The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Purchased a 1 years subscription, and when the plugin failed to work requested a refund, which i never got. So I cancelled the recurring payments, but was still out $120 USD and the company decides to cancel my paid for year subscription, on top of that. Rude Customer support EMMA your a Ho... whole business is shifty, no customer service number (real professional)

Having the same experience. Total theft and same Customer Service canned messaging from Emma Harper trying to force me to use another app that I do not need for my business. Will block my credit card to ensure no silent auto renew charges. Still fighting to get my refund back.

terrible service, terrible customer service, scam product.

storeya is dis-honour business. they silent renew without prior notice. they refuse to refund event just after few minutes. storeya.com is a thief!

They did an auto renewal without giving prior notice asked for a refund...mind you the charge was about an hour old...and was refused. No phone number available to make a contact to.. Very shady biz
