bit of time answering qualifying questions only to say the "survey was full". If it were full, they could let people know up front so as not to waste time trying to qualify. Sometimes, I got 1 sb for attempting a survey, sometimes not. While possibly not a scam, swagbucks is a HUGE waste of time. Stay away.

Swagbucks claims that i have multiple accounts and i share my accounts.I dont know what they mean by share because i dont share any account or any information. No multiple accounts too.I made a lot of points and wasted all my hours on the website and they deacivated my account with no additional info. They suck and some action should be taken against them or shut them down permanently. They cant just go deacivating account without any info.

Swagbucks even if you are having a great experience with the site now, be very wary of what could happen

I was a faithful Swagbucks user for nearly a year. I thought it was great and recommended it to everyone. Occasionally I'd come across a bad review, but I thought they were just whiners who had been caught cheating the system. Imagine my surprise when I was suddenly told that I couldn't log in because my account had been deactivated. I contacted Swagbucks and tried to be polite and offered to help figure out what I did wrong but I got two very rude replies back from Allison, head of the compliance team, who told me I was a cheat and had used auto-refresh to watch videos fraudulently. I have never used anything like this - I don't even know how! - but they will not help or listen. I had over 8, 000 Swag Bucks in my account at the time of deactivation. Even if you are having a great experience with the site now, be very wary of what could happen.

Although I have a similar experience with Swagbucks, they did not deactivate my account. There must have been a glitch in my computer which caused them to falsely accuse me of attempting to manipulate the system.
Swagbucks in more interested in their bottom line than holding their survey providers to fair and ethical treatment of the survey takers.
Both Swagbucks and it's providers will cheat and deny you the Swagbucks that you have earned.

Swagbucks don't waste your time with this website

Don't waste your time with this website I've had much better experiences with others that actually paid out and offered way more than swagbucks offered. I was good at a game then got infiltrated by "cheaters" in which I am not calling swagbucks damage control because if someone is actually good at a game and dominates the tournaments they are virtually stopped by swagbucks damage control and if you complain they wrongfully accuse you of cheating and delete your account. I honestly prefer other sites to this sham and am currently in the process of being justified for the wrongdoing on my part. This site is horrible and don't provide for what they offer. If you don't enter tournaments and earn more than 200 swagbucks a month you're probably in the clear. I HONESTLY and FAIRLY made over 8, 000 swagbucks from tournament games and just because I'm good at arcade games the issued damage control on me. When I complained to better business bureau they deleted my account and replied to my comment on the bbb website that I was cheating when I was not and when I obtain the proof that I wasn't I will sue them for libel and misrepresentation hopefully getting the site shut down for good.

Swag Bucks is company that sells all sorts of products. I never downloaded this company; it appeared on my screen . I managed to remove the program but unable to their tool bar. They have very large logo that covers some of my programs.
I've contacted them several times and told them the problem. They sent me instructions on how to remove the logo. I followed the instructions and none of them worked(I'm not a novice with computers. I have around 12 years experience and used them every day at work.)
How do I get rid of Swag bucks. They frustrating me no end. They told me that I must be senile . With BS degree in Physical Science and an IQ of 130, I don't think so.
This outfit should not be in business.

I buy a lot online and my daughter got me signed up for Swagbucks. Problem is, it's a sham most of the time. It refuses to credit me for all my ebay purchased 99.9% of my purchases go uncredited. The ones they do credit me for are under 10.00. Never my hundred or two hundred dollar purchases. Complaining does no good, you get a generic response and nothing is resolved. We were doing remodeling/painting and I was buying my stuff at Lowe's online to get Swagbucks and then go and pick it up. It was working fine until I bought a 2500.00 lawnmower, I checked and triple checked to make sure Swagbucks was on and working. All of a sudden when I make this huge purchase, nothing! Never had a issue with Lowes purchases, now when I would've earned 50.00 in gift cards all of a sudden I don't get credit. I complained 5 times and told they were checking into it. I gave them all the info, the screen shots and nothing. I'm three points away from a 25.00 gift card and once that is earned and delivered I'm done with them. I can shop or do anything without them telling me to click on to get credit for that site and then 80% or more of the time I don't get credit anyway. It will work a time or two at QVC but when I made a huge purchase, all of a sudden it doesn't give me credit. It's a total sham...don't waste your time. Same for surveys, I'll spend 20 mins on a survey when all of a sudden it will say I'm not qualified. For twenty mins I was qualified and I'm at the end and it throws me out and I just wasted a portion of my life for what?

Agreed. It's amazing that Prodege LLC has an A+ rating from the BBB. But, if you look into Prodege (Swagbucks' parent company), you will see they are an Internet Marketing company, with Swagbucks being only a small portion of the business. The advertisers who use Prodege are happy, of course. They get millions of hits on their ads each day from Swagbucks and other sites where Prodege has their products with the client ads placed in them. So TBH, the BBB rating is skewed. Look at the complaints from Swagbucks users, and you'll see a 2 to 1 ratio of dissatisfied consumers to those who say their issue was resolved. And I am sure only a fraction of a percent of Swagbucks users even know they can file BBB complaints or do so. And the BBB system is automated bot replies just like Swagbucks.

I left another Rewards/GPT site to use Swagbucks exclusively a little over 1 year ago. At first, it was great. I was making $150-200 UDS a month for working the site for a few hours a day. In the last few months since they brought the new CEO from Fandnago over and the new Executive Team in... my earnings have been cut in half, for twice as much time spent on the site, doing the same activities- mainly Prodege/Swagbucks owned and sponsored activities like nCraves and nGage, searching the Web and Swagbucks Shop & Earn. The payouts for all of these have steadily decreased. The failure rate (activity does not work, does not progress, does not credit) has steadily increased. And Swagbucks shifts blame to third party vendors or delivery systems, ckl laims they are working tofix h the issues, yet the issues increase and get worse instead of better.

I rarely every submitted tickets for surveys or activities, unless I had 100% proof that I had completed them to 100% and met all qualifications and fulfilled offer/activity guidelines. And when I first joined, the responses always were personal, addressing my complaint or issue in a way that seemed like a LIVE person read and replied to it. And they were resolved in my favor 90% of the time. And had a CS agent's name on them. Now- bot replies, all the same. Reply does not reflect the ticket I sent or the activity I had issues with. ALL say "We are looking into it..." and no further response from CS, even with multiple replies from me inquiring into the status of the ticket or complaint. And NO CS agent name. Just a bot reply.

Swagbucks has gone downhill rapidly. The multiple technical issues/day continues to increase. The complaints (that are rarely, if ever, adressed) on their Facebook page increases. The payouts continue to drop. The difficulties in redeeming and c getting valid codes for e-cards and transfers of PayPal cash increase and increase. And it's almost Christmas. And the payout just dropped again, the technical issues with Prodege owned and operated activities hit an all time high for me and others today, and CS seems to all be on extended vacation for Black Friday.

I have gone back to InstaGC, who i left for Swagbucks a year ago. And guess what? Offers pay 2-3 times as much there. Offers credit more reliably there. I am making 2-4 times as much in 1/2 the time there. And I can cash out for payPal or DirectDeposit there with few limits ($1 USD minimum)... and they send my money within 24 hours, without fail, EVERY time. They have 3-4 times the offer walls, higher paying surveys, more easy 1 point videos and activities. And none of the technical issues that Swagbucks has. Sloppy coding and deceptive practices vs. Solid coding and open, transparent and honest practices. Yeah, guess who wins there? So long Swagbucks, hello again InstaGC.

Hard Break down: 1. Swagbucks Mobile App: 36 possible points a day 2 (2 cents) points awarded for every 5 videos u watch. Constantly locks up or shuts down. Requires constant babysitting and reboots of your mobile devices. The other mobile apps are a huge time sink they require u to watch 12+ vids for 2pts (2 Cents) 2. Surveys: EVERY comment above is true on my end as well 3. Ngage takes about 20 mins to complete 1 offer for 3 sb (3 cents) have been reporting to swagbucks daily (for 3 months now) that this offer shorts at least half the credits I earn each day, about half of those reported shortages are reimbursed to my acct. 4. Ncrave points vary per offer Video offers often times just never complete leaving you to spend 1/2 hour trying to complete when u get to the last Check mark and walking away empty handed or the page just going blank after all the time spent. The checklist offers often times tell u at the end after u completed all the offers on that page "Oh no activity not completed" wasting another half hour of your life for no compensation. 5. Swagbucks videos points vary by list 2pts awarded for up to 9 vids 20 vids award 5 pts often times the last video in the playlist will never flag complete no matter how many times u watch it. 6. Special offers is a page full of viruses and malware 7. Shop and earn has a million excuses to negate your points based on what u purchased. 8. If you rock the boat even a little your account is flagged for compliance and shut down with no warning or opportunity to cash out your current balance. 9. NOSO does have obligations for you to purchase things now which is contradictory to what NOSO means. 10. special offers like ncrave and the girl with her hand on her shoulder are reliable and always give you your credits but are rarely available. 11. Customer service often passes the buck and blames your computer for the problems that are common to many swaggers as shown above. They recently revamped the "LOOK" of the site and how swagbucks tv awards points making it take even longer to accrue points. If you push your daily points to max for the day it pushes the minimum over the month so high that it's impossible to achieve. They never give any notice when they are going to do maintenance so anyone who is midway through an offer is dumped out of the system never receiving the points they were spending all that time on. Considering how many users who are possibly swagging when this occurs all that advertisement money goes into the pockets of the corporation never compensating their users for those losses that is a serious crime by every standard of the law. With all that knowledge in hand it's very obvious they are profiting probably millions of dollars each year from screwing people out of a penny here a penny there and using strong arm tactics to keep people from speaking up out of fear of loosing what they have already worked for. Another users 2 cents

The thing is SB is no longer needed by Prodege who owns them. They offer the encraves to many other pay sites and really we hinder them from making any money (in their eyes). I have been with them for 5 years and the last two have been going downhill fast and the last 1.5 (after they hired that lame ex Fandango CEO and the new power C-Executive team) it went straight into the toilet fast. I used to make 300sb (3 dollars) in about 2.5-5 hours (on a very rough day 6 hours) but now it takes me 16 hours to make 500sb (some days I just can't like the last three days). If you report the issue of non paying offers and surveys SB will pay but they do NOT read anything you type (I have proof of this). They pay because it is they who are manipulating these things. Just think about it. 10 million users (lets say 4m are active each day) and the majority do not report non paying offers and surveys. Well, that is a HUGE chunk of change each day they made.

I am absolutely fed up with Swagbucks BUT the only thing keeping me on board was the apps I let run. Went from over 200sb a day to 126 to now 118 for the same video apps. If only I had a viable, and steady for sure, 3-6 dollars a day from a site I would drop SB like a hot potato.

update---I am the above poster. I am still getting the error msg that I am searching too fast (now they claim my browser/java/flash is outdated-IE11, 2 week old HD) I decided to start cashing out my bucks, as I fell uneasy this site will last much longer. 2 gift cards, one was sent with a link. Clicked on it-got "Wrong Link
You have clicked on an invalid link. Please make sure that you have typed the link correctly. If are copying this link from a mail reader please ensure that you have copied all the lines in the link."
I have tried a number of times-yes it was all copied. Requested them to resend, no response, emailed, no response, filled out the "contact us" at the bottom of their page-again nothing.
Not to mention the other, larger Gift card, I requested, although my SBs have been deducted-nothing there either.
This site is going down hill fast-I'd strongly advise to try and cash out anything you can-IF you can!

I also am having issues after having been a member for years. Somewhere I read that once you cash out a large amount, they pretty much boot you off. That appears what happened to me-I let my earnings pile up and cashed out for an Amazon card and since-today it took 46 pages of NOSOs (offers you can accept or decline)-it used to be 5-6 for the penny, also been having error msgs on their search engine "WARNING: You may be searching too rapidly. Please be sure to search on Swagbucks.com like you would on any other search engine. Thank you. " Repeatedly, and no occasional bucks for searching, used to get a few almost daily, now all I get is the error msg. They do not respond to problems. Their polls are a joke, they used to take submissions from members and now it's all by them, many controversial to get commenters arguing, and they move comments around as they agree or disagree with them. It now takes 30-45 minutes to get 2-3 SBs (=1c), where as before I did my cash out I used to get 10-20 for maybe 10-15 minutes of wasting my time, not much but it did add up.

Swagbucks has degraded from a good site to a bad one gradually over the past three years. I can see it in my earnings. My effort and presence/involvement at the site has remained constant, while my earnings have steadily decreased. The surveys don't credit as often, and are of lesser value. The "Swagteam" isn't as personable (your responses from them are robotic), whereas before, you felt as though there was an actual human dealing with your issue, AND CARED! They have little "team challenge days" for raising goals for members to ridiculous amounts, then offering points for people who jump through specific hoops. If they don't happen to have smartphones, they are left out of the races. It's all about how much one spends on the products that they shove down your throats, but then once those products are purchased, they are on to the next sucker, and that buyer is left behind. Swagbucks team has lost sight of any goal besides money. They show no glimmer of any moral compass, Easter holiday was not one. There were no special deals; everyone was left with no way to earn and come close to making goals. A nightmare. I have been with this site for years, and am sorely disappointed. Thought that it would mature...Any and all of my suggestions have gone ignored. Beware!

At one time i would do swagbucks every day, but now every survey I go to I am not able to take it, because I do not qualify for it. I have not heard of such bull in my life. They don't and should not make things easy or they would be cleaned out. But I don't think they should lie about people not qualifying for anything. Plus I have been waiting for a gift card code for over 10 days and they say they want to make sure we get the correct code. Sure.

Swagbucks when dante wrote about the seven circles of h%$ he never envisioned swagbucks

When Dante wrote about the Seven Circles of H%$$ he never envisioned Swagbucks. The search engine is totally obsolete. You'll spend 15 minutes earnestly completing one of their "trusted surveys" only to be told "we have enough participants" and you'll receive nothing. The "Swag" or gifts are ridiculous... member made "wall paper"? A 2005 Miley Cyrus poster? It's a colossal waste of time and energy and I look forward to their collapse.

Since the weeks of February 6 and 13, I can no longer search and use my VPN. I have been putting up with their slow search engine, but I'm not going to use it if I cannot use my VPN.

The only way I can search anymore is to turn off my VPN, and I am not going to do that.
