Poor service center in Bangalore!

I have a bad experience with SONY Service Centre bangalore. I have given one month back to repair my SONY Audio System and still has not been rectified and introduced with new more defects.

I never expected this from SONY service center.

Hi,
I have Sony Camcorder DCR HC 48.when i tried coping pictutes from the camcorder to my laptop using the USB dravive provided with the camcorder i found all the pictures are blured or low ligh or broken or no clarity.

Please help me on this and i want to know Sony Camcorder Service center in bangalore .

Hi,
I completely agree with the Sony Service station poor service quality.I bought a flat screen tv and within 20 days the picture was blurred.Upon constant follow up they said someone will come and repair.He came and spoilt the tv.Later again on following up someone came and took it to service center and kept it there for 10 days without updating me wat's happening.I lost my patienece then they said manager is out on a holiday..It is ridiculous that the whole company has only one manager.They said tv needs software upgradation and then spoilt it further and gave it back to me with another beautiful fault which is whenever you switch on the tv there is a loud nouise as if there is a bvomb blast.My follow up is still on, whenever the great people get time they will come and rectify it.I am planning to sell it off as soon as it gets rectified as dealing with SONY especially SONY WORLD in JAYANAGAR BANGALORE IS A PIN IN THE NECK>I recommend nobody to buy that TV.

I agree with the Pathetic Service Sony has. Recently i had a problem with my phone, went to Sony service station (near to Maharaja hotel, Koramangala, Bangalore). They asked me to wait - i waited there for 20 minutes (not exagaration). The shop was empty and both front desk employees were sitting idle. after 20 minutes when I asked, they said sorry that they forgot about me compltely. While I was standing there, second customer came & same thing happened with him. They dont even care or see if customer is waiting.. until customer starts shouting.

I gave my phone for servicing, they said two days, I called after 2 days, they said, they will call me back which never happened. 3rd day, I called again - Guess what, I got the same answer - "We will call you back in1 hour." after 1 hour i called them back - The stop is closed.

Next day I called, they said my phone is repaired. I went to collect it & same time hoping for more surprises & I got it.

These were the complaints.
1. Sound is not clear at all.
2. Firmware upgrade
3. jogdial on the phone not working.

Thought they had made a bill for all the above 3, they had done only jogdial change. They gave me the phone back & Engineering went inside. Again after 10-15 min I asked about him, they said hes busy. After waiting for 15 minutes again, he came and told only jogdial is changed not firware upgrade and sound test.

(While i was standing there for 30 minutes, I saw many customers waiting with their bills and shouting & i just check waht the front desk is doing. One lady was playing some game on the PC while other lady was checking emails) - I hope those two things can wait until they service the customer.

Its pathetic, but in India you cant expect more. Go to a Nokia serivce centre - u'll get heart attack.
