He owes OVER 68, 000 in support for one child! All he had to pay was 420.00 a month, then couldn't do that and went to 620.00 a month. CAN'T feel sorry for a lazy person who is irresponsible of HELPING to take care of his child.

Stephen has had many breaks in paying his support to his daughter, he should of been able to save up a lot since he hasn't paid in over 14 years.. he chose to drink and drive and chose to land in jail for a few years. He chose to quit his jobs or get fired. He lives on his sisters property in an old tailor. Serves him right. We (My wonderful husband and I/DON'T need the money, it is OUR daughters and owed to her.
Heather DOESN'T want any part of the sperm donors life, she has had a REAL father and it isn't Stephen and never was!

So if he is working under the table for your company or working legally for your company. Do the right thing and garnish his pay, he has a court order in Hampton Virginia and Jefferson Missourri!
