Space India review: Don't book under construction flats at space india 10

This space India was just an advertising firm during start. Now they are builders, they don't have a moral responsibility as a builder.
I had booked a flat in one of their starting endeavors 'Space India', after the payment of initial booking amount they had asked an increase on the total amount due to some change in builder and price increase. Which we agreed and per square feet price was increased according to which the booking amount was given and we were ready for registration. But again they started the stupidity and again decided to increase the amount, which we didn't agree upon as that was against ethics and prime reason of investment in Pavel that was to book a budget friendly second home.
We had filed a case against Space India and it's builders, the ruling for which is in our favour. And now again they have not agreed to adher to court decision. How can any buyer believe in and invest in such kind of builders or developers.

After these 5-6 years of booking the flat by paying the booking amount, what we have is a completed flat but vacant, not in our name and with lakhs of our amount being blocked since years.

Now next step they are forcing us to increase the agitation against them, we are also planning to contact media houses who have shown interest to show case the issue.
Space India is failing to initiate a discussion with the affected which shows their negative attitude towards the end buyers.

Above user got angry due to the late payment issue . Now everything is resolved amicably and user withdrawn his complaint against SPACE INDIA. He got angry for sending delay payment charges which is common practice if the payment is not as per schedule.

SPACE INDIA is really a trusted name in entire Navimumbai . They are the most trusted and committed builders with a customer base of 9000 plus happy customers. No one can doubt the credibility of this reputed brand who delivered more than 9000 flats to the satisfaction of home buyers. 1 or 2 people can not judge the credibility of any company.

space india is a yaak builder, , neither they have a proper system of site visit nor there property is fully CIDCO approve, , , quality is bad, , price is also high stay away from them

this give you the picture of these cheaters, they are asking of thousands without any information neither on mobile nor by mail ..and at the time of possession they demand for more money as late fee..

Space india has 9000 satisfied customers within a span of last 6 years. We are coming up with huge townships designed by Haffeez Contractor in Panvel, Taloja, Khopoli, Karjath & Neral. This company is coming up with more than 12000 affordable housing units in NAVIMUMBAI near international airport .

dear Reader, Had a very bad experience with the seller SPACE INDIA BUILDERS and DEVELOPERS who are very un professional...After finalising all the deal and paying up, before 1 days of regiatration they inform that the builder is demanding black money..Space India - Panvel who is marketing this project SAI AASHISH in ulwe sector 18... They have no head or tails of their project.. All they know is to agree before selling and later pull the rug under your feet ...Please stay away from SPACE INDIA loacted in Panvel...if u have no other option in the world and want to experience how beggers feel then you may go ahead and put your money in this project..There are many other builder in ulwe and panvel...pay 200 rs more per sq feet but be assured of the builder...
