I booked a male stripper for my hens night and paid $100 deposit. The stripper did not show up. The Strippers 4 Play representative refuses to refund the deposit and is blaming me for the mix up. The representative is was also very rude and unsympathetic. This adult entertainment company is based in Sydney, Australia. I am appalled at the service.
After paying a $200 deposit for hens party "entertainment" and to have nobody show up is completely unprofessional not only do we want our refund but an apology. This night has been arranged around this and it is extremely disappointing. And also to be able to speak to someone about this issue would be production.
We had the same problem. The stripper cancelled at the last minute and they are refusing to refund the deposit. I took the matter to fair trading who told them they had to refund the money but they still didnt do so. There is nothing else fair trading can do unless we take legal action.
i am appalled by their service as well. we also booked a stripper. not only did they replace the stripper we specifically booked for but the stripper came 1.5 hours late and his show was just 10mins. management refused a refund of service fees and ignored my email telling me there was no complaints section.
i will definitely be taking this further with the department of fair trading.
A stripper showed up, not the one we asked for and we was wearing just normal clothes. Takes our money straight off the table without even knowing if that's his money then he only strips minutes and was clearly on some type of drug. He ran out of the house saying he was late for a gig in sydney! absolute joke.
