Inverter not working

Since last month, i am trying to make complaint for Inverter using at home but telephone services of sukam is switched off. Distributer can't found the problem.Inverter shows low battery. Distributer Charge the battery but still it shows low battery.

Even I am facing a similar problem with sukam inverter. The battery is dead in almost a year and instead of replacing the battery as mentioned in the warranty card, sukam people are making stories, rather they even tried to sell me a new battery at a discounted price.
Overall bad product and pathetic service.
