StyleWe dress I need to exchange

I purchased a dress from StyleWe I need to exchange and cannot get the information from the company on how to return. The information for exchanges is an email address, and noone replies to a request for being able to return it. This happened with a prior purchase that I made with the company, and I could never return something which was too small.

StyleWe sku #mi6n617a blue a-line short sleeve crewneck chiffon midi dress designer: tangjie

On 11-21-16 I purchased this dress under order #BL557573. I called within 15 hours of ordering the dress to change the size. I was told it had already shipped and that I could return or exchange it when it came. The dress was way too large. I have been trying to request a return and am being denied because they are telling me that it was a final sale. It was never called a "final sale" nor "clearance" when I placed the order. I watched online and a few days after I had placed the order, I saw it go to a "clearance" status. I have sent a copy of my invoice to prove that it was never designated a final sale to me. They will not give me a refund or exchange now.

StyleWe a dress.

Upon receiving a notice stating that my dress is on indefinite back order, I emailed in less than 24 hrs. to cancel my order requesting a confirmation email to that effect. Two weeks later that has not happened and the charge for the dress was listed on my c. c. statement two days AFTER the cancellation. This has been the most difficult on line store to deal with.

StyleWe I want to return dresses purchased

I ordered 3 dresses order no: bc543934. Received them very late. When they arrived the fabric is of poor quality and craftsmanship. Not as advertised in the photos or the description. I sent an email in 11/20/2016 requesting to return two items. Item no 1704471 sku mia90fc1 and item 1704473 sku miae2f32. They email me back on 11/22/2016 they want photos . I sent them a photo of damaged item on 11/29/2016. They email back 11/29/2016 offering me a 15% refund or 20% store credit. I want to return 2 dresses for very poor quality for a full refund and understand i have to eat it on the shipping cost. They send another email on 11/30/2016 offering me a 30% refund. Again i want a fully refund and ask to provide me a shipping address for the returns. No contact to date 12/01/2016

StyleWe bad quality of tunic/dress, bad service. company should not be allowed to work in the usa

The Company StyleWE should not exist on the US market. This is scam from China. They used to prep[are a good website, however, the product shown on photographs do not correspond to the real when you receive it and tried it.
Size is not for Americans, the quality of fabric is TERRIBLE. Service is rude and unprofessional. They do not provide any information how to contact real management who lead their company.
My order came 17 days late of that what was promised. I wanted to refund product but they said they cannot because the product was already shipped. Then it became clear that it was not shipped yet, so they have even provided me a tracking number, though the product was not shipped . After making them troubles, they finally SHIPPED THE PRODUCT WITH ups, IT WAS DELIVERED IN 5 DAYS. The product has TERRIBLE quality, the fabric is so rigid, that you feel like you are wrapped inside of the aluminum foil. The size corresponds to Chinese figures, and doesn't fit to any Caucasian type people. This company should not allowed to operate on the USA cyber market space. This is a scam and destructive business misleading US customers.

I order the above mentioned dress over a month ago from my facebook page through stylewe and have not received the dress although it was charged on my tjxrewards/sncb visa credit in the amount of $83.00 showing on my bill which arrived today, black friday.
Please cancel my order for a dress I never received and credit my tjxrewards/sncb visa credit card in the amount of $83.00 immediately upon receipt of this complaint.

StyleWe customer service is terrible

I placed two orders.

It took them over 10 days to arrive. I tried to cancel, they refused. After receiving the product, I realized the sweater was too small. I tried to return, however, I need to pay for return shipping.

After all the trouble, they accepted my return and however, it will took another 10 days to get refund. The service is terrible.

One of the product that I really like, I tried to keep. Unfortunately, the sweater was tear off. I requested for exchange. They did send me the new sweater immediately that I was very happy. However, this time, the quality of the sweater is still pretty bad. Therefore, I decided to return on 11/7/2016. However, as of today, I still have not receive the refund.

The service is terrible. Their design is pretty good, unfortunately, I still will not order in the future.

StyleWe wrong size dress

I decided to order from StyleWe and had a terrible experience with them. I wasn't sure about this website because there were a lot of positive and negative reviews. I decided to give it a try because I loved their catalog and prices. Ordered a dress and received it in a timely manner. But unfortunately my dress was way too small, it did not fit me. When I ordered I followed their size chart and still got a wrong size. Maybe that was their mistake or maybe there was something wrong with their size chart, I'm not sure. Anyway, I will not buy from StyleWe ever again.

StyleWe dress/company refused to issue refund

I ordered a dress from StyleWe and it arrived late. The quality of the dress was poor so I decided to return it. I contacted the company and inquired as to how to return it. The response was that I could keep it or get an exchange. I told them I did not want either but instead wanted a refund upon returning the dress. So far they have not agreed to even give me the address for returning the dress. This website is a scam. No one should shop there. No one.

They obviously have no desire to resolve the complaint. I emailed them several times and went on line and "chatted" with their service rep.

BE WARNED. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT SHOP AT STYLEWE.

StyleWe bait and switch, impossible customer relations. clothes not made for americans

Stupidly, I thought that if I kept ordering these gorgeous images that thet next would fit. I mean they zipped up, but they aer cut so short waisted that no
Hourglass shaped body at all can wear them. Basically all their set in waistlines are way way up the midriff.
I wish I had automaaically sent all back. I kept ordering lured by the photos and beacsue I was feeling like I needed retail therapy and they looked so pretty. Had I had the knowledge that "they are all cut" for asian bodies with short torsoes, I would not have just stuffed dress in closet, ad ordered another. There are no peple to talk to here. They hav not set up humans yet. The chat people pacify you but even ifyou can be on time to return the items (which is impossible because they firstly don't issue retrun slips in any organized way, but demand a postal code and say "sorry we don"t know how to read postal codes froom usa"
They keep you buyig because you can't believe this is really a circus game to defraud ladies of money. Suddeny all become "too late to return" withintheir scheme beacsue they have held you up beyond retrun time. One lady said you could get a discount for items not rturned but unable to wear but neither of us could figure out how to make this hapen. I am a total trusing jerk... I spent thousands on these dresses and have worn not a single one. The high waist makes one look pregnant and feel like a sausage (look at the models, even on the tiny ones you can see the waist line is disguised with a belt or whaterver. It is two inches above the natural waist of the model. I tried some dresses that were shifts with no waist and the matrial was so chincey, so cheap, so wrikley, or it was
Stamped out on some machine with no tailoring at all. Ok I sent a few back. Inch by inch my card said 100 returned from stylewwe but I have no idea if this matches the 15 I rteurned. I got one cuz the flowers were at the waist and t hot it would compensate for the no waist look it came anf flowers were all up and down the f ront of the chest and down the belly so I looked, not curvy as I had wanted, but lieke a flowered billboard,. This is stealing, it is lead on and decepton. I think some (kittie, rita, kaillee) may have been of good will but they don't seem to speak english nor to feel they ahve to kep their stories straight.. If I could get a refund or send back my 15 too late dresses I would just consider it another lost cause in life. But they don' care. Get the money and run. Plus they charge when you order, credit your card back, and charge when you receive the order so it is impossible impossible to reconcile your own account.

I was approved for a return for an item I could not keep - wrong size. Now I
have been trying to get the US address to ship the return to, and it is nowhere to be found. Their responses, their website, conveniently don't supply the return address.I think they just wait it out until customers give up; however, I'm not giving up.

BL556819. I ordered seven pieces and returned two. On top of having to pay for your returns, which you most likely will have to due to the fact the clothes are poor quality and very small, they are claiming they did not receive one of the sweaters (the most expensive). This company is very shady and I will never order from them again.

We have exchanged 20 email messages.
The item is too short and does not have the colors as photographed.

They are just horrible and crooks!
Don't buy from them!

After 20 emails they still won't cooperate

StyleWe service and theft

when items are returned they keep the taxed paid on the returned item. This is called stealing and I am reporting them to the BBB.

Here is the email from StyleWe directly indicating tax paid is not refunded.

StyleWe I am complaining about returning the products that was so small for me! I returned them back in september 9 and still didn't get my money back.

Order # 8Q429380 was shipped to me 2016-08-30 white printed floral two piece casual midi dress sub order :No 1461202 and the same order # 8Q429380 sub order :No 1461201 black short sleeve a-line plunging neck maxi dress. I returned them because they were so small for me but still didn't get my money back! I sent my parcel back to company at the beginning of September but never even get email from company that they got products back! This is a horrible service I ever had! Hi I love your clothing but I ordered a black dress about seven weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I needed to have it for this weekend for an event. I would like to request a refund. StyleWe sweater

I order the five sweaters in two different orders within a week. However, as of today, I only received two sweaters. Unfortunately, both of the sweaters were bad. One is free size and still too small for me. I normally wear size M and can't fit.

The other sweater looks great and I love it. Unfortunately, the left shoulder was tears. I was very disappointed.

When I request to return, the allow exchange but I need to pay for the shipment. I don't mind paying for shipment if I choose not to keep it. However, why do I need to pay for some poor quality clothes.

StyleWe unethical behavior

I received my order on 10-10-16. I followed the protocol for returns. I went to the website and put in a request for refund for items that did not fit. Written policy stated that someone would contact me within 48 hours to give me authorization and US address to where I can send the items to. I did not receive authorization or return address from customer service, after more than two requests to return the items.

I bought a dress on August 30 and when it came the dress was way too small so I requested a return to get a refund, they send me an email with a label so I shipped the dress to the address they provided me and that was it I never heard back from them. I've sent 3 emails already and It's been over one month and a half no one has contacted me yet. I will call PayPal see if they can help me get the money back from this scammers.

StyleWe dress that has defects in the material. I cannot get a return authorized.

I purchased this dress online with StyleWe. Upon receiving it I noticed that there are marks on the back of the dress, likely from an iron, where the lines, pockets, etc from the front of the dress show through. StyleWe has offered me partial credit to pay for a local repair, but the fabric is permanently damaged. I cannot get authorization to return for a full refund. I have written several emails, and get answers from several different representatives, all asking versions of the same questions like, please send pictures ( I did three times), offering partial refunds, or partial store credit, etc.

I am attaching pictures.

I would like to return for a full credit. I have original packing and tags are still on the dress.

StyleWe returns; inability to contact

Style has long wait times and irregular service. I have only kept one dress I have ordered out of five or six. They never exchanged a dress I sent back even though I followed their return directions which are to email them first and to wait three days. You cannot talk to a person live. They do not have a phone number, just online chats which yield mediocre conversations. I will never use them again! The sizes can be tiny, so watch out!
