Success express sales Inc review: Magazine sales 1

I used to work for this company. And I c now how so much people complain about these magazines "kids". Some of These agents literally take people for there money. I've seen them pocket cash when the customer paid in cash and of course they never turned in the order. Some would take donations, which we werent allowed too, the managers were very strict about that, some of these agents would even get caught on the spot with the customer and would get reported but these agents never got fired. As long as the company got there share of the deal, they just turn the other way. And truthfully the managers have a lot to do with these agents actions, there just as resposible. The're the ones that spend 90% of the time wit the agents and some of these agents look up to these managers, there lead by example and the managers have a big responsibility to set that example, which they dnt. I do have to set something straight, when we would get a "jones" mad, or a police officer stopping us from going to certain neighborhoods, our managers would always tell us to say "we're kids in a contest, trying to do something positive!" or "oh I'm sorry I didn't see the no soliciting sign" first of all, we are not "kids" we are adults, and fully aware of our actions and believe me we can read and if we say we didnt see the "no soliciting" sign thats probably because they ripped it off. And no, we are not doing something positive, how could we, when we have to constaly lie to the "jones" and the police just so we don't get caught by the police by not having a permit, I can't even tell u how many of these agents got arrested because the company is toooooo cheap to get permits for all there agents. So That's by far all the contrary from what these so called "programs" supposedly do. This is a horrible company to work for, dnt send out ur young adult teens to this worthless company because they will end up like most of my fellow co-agents, in jail, which the company never bails them out knowing it's the companys fault in why there in there in the first place.
