What a horrible company to do business with! I ordered 2 necklaces for Mothers Day. They were supposed to be guaranteed delivery by Mothers Day. They didn't arrive until 4 days after Mothers Day. I asked for a discount. They were rude & said no discount. They didn't even care that it was late for Mothers Day! I won't EVER order from them again!
Purchased for happy necklaces from stamp the moment.com through Groupon have not received my order cannot track it tried several times to contact stamp the moment I cannot get in touch with them.
This was 2 weeks after I purchased.
After purchasing a birthstone locket for my daughters birthday within 60 days it fell apart - the clear covering (plastic) fell out. (clearly a manufacture issue). Luckily she was able to find all the (5) birthstones. This was worn less than 20 days.
Upon contacting customer service via email I was informed the warranty (30 days) expired. I would think a company would stand by their defective products. The only solutions offered was purchase another locket after receiving it call for a discount.? (more money out of pocket). In addition the only place I could find info on the "warranty" was on their website "returns up to 30 days" This was not a
return but a broken locket due to poor workmanship. * I will never recommend this company nor purchase anything from them again *
I have been satisfied with every purchase I have made from Stamp the Moment. Last year I received a call from the women working on my stamped ring I ordered for my husband for our anniversary. She was checking on the spelling and spacing of my words to be engraved on his ring. Timing was of the essence and I delayed in returning her call. She called a second time and still was able to correct and mail so that it arrived within the week in time to celebrate with my husband. I have been a customer since 2013.
I stumbled upon this company via Groupon. This is a terrible company! They advertise beautiful items and after the first wearing the chains (both bracelet, and necklace, ) tarnished. This company has higher prices than their competitors and delivers way less. I bought the Groupon as gifts and have spent way more money on replacing chains and buying extra charms (half the charms I selected were sold out for weeks and I refused to pay $10 shipping and handling again from them, or even give them more money.)
If you're going to advertise yourself on a server like Groupon, have enough inventory to supply the demand. I have worked in retail for years and this is basic knowledge... It's called supply and demand. Overall I'd score this company a 0 out of 5. This was a complete waste of time and money thinking I'd be saving myself money on a great gift... Not the case this time.
