socireach.com review: Bad app and attitude, rude rep 2

I signed up for free trial on the website www.socireach.com and was really upset with their attitude. They promised a lot, but in reality their app was completely useless for me. I wanted to cancel this trial, but they refused and told to wait until the last day. Also the rep was rude with me after I refused to pay for their app and told that it wasn’t what I needed. They showed their attitude and unprofessional behaviour. Be aware of that and please post comments about your experience with them.

There has been a very interesting development with the "complaint" Vram has submitted above.

Turns out Vram is just someone trying to make an easy $500 by blackmailing us.

Please see attached screenshot or follow this link: http://socireach.com/skypescammerscreenshot.jpg

About three weeks ago we opened a project on freelancer looking for potential affiliates to promote SociReach, Vram was one of the freelancers who got in touch and told us he can confidentially sell over $3, 000 in his first month. We of course were very happy for him to become an affiliate.
A day later Vram tells us that he needs $500 upfront as safety before he can bring us customers. Realising this is an obvious scam we told Vram that's not an option and quickly reported him to freelancer. This caused his freelancer account to be closed down.

Not long after, this complaint appears. We at SociReach instantly can tell there's something not right and that Vram isn't really a customer of ours.

After posting the above reply, Vram messages us on Skype saying he will remove the complaint for $500.

Please see attached screenshot of Vram blackmailing us on Skype, of follow this link: http://socireach.com/skypescammerscreenshot.jpg

We want to take this opportunity to ensure everyone that we at SociReach are very committed to our customers. It's unfortunate that some people abuse sites like ComplainsBoard to try and make a quick buck. Luckily for us we have been able to catch out the scam and inform everyone about it.

We offer our free trial to prove that SociReach works. PayPal is by far the most secure payment method and cancellation is always in the hands of the customer not us.

We wish everyone a great day,
Best regards,
SociReach Team :)

Hi Vrams,

We're sorry to hear this but we do feel this may be not be fully true. To cancel a trial or account it's done via logging into your PayPal, manage subscriptions, then cancel the subscription. In fact it's even written on our signup page along with step by step instructions. Therefore the customer has complete control and never requires us to cancel it for them, that's the beauty of PayPal.
We have a very personal relationship with all our customers and we can't pin point who you may be as not only has our last cancellation been over 3 weeks ago, it was because they simply no longer needed our service but even left us a positive review.
We have a very strict process in place that when someone signs up to a trial their account manager greets them and assists them setting up campaigns. We've looked through all our records of cancellations and what you're saying just hasn't occurred.
Unfortunately we do know that many competitors in this very competitive market try to damage the reputation of other companies by leaving reviews like this that we know are simply not true but very hard to prove to the public.
If you can send us an email at support@socireach.com with your subscription ID, name of account manager, then we will look into it. If you are willing to publicly show the URL you have promoted using SociReach, there will be lots of evidence on the web that SociReach has been used since publishers would have promoted your URL. If your URL shows no evidence in terms of the backlinks, and social media submissions then we can prove that you actually never used SociReach and never even signed up to the trial. We're not a huge corporation, we're still a small team and like mentioned above have a very close relationship with all our customers.
Have a great day.
