Went to Steak n Shake on Pine Ridge Rd / Naples Fl. Daughter & I went in to get to-go order. One burger, 3 chili's with onion& cheese...4 milk shakes. Got bag with one burger & 1 chili and container with 3 milk shakes. Told guy we needed 2 more chili's and one more milk shake. He came back with bag with 2 chili's. Had to ask again for milk shake. We were going to have chili's for dinner ...only one had cheese & onions... We've occasionally gone to this Steak n shake over the years...usually to eat in...and it's an absolute free for all...We should just hand over some money & have them bring us whatever they want...because that's usually how it is.
