In order to return items, you must go on their website and request a refund to obtain a Return label and/or form. When I did this, the password did not work. When I requested a new password ("forgot password"), they did send one to my email, but it does not work. I have tried 6 times using their passwords and still am unable log in. There is no contact phone number; only an email. No one ever replies. I did not use PayPal for payment, but they have kindly also sent an email to StyleWe stating my request for a return. No word from StyleWe as yet. I strongly suggest you not order from this company.

I too am not happy with Stylewe. They took a month to send me my dress, of which there was a problem and if I hadn't contacted them I guess it would still be sitting there. They said the size was XL it was more of a 6. I ordered two dresses and both were suppose to be XL. Both were too small. Than they said because going through customs was expensive the offered me a 10% return. When I said it was rediculous, they then offered me 20% of my money back. I will never order anything from them again. There treatment of people in other countries is terrible. I don't usually write reviews but I don't want other people to lose their money. Can you imagine how much they make, asking people to keep their dresses, maybe we can use the fabric and offer them 10% of their money back. I lost over $100. I am too tire and will give it to a girl I think is that size.

I am never going to order from you again. You do not teturn your calls. I tried to return the dress. I have been charged for a dress I do not have. You need to do better then this.

I ordered a Two piece dress from them. it was delivered in two days.. i was happy till i opened the package, there was just the top (of the two piece dress) in the there. When i tried calling them about it no one picked up. i mailed them the pics of my messed up order and they replied saying that the skirt (of the two piece dress) is not available and so they cannot send it to me. After asking them for a refund they gave me an option of 30% store credit and i that could keep the shirt. which made no sense to me CZ WHY 30% and also the shirt's make is such that it can only be worn with its skirt or a similar skirt. Again after asking them for a full refund and and wanting to return the shirt, they kept giving me options for store credit. which i did not want. Finally when i wrote a blunt mail they sent me the address and return label. Now i am planning on returning the shirt. but i read reviews on stylewe stating the fact that people returned the items but were never refunded the money... in a fix now! NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!

A first-time customer, I ordered 2 dresses from Stylewe, both in "M", my usual size. They are much, much too small. I understand that I need to get their approval for any exchange or return, but was unable to access my account because my original password was not accepted. I've hit "forgot password" twice now and was sent 2 different new passwords, but those were not accepted either. I've also gone on their "Let's Chat" spot to air my frustration, but as yet have not received a reply. Stylewe strikes me as a fly-by-night company and I would definitely caution anyone from doing business with them! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I'm about ready to just cut my losses and write this miserable experience up to experience, but feeling furious that such companies are allowed to prey on unwitting customers!

I ordered a dress from stylewe. received the dress and it is so tiny . It would maybe fit a 10 year old child. The size is an XXL. I have been trying to contact stylewe. They have not responded to my e-mails or on the customer service chat. I would suggest no one buy from this company.

I just received my 110.00$ dress for a wedding. It is listed as Pink, but it is coral, which I did, not want. It is also too small in the midrrift and is not a XL, as listed. The order is # 201778 SKU-M1154D9A I am very disappointed. It was made in China and has an unattractive black see thru embellishment under the see thru overskirt. It does NOT look like the lovely photo as advertised. Please send my 110.$ back. My address is 3306 Lauren Ct. Ellenton FL., 33422 Penelope Rhinehart

I ordered a dress for special occasion, . Never arrived. 2 days before I went and got my self a dress. I went ahead and I dispute the charges on the bill because I have never received it. 4 days after the dispute they mail me the dress . I took iot back the next day to the post office, paid $ 11.70, and today Jan 7 2016 Received the package back with "NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED" NO Phone numbers and not deliverable address. They need to be SHOT DOWN
