Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] complaint against sngpl mardan and swabi office

I am ayaz khan from topi swabi.
Respected sir we deposited urgent fee for gas installation which means that within 15 to 20 days the gas department will install your gas connection. Sir but we are waiting from last 3 months but they are not coming for installation. We visited their office but they just tell us a story everyday that within 2 or 3 days we will contact you but they never contact us. Sir the gas line just crossed right in front of our home I dont know why they are doing this. Plzzzzzzzzzz sir do something for us. Plzzzzzzzzzz its a request. Sir I am waiting for your response.

It is stated that unjustifiable late payment [protected]@20 is being charged regularly over a long period of time alongwith monthly bill from consumer no.[protected] .it is undue burden on customer.
It is reqested that discontinued the undue charges in the shape of late payment surchrge if future and adjusted the alredy excess paid amount w.e.f.March [protected]@ Rs.20 p/m alongwith justification of overcharging

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] unauthorized load shedding

Respected sir, for last 2 months Sui Gas department is doing load shedding of gas in Shamsher Town, Sargodha. All Ramazan from morning 8 to 5 pm daily they were doing loadsheding and same behavior now a days. Nobody listens to the complaints. These days children are on vacations and if they wake up after 8 am they don't have the option of breakfast at home. Please do something for this unjust.

I applied for new connection at 21/5/2013 it's been 4 years now and last time they come for survey on March 2017 and after then I got a letter from them that they will going to put new 30 meters line but I took that to head office Abbottabad and show them and they told me that they will come to fix it after 3 months but none is coming yet to see premises for I try to ringing them but no one is answer phone am just putting my complaint again SNGP Abbottabad branch could you contact them regarding this matter pls here is my Valid I'd Num which is mentioned on letter where you can find more details about connection hope you will help me out from this [protected]. Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] new gas connection pending since 2011 in spite of existence of supply line

Assalam o alaikum!
Sngpl sialkot is persistent not to provide the gas connection since 2011. The demand notice rupees 3000 was deposited in the bank. The excuse was the distance between the supply line and house. The connection was provided just to the front door of our house on approach basis but deprived to us. The supply line exists in the street of our house now. I have visited the office and requested to provide the connection. They gave a new voucher of rs 3000 which I have deposited 45 days approximately before. I was lolly popped by saying that connection will be provided on the very first visit of the vehicle. The vehicles have visited my village 3 times in my presence but our name was not in the list.
I am a govt. Teacher by profession and is very difficult for me to take leave for visits of the office. I request you to issue the direction regarding the provision of gas connection. The details are given below:

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] sticky meter mention on bill

My consumer number is [protected]. I am living in Airport Housing society Rawalpindi. 1st of all there is no gas in winter from 2 am to 6 am. Means just 4 hours gas is available and at that time we are sleeping. Now gas is available for 24 hours but we are just 2 person living in that house so very rear use of gas my mater is working perfect then way sticky meter is mention on the meter from last few month please check my meter and if any problem with it then please solve it.

According to your website I visited today (i.e.14.04.2017) the merit date mentioned here 31st December, 2014 ( for Bahawalpur main) I have not received any demand notice for Bahawalpur Main from your departments to date. Therefore it is requested to you please issue me demand notice as per procedure of your department. Thanks

I'm Muhammad Adrees From 336 GB new sarabah p/o Toba Tek Singh, division Faisalabad.
Sir today my round in your office located in Toba Tek Singh is 15 times and 14 days coming for deposit new application for connection sui nothern gas but here your hiring officers salesman Mr. Mumtaaz khan senior supervisor sales man can't present all the time he passed own duty times different cities like Faisalabad and jhang and many others cities here many your new gase connection customer coming and gone empty hands with file go to home like me and Demean so this is very horrible situation people are more worried about this time and no any alternate person is available .
I'm 5 times seating here listen people views they are annoy here non presence.
And officially employees said Mr Mumtaaz khan is very rich man he use his own power to higher office nobody can expel and terminat him.
This is very serious situation .
Please take action really sooney so that people get ride of him.
Now we are only believe on you please solve this serious issues and give us permanent salesman who give services regularly.

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] repair of leaked gas pipe line

Respected Sir,
It is with great pain & deep sorrow, I bring it to your kind notice about the negligence & poor performance of the SNGPL Peshawar making the life of me & other residents of street a hell.The issue is three years old and a series of complaints have been lodged with the concerned offices for repair of the leaked pipe giving way to enter the near by flowing water in to the line thus halting the gas supply to the users. The problem get worst in the winter season, when the load shedding starts.The company is on one hand striving to control its line losses, whereas actual situation on the ground is quite opposite as evident from our case. The nature of our complaints require immediate steps to be taken by the concerned staff for redressal due to its seriousness & sensitivity, but only lips service is being provided and the consumers are suffering badly due to this malpractice.
In light of the above facts it is most humbly requested to take an early action on humanitarian grounds to solve a long outstanding problem to ease the life of users..All the residents shall remain thankful for this act of kindness.

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] unfair and bribed survey for installation of new gas meters

Worthy sir, it is respectfully submitted that I m living at chak no 14/1L teh renala khurd distt okara and serving as divisional chairman of labour union lesco.gass pipe lines has been installed prior to one year in my village.some days ago opration incharge sngpl of okara office, servey incharge and amanat ali surveyor of okara sngpl office subscribed a unfair and bribed list without any merits inconnivanc with some nonsense people of the locality.all the names mentioned in the list are mostly submitted their applications just 3 month before, on the other hand i and hundred other people of the locality had been submitted their applications 1/2 years ago.in present list it has also been noticed that all the member of a house/building has been approved or mentioned in this list as applicant especially in serial no43.44.45.34.69.and 72.list view attached.this injustices have been done by ur subordinates after receiving bribe form our local political enimies .this complaint is filed for departmental actions against opration incharge, servay incharge and amanat ali serveyor of okara sngpl office.copy of this compliant has also been referred to director FIA Lahore for registration of FIR. we all people living in the said village are requested to sngpl authority to install the gass meters in our village purely onmerits.

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] billing complaint

It is stated that my new meter for the upper story had been installed on January 04, 2016 with Name: Sardar Wali ur Rehman, Consumer Number [protected] and Meter Number ZA [protected]. On 15th of every month, the reading has been taken. On 15th January, 2016 my reading of the new meter was 000215. When I received the bill the reading was 000000. I visited the billing section and requested them to give me the bill of the consumed units but they told me that they will adjust the reading in the next month.
In this month, I received the bill of Rs. 13300 with the reading of 000517 with period from 04-01-2016 to 15-02-2016. Therefore the bill is for 42 days. I visited again to the billing section to correct my bill according to the reading dates but they refused and told me that we don’t have any policy to correct the bill.

Sir, you better know that the consumer bill has different slabs according to the consumed units. As per my knowledge, the bill less than 250 units will be of Rs. 2500 maximum which means I have to pay two bills of the same amount. But the billing section does not want to listen my request and straight away refused to correct the bill without satisfying me. It is injustice and unfair to force me to pay the bill of 42 days at once. Therefore it is requested to correct my bill as soon as possible as the due date is 09 March, 2016.

My gas meter is not working fine. its jammed. I dont know the due process of filing a complaint. i have emailed at

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] theft of gas

Dear Concern!

A O A, I am resident of street opp Jawad Plaza Dhamial Road Rawalpindi cantt. In my street one service line is bearing almost 10 sui gas meters, as usual the pressure is too low.
The issue I want to point out here is that my neighbor is using compressor on main line and only one or two customer's are using the whole gas. Here I am mentioning the meter numbers( 4500742 & 2152097).
You are requested to visit the vicinity, check the bills of all the street, this way the said meters can be confirmed. You are requested to take strict action so that the other peoples may not suffer due to mistake of an individual.

Sir we the resident of KHARI QILLA Phandu Baghbanan Road Peshawar, (union council URMAR BALA)
Humbly request that about 4000meter 2inch gas pipe line has been approved since from last 1 year, they only lay down the pipe, and from last six months they said that it will complete in 1 or 2 days,
we wait almost for six months but there is no progress,

THE SNGPL AUTHORITIES HAVE KINDLY REQUESTED TO SEND GAS BILL AS SOON IN EASY INSTALMENTS SO THAT I COULD EASILY PAY THE BILL BECAUSE I AM A VERY LOW SALARIED GOVERNMENT SERVANT.

I was submitted my application in 2011 and now after three years i got demand notice.I paid demand notice on 30-06-2014. According to SNGPL office information my meter is issued but till now they not installed it. Mr.H.M Ahsan memand for instaltion and told us they need to buy several instaltion instruments to do assingmnt.i am reminding them and visit office two time in every week from past 5 months.
