respected sir, i was a resident in kerala and also using an Airtel connection from the last 6 years(post paid) my connection numer is 9895189661. an amount of Rs.2000/- comes average a month. unfortunately i was transfered to banglore and i couldn use he connection properly. but i didnt disconnect the number. and when ever the offcials informed me i cleared all the pending amounts. though now iam working in UAE, i couldnt properly m, aintan he same acount. but when your representive called and conveyed about the amount pending, i ws suspicious because, i came o know that there are calls charged when it was disconnected by your offcials. so i told the representative to give a detailed bill to my same mail id and they send and i asked them back for some clarifications, bt after that i didnt receive any contacs from you. Now they have send a cout paper to pay the amount; i am ready to pay the amount whichever comes but to sorry to say that i have los confidence in you. you may not consider me as a valuable coustomer but i valued your service. this is to just inform you abou your offical dealings and iam going to pay and disconect the number. so once again i am sorry for the inconvience
