I ordered Supra Cleanse 350 and it was free trial. The company still didn’t deliver it, but they already took some fraudulent charge from me. I haven’t subscribed for any further orders or trials, and I have no idea for what they took $99.99 from my account. As well as they never informed me about this charge. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

I ordered face cleanse from the company Supra Cleanse. I needed to pay only for postage of two products, which was about $10. After I provided them payment, the seller didn’t deliver my order and didn’t reply to my emails. Also the seller charged my account twice, and he took $200. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

Supra Cleanse took out €89.99 out of my account one week and the next week they did the same for Garcinium. That is €179.98 in one month. I have notified my bank straight away to stop any payments to go through.

I came across Super Cleanse for the colon in Aug 2014 as a prize for completing a survey. A small shipping fee was to be charged to my credit card for a 14 day free trial. I waited and nothing was received and the company was contacted and stated to wait a little longer. A month later I was charged $99.99 for the product that I had not received. A week or two later the product arrived and they were advised of this as well as the return of the product. I was told that a refund would be sent to me upon receipt of the product! This was a lie and after several emails notifying me that my refund was being processed; nothing was received withing the following year. These people are scammers and will keep charging you if a stop payment is not put on your account. Their emails are signed Super Cleanse Customer Service Team which is nothing more than a joke and their address is: Customer Handling

Hind Sight is 20/20 - From now on I will read the fine print in Terms and Conditions. I ordered the trial and ended up being charged $500.00 within one month - my bank could do nothing for me !

If you read the side of the Supra Cleanse you will notice it says not to use for more than 1 week - now tell me HOW this product can be sold as an 'everyday' use product?!

The Phone numbers do not work ! The only way to contact these companies is thorough email !

I figured since I had the product and had payed SO MUCH for it, I might as well use it - my stomach is burning and neither product is holding up to its claims.

I am FRUSTRATED !

i have the same experience. And i did not pay attention to my bank account. Since the month of april, this society take 89, 99 euros x2 each month since september. They receive more that 1000 euros like this. Good for them. It is absolutely a scandal. Today i can not make anything to have my money. I mail and i dont have any response.

I have the same problem too. I was charged 2.99$ for the shipping of Garcinium's free trial and another 2.99$ for the colon cleanse. Which was ok because i ordered it. I cancelled within 2 weeks and i received a reply from supracleanse350 and Garcinium that it has been cancelled already and my information will be opt out from their systen. I was glad. But the next month I was charged $99.99 for Garcinium and another $2.99 for the shipping which was ridiculous. Yet i never received the order. I called my bank and filed a dispute. I also cancelled my credit card and ask for a replacement with a different card number. I frar that they will charge me again without my consent. There is no update yet about my dispute bit i am glad i cancelled my credit card.

Cancelling your credit card makes no difference. After finding myself in the same situation, I called my bank and was advised that the payment can still be deducted from your bank (something to do with the Visa).
So I believe most banks have set up a system where they can put an alert, so when they try to take the payment it won't be allowed. Then hopefully they will give up trying to take it after a while... hopefully. If not, then they will try something else but assured me that they will not be able to access monies from that account. After highlighting the three different company and amounts on my statement names on my statement, I was fully refunded by my bank.

HAPPY DAYS

I had the same experience as all the above people. I received the trail tablets with a big delay and have unsubscribed their service even before the trail supracleanse and garcinium tablets arrived because of the delay. However, today I just found out I have been charged US $ 99.99 twice (once for supracleanse and once for garcinium) ! This is unbelievable to be charged for a product you have never received and even have NOT ordered. I thought my e-mail telling them I do NOT want this product any longer should be enough to stop this... Well, clearly it wasn't enough. How is it possible after people cancel a product and stop ongoing relations they still can take money out of your CC accounts !

I immediately contact my bank and if needed will follow the advice to cancel my CC card
Hope some people wil read all of this comments and we can save somebody from all of this in the first place

Does anyone have a phone number for the supracleanse 350? Also, on doctor oz, I got linked into this with raspberry ketones, the $109.99 was charged by them aswel without receiving any products of sending any confirmation orders.
I've emailed but haven't heard anything, rang the bank and there's virtually nothing that can be done if the companies don't get back to me apparently, I'm trying to find a phone number for these places aswel as a reliable email, any help would be appreciated!

This appears to have been a scam of relatively recent origin judging by the dates on the postings - perhaps not long enough for a second or third charge to be posted to your credit card yet. If you did get a charge and wrote to request cancellation of your auto-order subscription, please report whether you have received any further charges on your credit card? If they are not responsive to the request to terminate then it would appear that the only alternative is to replace one's credit card. Given that they might try and slip one through down the road when you are not looking, this might be the best thing to do in the circumstances in any event.

I ordered mine early in July and two charges for $2.99 were put through my card, as authorized, on July 8. I did not receive my "trial" until early in August while away (and well after the 14 days under their terms by which to cancel your order) by which time a charge ($99.99) for the Garcinia had been posted to my CC (under a slightly different name than the first!) - I did not notice that charge on my Statement at the end of the month, but then happened to receive in the mail another bottle of Garcinia today which caused me to go back to my CC charges online where I noted a charge for $99.99 had been put through on August 7 for each of the Garcinia and the Super Cleanse (again, in each case, under a slightly altered name). I wrote emails to the addresses that I was instructed to communicate with in the emails confirming my original order cancelling my unwitting purchase subscriptions and advising that I had communicated with my CC Co. to instruct them to not accept any further charges. Of course, i have not yet received a reply thererto. If their modus operandi is, as it appears to be, to use slightly altered names on successive charges it will be very difficult for the CC Co. to know what not to process and could result in the necessity for a string of complaints and objections to be filed with your CC Co. As I say, replacing the card seems to be the only answer to this problem to protect your funds and credit rating, and the sooner the better. There can be little doubt that you are responsible to pay for successive mailings of product until you termilnate the agreement - you are not responsible for charges for product that you did not recieve, but the problem is that the money is out of the bank at that point and, it would appear from earlier postings, will be difficult to recover. Please govern yourselves accordingly.

These people have deducted $113.06 and $6.15 twice from my card. The only authorised transaction should be postal for $6.15 of a free trial which to date has still not been received. Unfortunately for me I tried researching this products but back months ago when I did there was no reviews . I'm do pissed at these scammers who take innocent peoples money. I wish they could get locked up. On the phone as we speak to my bank. ### need to be punished !

I too signed up for the small starter fee of $7.99 AUD on the 31st July.. I never thought I would be one of those people who gets suckered into scammers but alas, here I am.. I did it late at night when I was going to bed and just went through with my debit card.. I am quite religious at checking my bank account daily and everything had been fine until today. An amount of $109.99 had been deducted from my account yesterday. My heart was pounding.! Before I could say boo I was on the phone to my bank to cancel my card. As it was a debit card and i'm with ING nothing comes out of my card unless I have the money in there in the first place. They dont even let a cent go over into negative so I feel good about that. I have sent emails to all the corresponding accounts that I could find. I did only receive the colon pills originally but nothing else has arrived.. I have not tried them and feel too stand offish to even try. Scared they will make me sick now.! I feel that I may not get my $109.99 back even after lodging a dispute but I feel better that I was able to nip it in the tail before it got to hundreds of dollars... JUST BE AWARE.. IF IT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT ALWAYS IS...

This company took money from my bank account and failed to provide the product. The product was meant to be a free trial.

I strongly suggest you lodge an investigation into this fraudulent company.

Thanks.

I so wish I'd seen this website before I got involved with this company too !
I foolishly placed an order for the "free trial" in the early hours of 25 July and within 35 minutes had sent a follow up e-mail to cancel my order & advise that no money was to be deducted from my nominated bank account. I eventually received a reply confirming that my request to have my order cancelled had been processed.
I queried having to pay the $5.98 (2 x $2.99) postage costs given that no products were being shipped but was told this money is non-refundable. I begrudgingly accepted this & acknowledged my payment but again advised the company I did not authorise any further monies to be taken from my account.
So imagine my surprise & anger when a payment for $109.99 was processed on 9 August and another one for the same amount went through today !
I have spoken to my bank & like several others, it looks like I have to cancel my debit card & lodge an investigation request to try to get my $219.98 refunded.
I have e-mailed the company at support@supracleanse350.com demand they process a refund immediately but sadly I'm not holding my breath now I've seen all the other complaints on this site.
Think I'll be going into my bank 1st thing tomorrow to lodge the paperwork they require to start the process to get my money back because although the bank will probably take ages, chances are they'll be quicker than this dodgy company.
I vow to never get scammed like this again.

I ordered free trial of Garinium & Super Cleanse. Before I even received trial products they had debited my accounts of $109.99 each. I emailed " customer support" a few times before I eventually got a reply saying that my orders had been cancelled, & when I do received products either return them at my own expense for a full refund or if I replied straight away that I could keep products & receive a 50% refund. Well its be a few months & I'm still waiting for products to even arrive!

Got my fee trial and got charged $119.99 twice once for each bottle have canceled my credit card and asked the credit card company if they can get my money back. Do not touch this product do not do the free trial they will charge you the full amount after 15 days. Have sent them an email and they said I can return the product and they will give me my money back really do the think I am more supid than I already have been! I will have to pay for postage and I will never see my money again. I have decided to email them every day asking for my money which I doubt I will ever see but at least I can be a pain in their behinds.

Hi All,
I cancelled my order and received an email back from the Netherlands..?
In my email i explained I had not received the item and will not be paying any more and to please cancel any further requests..
At the bottom it said * if you require further assistance to put your ticket number in the header and reply back to the email..

I wrote to: support@garcinium.com - this was the email address that sent the confirmation of products
reply back from : support+[protected]@garcinium.com

and supracleans is : support@supracleanse350.com

I wrote saying i still have not received anything so cannot send it back so had better not get charged but have not had a reply - that was only a couple of days a go though...

Hope this helps!

I have been hit also but have no record of having even placed the order and neither have I received the original products yet I was charged on July 3rd. Shockingly, I was again charged 99.99 on July 23 for two more unordered products. Can somebody please provide me with the site information where the Supracleanse was first offered with Garcinia. Or somewhere that I can contact them to stop further shipping. Thanks so much.

i have had this sickening feeling ever since i checked my current account last week and found out there was a payment to Garcinium in the sum of £89.95 which i did NOT authorise. i have sent 2 emails to those people and have been waiting ever since... no reply, no credit to my account and no delivery of my 'newly purchased supply'.
i have only just found this complaint board, i feel sick and helpless. i see from all of you that there is no chance any of us will see our money back. i want to cry.

Same thing happened to me! My daughter purchased the trial and used my card by mistake (same bank and she is a teenager!) Knew nothing of it until an unbranded product arrived with no details (14th Jul). I went to my bank accounts and saw an initial deduction of £5.99 from one on 1st Jul. Phoned my bank immediately and they stopped it; however, the company had already requested the £89.99 on the 13th so it came off and the bank say they can do nothing about it so I am almost £100 down. Have tried all the emails, no response. If anyone knows any other areas, do shout. Awful products, the government should be closing these people down.

I saw the ad for these on the internet, and after reading the reviews online (from "reputable sources" like Dr Oz), thought it was too good to be true.

Turns out I was right.

Two weeks later, I check my bank balance to make sure I have enough money for groceries this week for my family, and see my account has been overdrawn by $109.99 - TWICE - by this bunch of scammers. I had to leave work early (with my gracious bosses' permission - it was a bit of a slow day), went to the bank and cancelled my card. They told me that they couldn't refund me until the payments ceased pending - which could be up to two weeks! If I need to get money out, I have to go to a branch - and since I work from before they open to after when I finish - I have to sacrifice part of my paycheck to go to a bank so that these losers will stop butchering me for my hard-earned dollar. I am feeling gutted by even writing this, but after seeing what these criminals (because that's exactly what they are) have done to people - now including my own naive self - has given me the strength to do so.

I hope these filthy degenerates get what's coming to them sooner rather than later... and when they do, how about we take a piece of them in return? It only seems fair.

There are loads of these companies out there. I didn't see the terms and conditions at the bottom of the Free Trial page and stupidly ordered the "Free Trial" this was Raspberry Ketone and the Green Coffee one. This would appear to be a classic scam and as long as we all fall for it time after time they will get away with it. After they charged me I spoke to an agent who just kept telling me that I should have read the terms of business. I told her I didn't see any and they also advertised via Facebook using a clever advert that makes you curious to have a look and you get sucked in. She told me that they do not advertise on social media, which was a lie. We just have to learn to accept that no matter where you go or what you do there will always be someone as an individual or a company tryong to rip you off one way or the other, You have to check and double check before you agree to part with your hard earned money.

Same thing happened to me - why can't they be stopped?! I got a free sample (ceased completing my credit card processing as I wasn't 100% sure) however, sure enough they still managed to take out $125.00 from by bank. I'm so pissed off .. emailed various address 'cancellations etc (came back as null invoid address). I even phoned but got an answer phone. I have cancelled my credit card & feel quite humiliated violated that they can just do that & get away with it ... they need to be stopped.
