In early September 2009, I ordered the smoke51.com e-cigarette starter kit on-line as advertised: Free and pay only shipping & handling charges. The kit arrived within a reasonable time and my checking account was billed for $9.95 on 9/18/09 by EZ Smoker (as listed on my bank record). On 10/5/09, an additional deduction appeared on my checking account for $89.95 paid to Smoke Anywhere USA INC. On 10/6/09, another deduction appeared for $29.95 paid to Smoke Anywhere USA INC. On 11/5/09, yet another deduction appeared for $29.95 paid to Smoke Anywhere USA INC. The total deducted from my checking account to date for the "free" starter kit is $179.80. I did not notice the deductions until today (11/7/09) and tried to call two different numbers (one a toll-free number I got off the company's web site and another listed on my bank records), but could not get through. I have been scammed and want redress of this wrongful activity and wish to see those perpetrating it stopped from victimizing me and any others and appropriately prosecuted for their crimes.
