The company advertises access to records such as genealogy searches. I paid for a one year subscription through Click Bank.Each inquiry I sent received a "no records found" answer. I sent an e-mail to request that my subscription be ended and my $29.95 returned. They do not answer and Click Bank does not answer either. This company should be banned from the internet.

I did a records search for my marriage license and got a no record response. This was after I had charged with my credit card for the services. I called my credit card company and they were very helpful in getting the charges reversed by contacting CLKBANK I wish that before the charges were asked for I had paused and GOOGLED THEM. I wouldn't have subscribed.

I also ordered the, Gov records, and paid $39.95. Ever since I have done everything possible to get it. I never even received the download. I also paid, via Clickbank. I have written email to both the software company and clkbanks.com. Two days ago I somehow got through to the clickbank company. I was told that I had to request my refund within 60 days. I explained that I just wanted the program I had paid for. They had four email complaints from me and said they had requested technical support from that company four times. i asked for the company address only to find out that it is located near where I live. This last gal that i talked to said that she would send another request and if I don't hear back from them to call her again. I didn't hear anything after waiting the required two days. I called her back to no avail. I finally sent yet another email directly to the gal. When I located this complaint site after she gave me the name of the company, SOFTWARE DOCTOR INC. I sent her another email, (which included a link to this site.) ClickBank was obviously aware fo the problems with the purchases of GovRecords via their company. Clickbank charged my bank account $39.95...AND I WANT IT BACK! SOFTWARE DOCTOR INC is a Canadian company. And in their list of dwnloads GOVRECORDS is not even included. This is a scam and FRAUD.
As for me...I am taking this further. I am reporting this situation to the Attorney General of Idaho. Perhaps he can remedy what these companies are doing. I STRONGLY suggest that no one ever order anything, via the net that ClickBank, GovRecords or SOFTWARE DOCTOR INC, (support@recordsarea.com.) None of them really do anything. I did manage to get the mailing address for Click Bank: 917 S. Lusk, 2nd Floor, Boise, Idaho 83706. Naturally the phone number is an 800#. But here it is just in case someone has trouble finding it. 1-800-390-6035. I will never purchase anything again that uses, Click Bank A.K.A. Clkbank.com

Searched for my name and it came up with 1 result but I had to subscribe to see it.
I joined and paid through clickbank but when I searched for my name again it came up with NO RESULTS.

I got screwed today for the $39.95 deal it took about five minutes after i did the credit card deal to no that i was had just like everyone else. Why cant the law do something about this sort of stealing its no different then armed robbery but they dont use a gun. If i had the oppertunity i would not hesitate useing a gun on them someone needs to send a message to all those websites that do the same thing everyday shootem
