Sutton management review: Management

It s worst management ever,
They have came to fix a drainage and broke the pipe and they have said it s our responsibility we had to get it fix.
My parents who Re over 70 years old complaint condo was freezing cold and they called the management, I actually have spoken with the manager who s RICHARD STERN he asks whether they have hot water I said yes, he simply said there s nothing wrong with the pipes, and he said it s late and not to waste his time with the complains
We just got a bill from them, about this phone call we made ... He s saying someone came and check the pipes and they didn't find anything wrong so we supposed to pay.
And I know for fact no one came to check the pipes cause I told him if we were gonna charge I didn't want anyone to come and check on it .
Richard stern basically a very unprofessional manager to run sutton management. He s picking on my parents and me since we r a immigrant and he thinks we ll stay quite
