I just received a unauthorized charge for renewal that I was tricked into making when I first purchased this worthless hardware. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If they need to sneak around to keep people with them that should tell you what kind of company they are. Instead of stopping the spyware it allows it on until you manually remove them! I have filed with PayPal for a refund which should not allow repurchase payments with out notification and the customers acceptance. Larry Allen
