I was in my backyard and was at the other end of a pumper hose being sprayed by insecticide. They were hired to spray the tree by my neighbors. I was not notified by my neighbors and the trunk of the tree is just on their side of the property. Half the tree over hangs my property. I was not notified, they did not check the property to see if anyone was there (there is a fence between properties so you cannot see), and had not right spray the libs overhanding my property.

When I yelled stop I was being sprayed the guy stopped but ignored me when I asked what I was strayed with. So I went to the front of the house to ask the other guy and he was rude when I asked what I was sprayed with and asked him to write it down so I could research what I was sprayed with. That was then the owner came over and said he was sorry how his men treated me but no mention on being sprayed.

The company that manufactures the insecticide states that this is a harmful product if gotten on skin, breathed in, gotten in eyes, and that it is a sensitizers.

I suffered burning skin, lungs, throat, aching joins and its been two weeks and still have problems with my lungs and skin.
