Subject: Further investigation required
Affidavit is available from Beaumont Solar employees and business associates, who reviewed undersized cable with Mr. Cavallo shortly after solar project completion.
Despite fire hazard and National Electric Code violations at multiple sites, Mr. Cavallo neglected to replace undersized cable until state investigation forced the correction two (2) years later.
There is a legal responsibility for government employees to make certain public life and property is safe.
Any residential, commercial or municipal solar installations which remain unaudited by an independent agency are potentially compromising public life and property.

In 2009 Mr. Cavallo of Beaumont Solar and Dartmouth Massachusetts Wiring Inspector Plamondon were advised by INO Electric of the undersized cable designed and installed for Lighthouse Masonry solar electric system. Two years passed until state investigation by Cadmus Group discovered the undersized cable. When National Electric Code and fire hazard is ignored by licensees and appointed inspectors, public safety no longer exists.

Subject: Town of Acushnet specifications
Phil: I need specification details for Town of Acushnet Fire Station along with expected return on investment, rebates, etc. The details from last night's meeting are due 1/30/09 for submitting to town meeting and bidding process of two weeks. Thanks, Jim D. P.S. My thoughts are to clearly specify inverter specifics, panel specifics, minimum paybacks expected, output guarantees, and outcome measurements.
