Never arrived, they charged my account, don't respond to emails and don't answer the phone! DON'T DO BUSINESS with this company!

Sticker Shoppe Over 5 weeks, still no decals.

This is a horribly run business. I ordered decals in early October. Got an email saying products were shipped on October 8th. It's November 18th. All I've received is a survey asking if I'm enjoying my decals. Have not received any response after emailing three times to "steve". I'd hate to cancel my current card for such a small amount of money just to get reimbursed.

Desired outcome: Refund the items you apparently never shipped

Sticker Shoppe What a disappointment

Today is November 20th. I ordered my stickers on October 2nd and was immediately charged.
The information on their website says the stickers weren't shipped. And I never got any emails from them (I suppose they actually have this option).
Customer service doesn't exist. I called and wrote them many times, but they don't care. Well, I don't even know if they are aware of my issue. There's probably just one person who does everything and he/she just doesn't have enough time for responding. That's how I can explain this mess.

Sticker Shoppe Didn't get what I paid for

On January 16, I ordered a sticker from this company. They took the money out of my bank account via PayPal and although I received a confirmation email, I never received what I ordered.
I received another confirmation on January 28, but as of today, February 9, I again never received what I ordered.
I called the one 800 number that was on my EE mail confirmation but when I called the number I was told to access the website. So, when I accessed the website I was told that I had to create a login., which of course I didn't!
From my experience, this place take your money (And although it was only about $5, if 100 other shoppers get ripped off that adds up to a substantial profit) and deliberately gives you the runaround when you attempt find out what happened to your order.
As I said, I never did get my order. So I would avoid this website at all cost, even if that cost was only five dollars.

Sticker Shoppe Very unprofessional and bad quality

We made quite a big order and purchased stickers from StickerShoppe. These stickers were supposed to be a part of the project we were working on. When we received them we were very disappointed with the quality, stickers were poorly made and looked like they were done by amateurs. When we ordered we expected better quality. Stickers were so bad that we decided to not use them. I would not recommend buying from this site if you need that for serious reasons.

Sticker Shoppe Disappointed

StickerShoppe does not reply to my messages and I have no idea how to contact these guys. I was supposed to get my order weeks ago and nothing ever arrived.
I contacted these guys about a month ago and they said that my order was on its way and that it'll be here soon. I have no clue where my order is and when will it arrive. I'm very disappointed with StickerShoppe and will never purchase anything from them again! Very slow shipping and totally unhelpful customer service!

Sticker Shoppe Where are my stickers??

I have ordered some stickers from www.stickershoppe.com about a month ago and still haven't received anything! When I tried to contact their customer service no one replied! I did not receive any messages about my order so I have no idea what has happened!
About two weeks ago I ordered some clothing from China and already received my order!
But StickerShoppe claim they are based in USA then why they can't deliver my order?!
Do not order from this scam!

Sticker Shoppe people, don't use this horrible service!

I placed an order on November 5. It's already December 15 and I have not received anything yet. Their agent told that my order will be shipped via first class and it will take only two weeks. Then I received a message telling me that there are some problems and I have been given two different dates (November 26 and December 3). Well, I contacted them many times, but each time was another excuse. I had enough with all that nonsense and asked for a refund. Of course there was no response. I paid via PayPal, so I asked them to help me. At first PayPal had not received a response from StickerShoppe either. But two days ago I got an email from PayPal saying that case was closed. Then I finally got a message from StickerShoppe stating they'll give my money back. They also told that they will give me a 50% discount for my next order. Like I'll ever order something again! People, don't use this horrible service! Just save your nerves.

Sticker Shoppe Unless you want to receive poor customer service and wonder if you got ripped off or not

On 9/16/15 I ordered a Cleveland Indians "C" sticker paying $5.98. I live in Ohio and the company is in Pennsylvania so I figured it shouldn't take more than a week via USPS to receive it. On 9/23, after not receiving the sticker, I sent an email to inquire about the shipment. On 9/23/15 I received an email back from Steve saying that they are a small family business and that they were out of town when I placed the order and he offered his apologies telling me that the item was shipped out yesterday morning, meaing 9/22. Fair enough. I figured it should be delivered by at the very latest 9/28. Again, after not receiving it, I emailed Steve on 9/28 and also left a voice mail. After receiving no response from either phone or email, I sent Steve another email on 9/30 letting him know that I left him a message and to either call or email me or simply just refund my $5.98. On 10/1, again after a few calls to only get his voice mail, I submitted a request through the "contact us" section on the website. Literally, as I am writing this, Steve responded through that request to verify my address and he would send another one. I replied back that my address is the same as it was on the original order and, again, listed in my email back to him. Long story short, unless you want to receive poor customer service and wonder if you got ripped off or not, I would not give a sigle cent to Stickershoppe.com. I had planned on ordering some more stuff from them but never again. The jury is still out as to whether I will actually recieve my sticker but I will continue to hound them until I either get it or a full refund.

Sticker Shoppe They provided some crap about the purchase

We ordered large quantity of stickers from the website www.stickershoppe.com. But the company turned to be real scam. They took the order and money as well, but they haven’t provided the order at all. When we contacted them and asked to provide more info about the order, these jerks provided some blah-blah and other ###. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

Sticker Shoppe They failed to deliver my order

Don’t trust to the scammers from the company www.stickershoppe.com. I placed order in the beginning of the December. I was really upset, ‘coz they failed to deliver it before Christmas. Ok, I decided to wait. Today is 1/5/15 and still no delivery of the order. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
