dress that was too small $ 142.00
I returned the dress on August 3, 2016 via UPS. I was given a return label which I used on the same packaging as instructed. I was told they need a tracking number but the email address I was given is no longer in use. I was told if they did not obtain a tracking # via email I would not get my cash refund. This is the information.
This return process is very convoluted anytime consuming. I will never order from this site again.

silk dress
Perchased this silk dress about a week ago. Pictures look great, but the actual item that I received today is a lot different. Color is darker, and size is the biggest problem. My size is L or M, but I asked the customer service if item run small or true to the size. They told me that they run small that I should get one size up. So, I selected XL, thinking that this will fit for sure! But, no! I cannot even get the buttons together, it is rather small than xl. But, the worst part is that bottom side of the dress is too big, while the upper side is too small. I never had problem with any of the items I ever purchased, this is something I have never seen before. I do not know what kind of a model they used to make this dress! But, I am glad that I only bought one dress, when I was going to buy many. I thought to myself, I don't know this company, so let me try to buy one and then go from there. I will not buy anytging anymore. And right now, I just hate to go through this return process..ugh...

bad quality, terrible service
Terrible Service! I forgot my password and wanted to ask the company if I can retrieve it. They never replied even after 5 emails. The quality of the clothing is absolutely terrible and the sizes did not fit. I gave them $200 for nothing and I can't return or trade in for other items.

I purchased items from this site. One came in ok. The other was poorly made. I reached out to customer service on their site as instructed asking for authorization code to return the item and here is the letter I received today:
"We are very sorry that you are not satisfieth the item(s).

If the problem could be shown via pictures, could pls take some photos to show us the problem ?

I am not sure if I can return this item or not but making me doing all the work in order to return an item that I don't want is ridiculous.
Here is my email back to them:
"Why is it so hard to return? Even if I changed my mind should be ok as well. I really won’t come back and make more purchase from this site when feel like I need to do too much work to get an item I am not satisfied with returned
To answer to your question, The hooks at the front don’t work well. As I put them in, they pop out in a few second. The button on the chest is half way on the dress. On the left hand side, where you have string, it showed park of the inside on the top.

The quality of the clothing is poor. The customer service is the worst that I have experienced. Their return policy makes returning any item for a refund almost impossible.
I asked to speak to a supervisor three time during an online chat, and the representative basically stated "have a nice day" and hung up on me.
robot customer service
Horrible, dishonest sales site, silk will arrive as polyester. But then they send robo-responses that say they will fix it. Lies! Read the bad reviews. Good ones are fake! They continually tell people they will refund after you delete poor review. I know I get that robo-response after each post I make.

I've purchased several items from StyleWe and since it was a Chinese company I ordered everything in large to be sure I'll be able to wear it. When my order arrived everything looked amazing, I really liked the material and was satisfied with my purchase. Then I decided to try everything on and found out that everything was way too tiny! They did not reply when I asked for a refund.
I can't understand StyleWe! Everything they sell is way too small for none Asian people so why on Earth do they deal with people from USA and EU? StyleWe must do something about that!

returns suck, no one can help me, and I haven't received my money back
I have returned over $300 worth of items- none fit. I cannot get anyone to help me, I have not received my refund. I have emailed several times for help and then found out I could use chat. I went on chat on 2 occasions, the first one I was disconnected right away. The second person who was supposed to be helping me disconnected from the conversation even after I told her I wasn't getting anywhere with the "services" email option. She literally "hung up".She was using texting spelling so I (ur for your and u for you) have no idea where they were. There is nowhere to call, no information about the return center and I absolutely do not recommend anyone order anything from this website.

You call your Bankcard and file a dispute/complaint.. I have done it before. The Bank must be able to see your return receipt and the address where it was sent and they will dispute it for you. When you call, they'll tell you what they would need. Try going this route.. When the company found out that I filed a complaint they'll intimidate you, but don't do what they tell you to do for as long as you have pictures of the dress and the return package.. take a picture of the stamped package and receipt. If it goes out of the country, make sure you have the postal receipt as I mailed mine via USPS International mail... It took abut
3 months, and they kept emailing me, but I stood my ground and eventually they stopped, and I got my money back except for the shipping that I paid.
I am having the exact same problem I am thinking of filing a police report. I will try to stop payment through my credit card. I have requested help several times thru the chatbox but no one can help me. The items I ordered do not look like pictures. This website is a rip off.

I purchased 4 dresses back on April 19th, returned all of them for very poor quality and fit also during April. I was told to email a copy of the return label with the confirmation number which I did. I have been waiting for a credit of $355 back to my credit card, have been contacting StyleWe for the last month, keep receiving emails from different people at StyleWe telling me the refund will be processed soon. I have been checking my account every few days, and no credit has been issued. I continue to email them, have asked for a phone number to call and talk with someone, which they ignore. This website should be shut down. After reading reviews online, there are so many complaints similar to mine, that they should not be allowed to advertise anymore.

Formal dresses were mis-delivered, by the time I received, event was over.
Was out of town past the initial 30 days, have been trying to return ever since i got home. Am on about 40 days now and all I get is a NO, and no one to speak to about the circumstances.
Order # is 5A234085. All I would like is a return address. dresses were never even tried on, still in original bags. Quality was not as expected, as well.

Likewise here. They don't even provide return address, while customers claiming for returns. They even try to argue with me for my returning reasons. LMAO, that's ridiculous. Don't they even know that customers have the right to return it regardless their reason?! They have very terrible customer service and the quality of products is not so well.

My first order with Stylewe turned out horrible.
The bathing suit I order in a size larger than I usually order is made so small that the cups of the bathing suit only reached the top of my ribs. I sent an email stating that this bathing suit is defective and the sizing chart was incorrect, but they will not take it back. Plus the dress I ordered is also sized incorrectly and the material is the cheapest . I am keeping the jumpsuit because that fit ( I ordered everything in the same size) but the material is so cheap it make me itchy. I would like to return the bathing suit and dress.
I have been emailing them and they will not accept the bathing suit return even though I said the sizing was incorrect.

used dress shipped in — the most terrible experience
I ordered a dress and a top from stylewe. The dress arrived with obvious foodlike stains from bust to the end edge. Apparently, it was wore by someone else before it was sold to me. The top is made from cheap materials and is very different from the website's description. After I requested to return and spent time to take pictures as the website requested, I was offered to 20% discount to keep the used dress--can you imagine that? they ask a customer to wear dirty clothing. Awful!
StyleWe claims to carry designer fashion but actually sell used clothing, which is unethical. As a fact, the order fulfillment is performed in China. The StyleWe.com only has a return center in U.S., which leaves a big open door for not fulfill the order or even fraud. You can imagine...it is dangerous! I am so regret that I did not read the complains boards before I placed my order. For future customers, please pay attention before you place an order at StyleWe.com. In my case, I do not know who wore this dress before, whether the dress carries any disease...terrible experience. Also, I am not sure if I can get my money back.

Hindsight is always 20/20. I wish i had read the reviews. I sent an ill fitting dress back last week and i have not received a confirmation or a refund. Horrible, horrible customer service. I have left three different messages and no one has gotten back to me. I also messaged through their facebook page. They have no phone number, everything is through email and you get an automated response every time. Be warned - do not order through this company. I am now trying to fight this through paypal and my credit card company. Will put a report into the better business bureau.

I purchased 5 dresses from StyleWe 3 I want to return due to the fit. I've emailed 3 times already for a US address to return dresses. I have been waiting for several days but on there website the say 24 hours returns not happening. I have 4 more items in my bag over $400 worth guess they don't want my business therefore I'm removing them and will never buy from STyle We again!

I'm very disappointed in this company's service because they really offer a unique collection of clothing. I purchased 2 garments and received one right away, no problems. the second piece took weeks to receive and then when I finally did get it, it was the wrong piece. I let them know that and then the problems began. Until I received that piece and noticed the ship from address was Singapore, I had no idea I was dealing with someone in China. It doesn't say that anywhere on their site and had I known that from the beginning I would have never purchased. In order to exchange the item sent, for the item I paid for and had ordered, they asked for a series of pictures including the label and garment. Had no problem with that and sent them all the next day. Then their reply said, "the sku on the label is the same as what you ordered". They obviously mis-tagged the top and didn't even look at the picture I sent or compared it to the picture of what I ordered. Then the run around and skam started. They offered me 1/3rd of what I paid for it as compensation to drop it. After attempting to get the piece I ordered in several emails, I could never get confirmation they would send it and they wanted me to pay to return the item they shipped me by mistake. Each time I emailed & got a reply, the reply came from someone different and different information. Fed up, I finally told them I just wanted a refund for the piece I didn't receive. They kept dragging their feet and the last straw was after about 4 emails requesting a full refund, they replied, "So do you want a refund?" Fortunately I purchased through Paypal, and they have a dispute pending. Stylewe said they would process my refund and it would take 2-3 business days. It has now been 5 business days, still no refund. My suggestion is to be VERY CAUTIOUS when or if purchasing from this company

Same reply here, "the sku on the label is same as what you ordered". Well, you can put whatever tag on and make it same as what you show on the website! However, they got a different tag that's sewed on the dress. Poor manufacturing and bad quality.

Huge mistake! I ordered a dress from here, about 6 weeks later I hadn't received, i'm a stylist and sometimes I have an abundant of merchandise coming and going. Nonetheless, this dress was for me. Huge pot a dots, wanted to use for a seminar, how to calm pot a dots... Anywho, right while I was wondering where my dress was, I received a message from someone at stylewe saying my dress had been returned as it was undelieverable, mind you I receive packages at my loft daily... Hmmm, I asked for the tracking number and the company, didn't receive it. I was told I would have to pay for the delivery again, if I wanted the dress. Ok, so $63 isn't a fortunate, but i'm not going to just let you have my hard earned money. I stopped emailing them directly and filed a dispute with paypal. They never responded on paypal, I received a refund. Do not order from this place, scam...

I ordered two dresses from these guys and paid $155 using PayPal. The items were significantly different from how they were described and pictures on the website. After some back and forth where they asked about the pictures, I shipped back the items at my own expense (UPS Tracking #: 1ZW616504285655643) within their return policy timeframe. 10 days ago they acknowledged having received the return shipment and confirmed that they have issued a refund for the full payment of $155 which will be received within 3 business days, and it's not been here yet. I paid through PayPal and after disputing with PayPal, I am next going to dispute it with my credit card company but want to make sure these guys are black-listed.

I ordered 3 items from the site. Was not impressed with the quality for the cost and returned 2 of them in March. I misplaced the tracking number and the company says they cant process the return or give me my money back without it. I asked for a phone number to speak with someone and never got a response. A few weeks later I emailed again to inquire about the return and they said they could only issue a credit as too much time has passed. I still do not know if my return was received! And I do not want a credit! Just want this issue resolved. I order all the time online and NEVER have an issue! Very very very disappointed!

This is a scam. I ordered two dresses. Didn't fit one and the other did not like. I sent them a email for a return label. They said they would get back to me with 48 hours. NOthing. I can't return them. I do not have an address to return except someplace in Singapore according to the label. What a disgrace. Don';t order from this site. No phone number no address.

I finally received my order after waiting for like forever and when I opened the package I was extremely disappointed! Sizes were incorrect and everything was very small and narrow, it did not fit at all. One zipper was stuck and when I pulled it, it just fell off! Very poor quality of the clothing! Never expected that because the pictures on StyleWe website look really good.
