South Lake Pain Institute, Paez Julio Md, 845 Oakley Seaver Dr, Clermont, Fl 34711 review: pain management

This place is BAD News STAY AWAY! Staff is 2nd rate, the "doctor' nothing more than a drug dealer I moved Oct 2015 and have been trying since to get a new doctor I have called 13 times to have my records forwarded to new doctor every time I am assured they will do it ASAP Months ;later STILL NO RECORDS forwarded. Had an experience where Dr signed the prescription in wrong place Walgreens wouldn't accept it I called and was told to come in & they would re-write the prescription I DROVE TWO & HALF HOURS each way when I got there after waiting 30 minutes I was told I would have to make an appointment .. go home 2 1/2 hour drive & come back even though South Lake Pain Institute screwed-up the prescription. I am on Medicare I received a statement that South Lake pain Institute billed Medicare for "Smoking session" I asked Dr Paez about the charge he said "On your original application you stated you smoke" I said " Yes, that was 3 years ago I quite shortly after starting treatment" NEVER had South Lake Pain institute treat me for smoking - that's MEDICARE FRAUD - I just reported them for that! My wife noticed on several visits clients fighting with the staff ... trust me No one is happy with this place - stay away from this place
