This guy started off as Sun Valley in Idaho. His name is Randolph S Blatter . He failed to pay carriers and his bond was canceled. He moved and opened up in Texas and Colorado. His partner in Colorado is Mike Moody. He lives in mission Texas (Hidalgo county) and owns some property there. He opened up a new bond and is transporting produce without a PACA license which was suspended due to his scam. He still operates as Sun Valley and may be doing business as Sun Pro. He illegally operates sun pro farms without a PACA license. You can see the website at www.sunprofarms.com.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I know that when he was in Idaho, he did not pay some of the truckers that hauled loads for him. I am a shipper and several trucks called me looking for pay. Randy and his partner Mike Moody are smooth talkers and scam artists! He was here about 1 yr. and 4 mos. before taking off for Texas. He started not paying his truckers after having been here less than 1 year. He raked in A LOT of money--maybe that's why he could afford to buy property in Texas!
