The add promises 15 min delivery. 48 hours later they still havent deliverd the gold they have charged for.
Evry time I speak to them in their online customer service they just say "plz wait a bit longer..."

Have the same problem with them. They promised to deliver gold within 10 minutes. 60 minutes later, I ask when I will get my gold, and get the reply:
Tina:
Please accept our sincerely apologize for you

Sorry 。 How about delivering in the next morning i think u are tired of waiting

kk we will thx and we will give full attention on u order to fulfill the order in the shortest time


When ready, we inform u in the first time, by e-mail or call ok?"

I said that I was promised to get my gold within 10 minutes, and that I will wait for 10 more minutes, and then I will contact paypal and get my money back. Then the customer service changed into my nick, and wrote some fake messages:

Quote (Messages marked XXX in front of MyNick are the ones customer service wrote):
MyNick: here is the deal.. you arrange the trade within 10 more minutes, and everything is OK. if not, I will contact PayPal, and get my money back. You said I would get gold within 10 minutes, and that is 1 hour ago..
MyNick: easy? yes. 10 minutes from now.
MyNick: 5 minutes left..
XXX MyNick: while I wait for you i will be playing warcraft to just earn the gold myself.
MyNick: what? I did not write that last sentence
XXX MyNick: instead of harrassing you for something my lazy ass should be doing.
MyNick: oh come on with those macros
MyNick: you have the gold or not?

So I have opened a dispute in paypal, and trying to get my money back.
DO NOT recommend other people to buy from them.

We have been warning people against those scammers and many others who spam Aion ingame chat.

i recently ordered a few lvls for my toon with this company only to be met with a nightmare in the end
they had my toon killed more times than i got exp, they used a bot to farm not to level as my toon was kicked off this morning with - 40% so i have to pay like 460+ 000 back
i wouldn't recommend these at all as i dont believe their business was to power level as more to farm kinah with my character.steer clear of these people as they will only rip you off in the long run and compensate you with nothing or wasting your time
try another firm i'll have another firms options and opinions soon to come i'll keep you up to date with any firm i use and ridicule them if i see fit too

Arne, as for the complaints, I would like to say that we sh0uld apologize for the problem you were experiencing. Our staff working in the livechat donot know the exact time we can deliver gold to you, but we will always try our best to make it quicker. Why we say ASAP, because when we run out of stock after you place the order, we have to gather gold from the gold farmers who cooperate with us, worse still, we have to give the other farmers high price . Whereas, if we have gold in stock, we can do it in 15mins definitely, that's why we advertise 10mins delivery(sometimes ads are not all authentic, as we know). We can gather gold and kinah very quick because we are one of the leading companies in this field. I suppose Arne and Anonyno2k's case is just when we didnot have gold in stock, and it is relatively harder to collect from the farmers in his server.

Usually we make compensation to those players we have delayed their delivery for too long, but sometimes we didnot notice your order, there are so many orders we have to deal with, therefore, you should find the CRM representatives to ask them to, they are easy to find, because most time, it is us that contacting you forwardly.

I have to criticize Mmoops.com, one of our competitors, your hostile comments will just lead to disgusts for those who deal with us happily. How could such a big company be scammers??

As for powerleveling, we usually consign the job to some independent studioes. We seldom make profits for your powerleveling orders. And undoutedly most of them will do it by hand, just a little of them combine hand and dots, and when your accounts are banned, no matter temporarily or permanently, we will make compensations.(for the account permanently banned by BZ or NC, we will level a new account for you)

Many of you must notice that the price of the kinah was up than before.So the we have some problems on the delivery, But you should also notict that there is delivery problems for all the market.This is the hard time for all the kinah market.
Most of you who have the business before most also expericened the good service and fast delivery before.Really 10-30 Mins delivery for most of the orders before.I am sure after serveral days, the delivery on ssegold will be very fast again.
Give ssegold more time, then you can enjoy the fast delivery again very soon^^
Any how, ssegold will try their best to send you the kinah as soon as they can.

ssegold.com can provide fast delivery now, if NC doesnot initiate another ban wave, kinah price is reducing now and delivery is much faster. You said IGE.com delivered in 30 mins, that's because the situation is much better now, however, last week we experienced a hard time.

Please believe in us, we donot hack customers' accounts, we just sell kinah and gold.

Uchiha bought 10M on ssegold, but we gave him 11.4M kinah. First delivery is 0.7M and the second time 10.7M, and the complete delivery time is 64hours and 28mins. is that right? we delayed your delivery for so long time because the 2 ban waves NC started at the end of Nov.

Mmoops, why do you say we are scammers? Are you Chinese?! In this area, anyone who embark on the bussiness in China knows ssegold is in a leading place. Hositile criticize does no good for your bussiness.

I placed an order and it's going on 48 hours. I've asked for a refund and have been refused. Their reps are horrible... First off, they lied and said they had product in stock, then said it would take only 10 minutes or so to deliver. Second off, every time time I speak with them I'm lead in circles... They go back and forth with "Jack: we will send to u as soon as possible".

I do not recommend buying from these scammers!

It's not all bad.

They didn't had the gold in stock at that time, but they contacted me ingame in about 20 min (10 min before 30 min deadline) and payed halve... the rest came later (in about 2 hours). I have experience worse... about more then 48 hours. Lots of other wowgold deliverers promise the same and didn't message or gave gold at all in that time.
But yeah, i have to say... they didn't deliver the gold, i payed for within the time they told to do. But then again, lots of the gold deliverers didn't.

I do not try to talk it good (no they promised to deliver within 30 min) but it is something most deliverers promisesed and didn't do.

I hope... for us gamers, that the gold deliverers will do what they promises.

That's what I pay them for to do, nothing more nothing less...

For many orders, we even delivered them in less than 15mins. That's why we ad 30mins delivery.

I am experiencing the exact same thing. I ordered a week ago now. And still havnt received shit. They are lieing to me over mail and chat..

1. I get a mail (after 5 days and sending a mail about lies receiving over chat) with saying xxxx gold is now avaible for you! contact us!
within 40minuts I contacted them they come up with an excuse like : 'Yea our delivery guy just got banned again .. when I say lol that is kinda hard to believe they say : Yea our guild bank gets robbed every 4 hours by blizzard.
2. Whenever I confrontate someone over the live chat they
2.1 Start to ignore me after I told my complaints and ask them why they lie to me?
2.2 Close the chat window after I tell them my problems and ask them why they spread lies.

It's the worst service, if you are going to buy gold I suggest you look elsewhere as I am going to try and get my money back and get the gold from some other site. This is terrible and unbelievable. I have to run after them about the gold and the only thing they do is tell lie after lie after lie. When they run out of lies to tell they will close windows or ignore me.

I have to agree with u guys,
I ordered 15k ... got 1.5k for free ... some christmas present. they delivered 10k, and claimed 24h restock and then ill get the rest.
Funny thing though, before i bought i asked an online-service agent how much gold they have in stock. i was told 30k ... thats why i oredered there and "suddenly" out of stock.

Btw. that was on december 26. 2009. Today is january 15. 2010 ...

Money is gone, und nearly 40% of my order missing, everytime I wrote an email, i get the message "please wait longer, we need to restock".
Well, today I got a mail saying 49k available on my server... hahaha... I'm really pissed.

Well, just wanted to let u guys know that thankfully im the owner of a quite big company, we have same good lawyer, and i talked about this incident, i know ist "redicoulos" but i do business with quite a few big companys and, well, since this is a "company" to I'm going to use my & my lawyers knoledge to stop this fraud shit.

I have quite enough evidence to support my claims, so ... lets see how this ends ...

I requested the service based on their advert on site that they deliver in 25 minutes. 24h later, they still haven't completed the order, and i contacted their support trough their live chat, and in less than 10 minutes they gave me 3 different excuses. They are clearly scamming customers with false promises and their support just keep the lie going.

After i opened a dispute in paypal i receive this e-mail from them:

"Dear friend,

we noticed that you have opened a dispute against us, sorry for the delay, but the gold on your server is really hard to collect, and we will try our best to send the gold to you at the earliest time, also we will call you when the gold is ready. We hope you can do us a favor to close the dispute. "

Hey all.

Same here.
I didnt request much, only 2k, but i've been waiting for 48 hours and still nothing. Wanted to test theyr "20 minutes delivery" or theyr "38k stock".
As you can see, not even 2k stock they had.
talking to theyr live suport is even more annoying, as they always give same response.
This sucks, they suck.

I hope all these comments help whoever considers buying from them to... well DON'T.
They dont even refund.
Im gonna open dispute in paypal too...

the complaint is inadvisable i think,
the consistent supportor on ssegold.com all can understand the delivery now
some patience and trust to ssegold you all will receive satisfied service there.

i will never change my mind to other site. i don't trust any other site but ssegold.com
i think the Complaints is inadvisable.
