Singapore Post (SingPost) delivery services

I have been waiting for a parcel from Japan. Arrived in SG 26/10 2/11 (1 whole week later!) unsuccessful delivery because of vehicle breakdown 3/11 unsuccessful delivery - could not find address 6/11 unsuccessful delivery - could not enter premises (our condo has 24/7 guardhouse!) 12/11 enquired on hotline and asked for delivery, since previous problems clearly not my fault 13/11 tracking record manipulated, all detailed information has been changed to 'unsuccessful delivery' and parcel needs to be self-collected - information received only after phine inquiry and 18 days after arrival in Singapore (!) Note that we have made similar experiences before with almost every single parcel received from overseas. I previously spoke to one of the delivery couriers, who was not Singaporean (i believe Malaysian) and could barely speak a word of English. How can we expect that service to function well under such circumstances?

Singapore Post (SingPost) worst courier ever

I purchased a scooter on Decathlon Singapore online and opted for delivery. As soon as I received the email with tracking link, I excitedly tracked it to understand the status. Last Thursday morning I saw it's with the courier guy, so I stayed home to wait for it. It didn't come. Friday morning I found out the status unsuccessful delivery "Delivery attempt was not successful as courier has no access to delivery address". When I called to ask why and to ask them redeliver. The lady Shivanki asked "Do you live in a condo?" I said Yes. She said: oh some times it is difficult to access. Ridiculous! - first plenty of people live in condos. There is secur guard and intercom at my place and today I just saw a speedpost guy came in after pressing the intercom. - I asked why the delivery man didn't call me if he had access problem. She said they don't carry phone. What?!?! - then I asked for redelivery. The lady said I will submit a request but I cannot guarantee. After a weekend away, today I found the collect at a post office notice card. The post office is about 20 minutes away from my place (10minutes walking + 2 MRT stops away). Speedpost is PAID for a delivery service. Why am I, the customer, need to be punished to wait a week for my item and ultimately go to pick up the item for a mistake that is not mine?! I buy things online all the time - All the other delivery companies like ninja van, TQ bin, Q express never have this problem and at the very least they will call before coming or redeliver if needed to. Speedpost being a gov't service body has such lousy service is a shame to Singapore.

Hi there, I feel your pain. Could you let me know what was the phone number you called to talk to their customer service officer? I am experiencing the same problem with almost exactly the same premise. My incoming delivery (sent from South Korea) was delivered today. After checking the status on Speedpost's online tracking, I found out there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to "no access to delivery address". I came home to find NO delivery advice slip in my mailbox or under my door. There is no instruction whatsoever to me, as the customer, as to how to retrieve the item. Even worse, after trying to give Speedpost a call at their supposed "customer service centre" [protected] or +[protected]) and wasting another 30 mins googling for another contact number, there is literally no way to reach a human being to inquire about this in a direct way. I hope you somehow managed to get your item, though!

Yes I agree with you. I wonder why they are so stupid as to why they can't give a call especially big bulky item before they attempted the delivery. They expect everyone to be at home, no need to work during weekday to receive the goods. We, the consumers paid for the service & off course expect the item to be delivered to your doorstep, who would want to go all the way to the post office to queue & collect esp bulky item home, right? I encounter another time where my item has been left at my designated post office for over a week without anyone informing me. I kept tracking the status but it never state that my item has already arrived at the post office. I waited & waited until a week later, I decided to call and only then I was told that my good was return to Paya Lebar head office due to non collection at my designated post office. I am puzzled. And I have to travel all the way to the east (I m staying at North) to collect my goods. This is ridiculous as this is not my mistake. I did not ask for redelivery as I know they do not have good service standard they mighty delay my item again. If I have a choice, I would not use this so called Singapore Post. They are slow and inefficient. They are in the service line so they should also operate during weekend, just like some banks. How can they expect consumers who work during weekday, rush to the post office where most of them closed at 6pm. Isn't this post office service shows unproductive, wasting not only your own delivery man time, & worst still, waste we the consumers' time and money.

Singapore Post (SingPost) empty promises and lousiest delivery services in singapore

We had a few items that was send to the wrong location on 29 oct 2015, we clled and try to arrange with them but they seems not to bother much and say to call back tomorrow. We called the next day which was told that they will make a remark to send asap and try send to us on Mon 11 Nov 2015. All these are very important for our clients and we called again on Mon with regards to the case, was told that they will call us back as they need to write our request and complains/feedback. Tues, they failed to do so and we called at least to them 10 over times saying we need it urgently and during 3pm that day, we requested to talk to manager, they say will call us back but we requested for a time they will call, at least let us know if they will call within 1 or 2 hours. And they cant promise us what the waiting time, as we got pissed, we ask if they will call us by next month and soon he say ok, we will call you in an hours time. And an hour later, they didnt called, again we called back.. And again, they will call us back as manager in a meeting. We waiting, and as soon as i realise its going to be 5ppm, i decided to call again just in case they will always tell you its after office hour and manager is not there, upon calling at 5pm, another stuff say definately will call before 6pm. And we waited... no calls again and we called at 6plus and they say manager in meeting. I called again at 8plus and again manager in meeting. We got so angry, and at 9plus, a lady called and promise us that they will arrange delivery on Wed. Requested had been made and as high priority and will send out asap. We waited but again the next morning, no calls.. we called again 11am to check the delivery status but was told again they need to check and had write to their department. We warn them that its for very important clients and we need on that date. And we even requested self collection but was told that they do not know wheres the pancel now etc. we called again and again for 15 over calls and theres never an ans from them. Until Wed night, a manager called and promise to delivery early morning and it definately before 11am. With assurance, we waited and again, disappointment! we called and was told before 12pm, did not turn up again. We requested for contact details to call delivery team but was told they do not have it and they cannot call them too. Upon calling again and again, they say will reach before 1pm as its first priorty slot. And again did not turn up or call! we called at 1.30pm and again they cant give an ans! And now tell us before 6pm! The reason for such rush its because, we have 10 over workers waiting for 2 days to install for our clients, we lost more than 1k a day, its already half a day gone and we need to collect and installed for our big clients. I hope sharing this will help people out there, never go for speedpost or singpost which is the same company. Its a great disappointment, and worst of all, theres no way you can complain directly to them, they will side their staff and nothing will be done.

Singapore Post (SingPost) feel like a scam! missing item declared as delivered and requested a fee.

I did not receive the item which supposed to deliver to my house within 7 days. I called to verify with SingPost regarding my item status and they mentioned that the item was delivered with signature confirmation. I am very sure that nobody in my house received the item. SingPost even wanted me to pay a fee for the signature confirmation instead of proving to me that they have delivered the item. It feels like a scam! SingPost provides very unsatisfied and bad services.

Singapore Post (SingPost) no assistance in helping us locate a missing parcel

I have shipped an item from USA to Singapore two weeks ago with a guaranteed shipping date of 29 September 2015. It was a premium shipping which comes with tracking details. The last update was on 27 September 2015, and it said "Your item departed a transfer airport in Changi, Singapore, SINGAPORE on September 27, 2015 at 10:50 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination." When it failed to show up by 30 September 2015, I made a call to US postal service, and asked them to help me to locate the parcel cos after all, I shipped via their service. They acknowledged that it had entered into Singapore, but have yet reached the customs. They have emailed Singapore postal agents to assist in this matter. After 4 email attempts to contact the Singapore postal agents, no reply was made. I headed down to Singapore post to show them this, and all they said was it was not scanned into Singpost system so they cannot do anything. Finally, we managed to escalate it to a Duty Manager at a branch. Looking at the tracking details, he denied that it was in Singapore. He mentioned it was still in another airport in another country, and said it was out of reach of Singpost. The tracking detail said "Your item departed a transfer airport IN Changi, Singapore, SINGAPORE on September 27, 2015 at 10:50 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination." He kindly mentioned to us if it is in Singapore, a postal agent (from USPS) will pass the item from the plane to Singpost, and that is when they will scan and take over the parcel. So we asked them if we could have a contact email/number of this postal agent. He said no contact, only computer system. A computer system delivers the item from the plane to Singpost? What a smoke bomb. He continues by saying again since it was not scanned by Singpost, it is not the fault of Singpost, and that the item might not be in Singapore (AGAIN! when the tracking details CLEARLY shows it has landed in SINGAPORE). Does he take me as a fool? Also, maybe thats how Singpost shrink their responsibility when mail gets lost, they just say its not scanned into the system? Or it could be that their agents was being dishonest and when they got the package, they purposely did not scan it. Honestly, we are not blaming singpost for losing the package, because maybe they did not receive it, but the fact that the package is in Singapore (from the tracking details), we need a contact information of the USPS postal agent to see if they really missed it in passing it to Singpost and they just say no contact number. How weird? An office or a person with no contact number exist in Singapore? The only thing Singpost asked us to do is call the USPS US hotline, which is another useless company, and you think we did not do that? But we figured that USA being 3, 000 miles away would be harder to deal with than a local postal service which is nearby. But its sad to see how Singpost has ended up like that, no responsibility and total disregard for its customers. It is no wonder people are losing faith and confidence in such "government" services and turning to other companies like DHL and Fedex. I am facing a lot of problems tracking a missing parcel that I sent from USA to Singapore. My case ID is DE3345793. It was a parcel with a guaranteed shipping date of 29 September 2015. The item's status was that it arrived in Singapore airport, in transit to destination. The first two calls I made, customer service representatives have told me that the items was stuck in customs and it should be delivered soon, and asked me to be patient. I asked them if they could contact the Singapore postal agents. They said only electronically. So I waited. After two days, I decided to call the Singapore customs and immigration myself. They said they did not receive it. So I called USPS again. The third customer service guy told me its in Singapore customs. After mentioning that I called Singapore customs and they mentioned they didn't receive it, the customer service guy said oh, yeah I think it didn't get to customs. (Seriously, shouldn't they be telling me whats going on, instead of the other way round), and he said he will ELECTRONICALLY remind the postal agent in singapore to reply to their inquiry. I asked if they could call them instead of emailing, because emailing obviously is not working, and they said no contact number, only electronically. "Everything is done electronically. No contact number." Which really makes me wonder really? No phone number at all? Cos even I being based in the United States could speak to Customs in Singapore, you dont have a contact number of your fellow colleagues working in Singapore? All USPS customer service officers can do are just typing emails (after emails, after emails), and sending them. They do not even bother helping to even attempt to try to get a contact number and get it for me. They mentioned they have a research team that will investigate further, it either never happened or no one bothers updating me at all. I have to call them everyday for the past one week. I just feel that many of these postal services these days do not even attempt to track a lost parcel, cos they feel that everything can be resolved by insurance and by paying the customers back the money, but sometimes its not about the money. Its about the trust the sendee has that the sender has sent out the parcel. I feel that many of these customer officers are just rattling off from a script, and hopefully you will just forget about the issue.. What hope should we have in postal service again? Really sad.

Singapore Post (SingPost) over a two week delay and terrible customer service on an item supposed to reach me in two days!

My parcel is in Singapore, yet two weeks later, my URGENT parcel is still sitting in a warehouse here in Singapore awaiting delivery to me.
The parcel is correctly addressed, I have evidence of the clear label my friend put on it as she sent it.
Someone has been home every day awaiting this parcel.
Every day this parcel is not delivered I am LOOSING money.
The 1800 number is useless. The people who answer these lines have stock phrases and have no idea what they are doing. The keep asking me to "give them some time". Another 2 days! And when it doesn't come in another 2 days I have to start ALL OVER AGAIN because there are no other numbers and the emails are NEVER replied to.
Such bad service and I see when I google this, that I am by NO means the only person to have dealt with such a problem from Speedpost.
Such a very bad advert for Singapore.
Very very disappointing.

Singapore Post (SingPost) misleading info on delivery

Most of the time Singpost has this problem. The tracking system is useless. Today I have been waiting my parcel from 8am. When I check status in the morning, it's with the courier. Check later ard 10++, it stated " office closed ". WTH is my office closed when I'm in there. So I called in, the CSO told me can't do anything and just wait for the system to update the status. I'm angry not because can't get the parcels, cause misleading status. Can you imagine if a boss ask a worker to wait for parcel and status is office closed, what will happen to the worker? Worst service

Singapore Post (SingPost) inconsistency, slow updates and bad service

I would like to raise a concern regarding inconsistency and slow updates with your company's service.

First of all, I would like to say that Technical issues and delays are no excuse for a bad service.
Recently, I had a delivery which I missed on 6 August 2015. I was given a POPstation notification card and it was stated at the bottom that collection will be available from the next calendar day after 7am. For the next 2 days, I went to POPstation twice and was notified by your customer service that my items were still not delivered to the POPstation.

On 8 August 2015, I called in 3 times to your customer service hotline but the answer I get from 3 different staff were all different. I was told by the first guy that my item was on a delivery courier. The second lady told me that there was a technical issues with the system and the third lady told me that they were unable to check the item status and the issue was raised to the Concern department.

I was also told that all information would be updated on a website.

In the first place, what is a Concern Department ? Is that not the customer service's job ? The inconsistency in the replies I get tells a lot about your customer service and I've no idea what is the point of stating that " Speedpost is the leading provider for courier service in Singapore and international delivery with more than 200 destinations across the globe." When your company can't even get your service staffs right.

Secondly, even if its with the delivery courier, what is the point of sending it to the POPstation when it can be send to my house instead. What I totally do not understand is that if the item is with delivery courier, they are suppose to deliver the items to the owner, not the POPstation. I paid for Speedpost delivery, not POPstation self-collection.

I would like to complain about the website too. I was asked to check the website several times for updates on my items, but in the first place, the website takes too long to update on even a status. I see no point in referring to something that takes 8 hours to update a status of an item.
Lastly, if your company can't even use the POPstation right, there is no point in setting up a POPstation that doesn't deliver. You might as well place it in the post office where people would actually be able to collect their items.

I've also realise that the reason for a failed delivery was changed to " Delivery failure due to system issue, re-delivery will be attempted " from no reason at all. This seems more like an easy way out. In the first place, there is no delivery on Sunday and 10 August is a PH. It means that the item has been delayed for at least 4 days. It is ridiculous that the most established delivery service in Singapore is choosing an easy way out as an solution to an issue.

Please do not mislead people with the information given on the Notification Card too. There is no point in stating that Collection will be available from the next calendar day after 7am when it is not even there for 2 days straight.

Overall, I am very disappointed that your service counter is atrocious especially when it comes to hotlines. Your delivery service is also ridiculous, there is not even an estimate time for delivery, please do not expect that a person who stay at home the whole day just to wait for his parcel to be delivered. If a delivery fails, please do not mislead them with wrong information and do speed up your updates on item status.

Singapore Post (SingPost) missing items

In march 2015 I ordered some facial creams online from us costing $267.56. By may 4th, I still did not receive my products, I contacted the sender who told me my items was sent out in mid april and gave me a tracking number for me to check the status of my items. I went online to singpost and tracked the status of my items and found that it arrived to singapore singpost on 14th april 2015 and is still in transit to next processing centre for delivery. I contacted singpost (Spoke to ms richa) and enquired about my parcel. She checked and told me it already arrived but is still in transit. She told me will check and call me back. She did call me back to say my parcel cannot be located anywhere in the centre and might be lost. Then I got two emails from singpost (From ms fatimah and ms thenmozhi) apologizing for the inconvenience caused and asking me to liase with my sender to lodge a claim. I did email the sender to update my position but they were not helpful and stop replying my emails completely. I am very upset and disappointed with singpost for just apologizing and not taking the responsibility for losing my parcel.in the first place its singpost's responsibility once the items is in your centre. I want and demand a refund for losing my parcel. Ann fernandez

I just got my items from US with "delivered" status, and I was in the office. No item received.
If this is a registered item with my name, how can it be delivered, but not to me?

Singpost is getting worse and worse these days!

They will never compensate my poor missing USD 160 supplements.

Singapore Post (SingPost) terrible terrible service

Completely useless service. If companies want good courier services to keep their customers happy, they shoudl not use speedpost.
I bought a phone from xiaomi, they are very quick and give information on the status of the order. But as soon as the phone was given to speedpost, things went downhill. Xiaomi said the order had been shipped, and that the courier would deliver today. So I stayed in. At 10:44, whilst at home, I noticed the status changed to "delivery attempted, unsuccesful". This was complete crap, no-one rang the doorbell to my unit, and no-one called my phone. Basically no attempt whatsoever was made to deliver the parcel. I immediately rang up to complain, and got fobbed off with "cannot contact driver". Finally, the status changed to "delivered to popstation". I rang up again, and speedpost said I had no choice but to collect myself from the pop station. This is totally inconvenient, the popstation is a fair distance away, probably $6 dollars in a taxi so $12 dollars there and back. So having paid once for the item to be delivered to me, I now have to pay again for me to pick it up myself. Totally terrible service.

Speedpost has poor customer service and popstation is very inconvenient, time consuming and costly. Do not use singapore speedpost.

Singapore Post (SingPost) speedpost???!

This is don't know how many times I have encountered NOT receiving delivery advice slip from SpeedPost! I have never encountered of such from the usual SingPost Registered Mail. Only SpeedPost postman will have the cheek to state "Delivery attempt was not successful as courier has no access to delivery address" in SpeedPost system! Hello, I have checked with my condominium management and they find it so amuse and absurd reason that SpeedPost either the officer from the call centre or the SpeedPost postman could gave! There is definitely no such blockage for the postman to leave the delivery advice slip in the mail box. How I got to know there is such delivery to my house? Only when the sender informed me today 7-Feb-2015 via email at 3pm. With the tracking number, I quickly punched in Speedpost website, then realised there was a failed delivery attempt yesterday 6-Feb-2015 afternoon at 12:16pm and today the item has already sent to Bukit Panjang PO at 10:42am, never giving me a chance to make known to SpeedPost to ask for redelivery! Cos, SpeedPost officer told me over the phone that once the item has sent to Bukit Panjang PO, there is nothing they can do to overwrite the system for redirect or redelivery! The only thing to hear from the officer is ONLY sorry and I have to physically go to Bukit Panjang PO within the next 5 days to collect the item personally! WOW...that is called SpeedPost Service, ask addressee to go pick up your own post! For goodness sake, Bukit Panjang PO is so out of the way and so inconvenience! And they're sure that this is SpeedPost "PRIORITY"?! In my last complaints to them over similar matter, I paid for the shipment fee yet I had to go Bukit Panjang PO to collect the item personally! So, will SpeedPost refund me this part of self-collection fee?! The only answer I received from the officer was: "SORRY mdm, refund is not possible"...Wow! seems like SpeedPost really know how to make business! And Please don't come and tell me this is the first time they encountered. Cos' this has happened to me so many countless times now and I have just lodged a complaint only last November against SpeedPost on the same matter! Obviously, SpeedPost is NOT looking into this matter and I plead them to stop sending me email to say will look into this matter when they're not sincerely looking and solving this matter especially when they outsource to external postman! I'm utterly disappointed with SpeedPost. Everytime I hope that my items are sent via the usual SingPost Registered Mail so that if no one is at home to collect the item, at least I'm assured that I will have my delivery advice slip in my mailbox and can arrange for redelivery from Bukit Panjang PO. So, SpeedPost please don't come and tell me your SpeedPost postman cannot enter our condo to drop delivery advice slip, totally craps! Also, the officer, since you said can arrange redelivery provided the item hasn't sent to Bukit Panjang PO, shouldn't there be a grace period for us addressees to do so for making call for arrangement? Just less than 24 hours, item was already at Bukit Panjang PO, giving no chance for the addressee to call! I don't know how many times SpeedPost will receive my same complaints over and over and over again, this only shows that SpeedPost is incompetence and treating feedbacks and complaints NOT seriously. Hence, SpeedPost don't act like you will look into the problem by just sending email to "ensure"...we are not kids!

Yep, SpeedPost is seriously hopeless.

In all places why Bukit Panjang? Why can't they route to the nearest post office? I don't stay there and has no plan to go there just to collect some stupid parcels. I actually paid for delivery, not paid to self-collect. Anyway I'll just leave the stuffs there for their enjoyment, follow by filing a non-receipt claim to the seller.

Oh and I don't pity the seller - I specifically asked not to use SpeedPost and they refuse to listen.

Singapore Post (SingPost) bad service: delivery delay without any feedback even complaint!!!

Why does the Singapore post service so badly?

I sent some child milk to china on 23 Sep 2014, but it did not arrive until now. 57 business days (10 weeks) has passed away! Actually, the longest delivery time should less than 50 business days for a slowest post item. Furthermore, I cannot track any information about the post item. I complain twice, but they reply nothing until now.

What is wrong, Singapore Post?

Does this your service like this? Badly like this?

Which agency of the government would take care of this kind of bad service?

This is an affront to the country under the rule of law.

Singapore Post (SingPost) parcel missing with no update

I was sent a parcel from Singapore via EMS by speedpost since 02Oct14 but until today there was no update of the whereabouts of the parcel. I have made several query to Singpost and was not given any info which I don't know. They keep on saying they are investigating the matter. I have formally send an email since 7Oct but until today there's no concrete answer. All they are saying it's due to airlines delay BUT how long can an airline delay for? It's nearly 3 weeks and no outcome on where is the parcel. I m very frustrated on how they are handling this issue.

Singapore Post (SingPost) late service

I would like to lodge a complaint against Speedpost EMS for their terrible service. I am a student in the United Kingdom and I was supposed to have received a parcel sent by my mother but I have yet to receive it. The parcel contains pots and pans as well as a new Macbook Pro charger intended as a replacement for my current one since it isn't functioning properly. When my mother posted the parcel, she was told by the post office employee that the parcel would reach me within 3-5 days, but it is currently the 12th day since it was posted and I have yet to have receive it. My mother posted the item using the express service because I told her that I would need the items to cook food for my own sustenance and because of the delay, I have been unable to consume proper food. I have been eating bread for the past couple of days because my university is a distance away from restaurants, and also because I do not have the luxury of time to leave school to travel far for meals. We thought it would be expedited because of the exorbitant mailing fee but that is not the case. To further compound the problem, I am also required to pay more money in the form of "customs charges", something my mother was not informed of. When she made payment for the service, she was made to believe that the payment process was concluded, but it is not the case. Not only was she misinformed vis a vis the mail time/period, she wasn't informed of extra charges as well, charges that I am now liable to pay for. Unless I pay the extra charges, my parcel will not be sent to me. I have also sent an email to a Speedpost e-mail address I found on the Internet but I have yet to receive any sort of explanation. I posted such a complaint to them on Monday, 6 October 2014, UK time. I am now waiting for my parcel and if all goes well, I am supposed to receive it on Monday, 2 whole weeks from the date it was posted, and 9 days later than the time window/period the post office worker informed my mother of. Had I known Speedpost EMS would have been this inefficient, I would have advised my mother to choose another courier, and I am shocked that our national courier is this inefficient. I hope someone replies to this because I am extremely disappointed that our national courier would treat a son of the nation who's so far away so horribly.

Singapore Post (SingPost) poor delivery service

I am extremely not happy with the delivery service of Speedpost. I had been waiting for my items sent from Malaysia to me in Singapore. The sender had send out the items since 26June, but till today 07Jul I havent received my items.
When I called up to Malaysia Poslaju they mention that the items was received by Singapore Speedpost on 01Jul, so I contacted them to track on my items. I called them 3 times to day but no one can really help me to solve my problem, I called at 5.30pm to check where is my item and I need it to be sent to me by today because I will be going overseas tomorrow, I really need the item and waiting in my house the whole day afraid that they might knock on the door any time. But the agent only informed that they will send a message to the delivery team to experdite, and will call me back by 6.30pm. By 6.30pm I havent receive my items and he did not call me back, spoken to a supervisor in charge, still ask me to wait for another 30-45mins, they will ensure they send the items to me by today, and ask someone to call and follow up with me within 30mins, again, no one called back. At 8pm I called again, that supervisors already went home and when I check the status of the item on the website it says delayed due high volume. I am totally pissed off.

Singapore Post (SingPost) frequent lost of documents

Hi,
We, Matex International Limited had experienced many times of disappointment with EMS (Singapore Speedpost).

This is really a disappointing experience with EMS (Singapore speedpost). We have faced tons of issues with EMS (Singapore speedpost) courier before, by right, deliveries of docs from China should be around three working days but sometimes took 5 working days to deliver; deliveries were sometimes made after normal office hours which caused failure of delivery. We thought these cases were the worst which a customer could experience from EMS (Singapore speedpost) service but who knows "surprises" follows unexpectedly. For this consignment lost, we have to proceed with police report for the re-issuance of such important docs which also caused serious delay to our customers' goods clearance at destinations. We severely condemn the unprofessional courier service provided by EMS and would prudentially consider appointing this company for future courier service, the same would be done by our overseas affiliates, too.

Besides, not many months ago there are another two cases happened which our documents out from China during mid of December 2013 but until 13.01.2014 they kept us waiting and telling us that they are still tracking it. One of it with original shipping documents declared lost and another one still tracing until today 13.01.2014. Thereafter, another document declared lost as well.

Recently at 12.05.2014, we had another set of documents that had endorsed by Notary (cost SGD700 for Notary) declared lost again. We will need to get endorse by Notary again and resend to our Indonesia Office again. This will be caused a lot of troubles to us and our Indonesia Office might be facing a problem that unable to renew the office registration.

We would like to know who we can log this serious case.

Hope can hear from you soon.

Thank you.

Regards,
Pierre Lee

Singapore Post (SingPost) sgd $70 charge delivery nothing

2 month ago, my family try to send me urgent needed product from Singapore using Singpost Speedpost service, just very light product, they charge my family $70 SGD. And we are ok since they promise to send in 5 working days to my USA address. After 1 month, I still have not receive my product. (my address is correct) And now I am back to Singapore, and the package return to my Singapore address in 2 month time.
I call they and complain this for money back, they say since you have gotten the item, they have done the service. ( Funny right, if I do not go back to Singapore I will never receive my package!) And they ask me to complain this to USA delivery company (Funny again, my family pay money to Singpost, but they ask us to complain to another company!).
I think monopoly of delivery outlets have make this company a cheater and robber face already.

Before I submitted my order for an item from overseas, I checked the shipping rate, the dimensions and the weight. I called Singpost support and gave them the specifications. They worked out the fees which I thought was reasonable so I went ahead to order. And when the bill came, Singpost charged me more than $100 for the shipping! One third of the cost of my item! Not that it cannot charge high but it misled me to think it was charging at a cost acceptable to me. Since then, I never used Singpost.

Singapore Post (SingPost) unreliable service/ lack of delivery/terrible service

How to cope with incident of not delivering important documents abroad in
promised 2-3 working days by speedpost, after paying $57.40 for this
service.
The story is simple. I need my documents to be delivered abroad before
Monday 24/3/2014, so I’ve posted it 13/03/2014 from Singapore post office,
hoping that it will reach destination on Wednesday march 19.

Today (21march) I still can see with the tracing tool, that item no xxxxx
has status Handover to Airline dated 15/3/2014.
I’ve already contacted so named “customer care” hotline yesterday, where I
was advised to call myself to local post hotline, then local customs office,
which I did, but the letter was not registered, so still was somewhere in
Singapore, although should have reached destination a few days ago.
Today (21/3/2014) I’ve made again call to so called customer care hotline,
and got the same advice, but I refused do make the job which I’ve paid for to
speedpost. After long discussions I’ve managed to convince officer to make my
compliment, and was promised that I’ll get any feedback in few hours, but nobody
called me back, so again I called and discussed the case with hotline officer
and after 20 min I had a chance to talk with supervisor and explain her why it
is important to me that documents has to be delivered before Monday and finally
she promised to check personally and give me feedback. (I have no any feedback
yet).
SO now: my time is tight, I’ve paid for service I didn’t get, my documents
are lost nobody knows where, and customer care doesn’t care abut the case,
status on tracing tool is still the same dating 15/3/2014.
What did I pay for?
How speedpost will compensate my lost of documents, time and money?
Who is responsible for unreliable service?
