i have a complaint on house brokers and house rentals, first i have heard before two years in this area houses are rented for 500 rs to 2500 rs but now the reality is, for a single room with a small kitchen id rented for 5000 rs with 35000 advance, which is not a good thing, this situation is caused because of thehouse brokers, they increase the price of the house rent as a benefit for the house owners and demand a full month rent from the tenant, say if they hire a person for 5000 permonth rental, they take 5000 as their commision, and this happens with out the knowledge of the house owners some times, and the way the brokers behave is too terrible like rowdies and also they dont even have a license for this work, simply they become a house broker and put the hose owner and the tenant in to trouble, without even having te proper information they go ahead and get the houses for people, which finally ends up with problems, and this problem is mainly on all the areas in the city, the government should take action and open government services for these work and verify the brokers license severe action should be taken on tis issue.
