Unable to shut service down!

I have tried repeatedly to call to shut off my service and the system through the phone line and the website does not even offer it as an option. I wait for hours to get though to a person who simply says they will transfer me to the right department and then put on hold for hours again. I think they will not talk to people behind on the bill? I have a Metro PCS now and want to stop the billing and service for Sprint Nextel. Does anyone know how I can do it? I have tried several phone numbers I found but never get anywhere. I don't want this bill to keep going- it has been cut off for like 2 months but I think the bill is growing

I have the same problem, I wanted to cut off two of my phones, because thewre is no need for them any longer and they want me to pay $200.dollars for each one to be shut off, I think this is a big rip-off and what can I do about it, i do not need the phones any longer
