Splendid elite delayed possession by 6 months..Goes on
Dear RK, the Builder rammohan looks like thief, fraud, he speaks smooth when i visited office, when we ask possession he is telling all nonsense stories
dont buy any flats with this fraud builder
We have purchased flat in splendid elite in block d, as per construction agreement date the possession date mentioned is Jan-2016, as of now the builder not handedover and the payment was done correctly, now when we asking compensation for per sqft, builder talking nonsense...
pls dont buy any flats in elite, the construction quality is very poor, very low quality wood material, low quality walls, windows, wires
dont come with fraud builder, while booking the marketing team talks very smoothly then the builder starts harrassement after agreement

in splendid elite
15-MAR-2016, i have been asking to remove the wall infront of the window, but no one cares in the company as they need on money for that there are many notices, harrassment, calls, i have booked the flat with the assurance of site engineer that the wall will not be provided, now no one responses and i am worried now, why i am have paid this high price with this cheap/fraud company
Please dont buy and dont come this builder you will face lot of issues and the payment what i am doing is upto mark but looks once you done agreement, the game(cheating ) will start
seems there are many issues with splendid lakedews project where we took feedback from them tooo
like leakage, cheap quality of construction
Think and meet existing customers before buy

Guys, these email to all who are buying flat in splendid elite ( heraluru)
i have booked flat in splendid elite with a high price, after booking i realized after meeting existing customer who done booking like me, that i made a big mistake in my life
1) no water availability
2) what ever they promised they dont deliver, in my case engineer promised they remove wall in front of window, now the buiilder is making harrassement, and tell all nonsense stories
as a customer if i call atleast they need to answer, after writing all email, they are not ready to respond, because i made almost 60% payment and signed on agreeemnt
Please think before buying any flat in splendid, please cross check with existing customers
and when i visited the splendid lakedews project, the real story began there, they were faced many issues, 1) Leakages in bathroms 2) low quality of construction 3) delay on possession 4) harrassement

At E-city Bangalore I have booked a 2BHK apartment from Splendid Group |Splendid Constructions Builder in 2009. After booking I have made two payments of 7 lacks and 11 lacs in the year of 2011 as the installment at the time of booking the flat. I have visited the site 3 to 4 times but still more than half of the construction is pending. Splendid builders always ask only about the money, Never they discuss about the flat construction, and about the completion of the project. I think that they have even stopped the construction of this project, total 3.5 years has been over but no response from them. Splendid Group are trying to cheat the customers after taking the money to them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

i have booked flat with splendid group, after 100% completion of payment, builder handover the flat, once i checked the flat i was shocked and when i asked why cracks are developed they are not responding, how to take legal action
below are the details
2014-JAN: booking date
Below are some of the areas affected by cracks:
Children Bedroom: 4 big Cracks, 1 small,
Dining Area: 3 Cracks,
Kitchen: 2 crack,
Utility: 2 crack
i request who are visiting do not buy here, we are suffering after buying the flats

Hi recently I visited Splendid Royale, Hosapalaya project Near HSR Layout and I'm almost convinced by the agent and the property. However some where in my mind i was always thinking why this property has more vacant after 2/3 years of construction. Then I started some background check with existing and online forum and I came to know the truth. So every one please do your thorough check before investing your hard earned money.
