I am unsure of the REAL name of this company, the website offers a free trial, pay only shipping and handling(under $10.00) if satisfied, keep it and pay for it later. I still have not received my starter kit, and all of their phone numbers have been removed from the website. When I called every number they had listed, they went to the exact same message of a lady's voice stating that all of their agents are busy call back later. When I attempt to login to their website, an error message says the email address is not recognized. What? I have sent numerous e-mails in regards to this, and still no response, and still no product. I even e-mailed requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization form, so I would not continue getting charged, and still no response. I am bummed, as I thought this would be a great offer for an excellent product. I am unclear if the name of the parent company is Smoke Everywhere, or Smoke Anywhere, so I am posting it as Smoke-51.com which is where I placed my order. Now I must call the bank and cancel my card... What a hassle, Buyer Beware! Read all the fine print, when in doubt Just Say No!

Well, I just placed an order on the same site (on a whim... now getting VERY nervous).. and the problem is that whenever you look on their website, they show NO terms or conditions ANYWHERE...

The only time they show you terms and conditions is AFTER you place the order for the free trial.. It says "Thank you for your order", and underneath that it shows a link titled "Terms and Conditions"

So I am thinking I am going to just go tomorrow (assuming a charge is on my card) and close the bank account this order was placed with, so they dont try to charge me all of the absurd monthly fees and equipment charges.

I am not sure what the link is, but there is two websites:

www.smoke-51.com (which has the free trial offer), and

www.smoke51.com which sells the kits and cartridges seperately, and doesnt mention any "free trial offer" or anything related to that anywhere. So I dont know what the deal is, but I am feeling slightly ripped off...

Guess I will know more in the next couple of days. I was dumb for making a purchase without googling the website to check the legitimacy first. Oh well!

Listen up and beware...this IS some nasty company who is scamming. I fell for it too. Thought I'd give it a try...$9.95 for shipping and handling "free"...yeah right...also the terms and conditions never showed up until I placed the order. I received no order confirmation which made me suspicious. Went back to www.smoke-51.com...that's when I saw the terms and conditions. Nothing is "free". they were going to charge me $89.95 and then $29.95/per month. I work at a bank and process ach transactions. The $9.95 was debited from my account within seconds of placing the order. When I called the telephone numer on the transaction, I think I got in touch with "RAUOL'S BASEMENT"...said I had to send an email to cancel order which I did. After numerous emails (by the way...they keep changing email addresses, too) I received an email saying order was canceled. I kept harrassing them and finally the $9.95 for shipping and handling WAS credited to my account. BUT...product arrived anyway and I've yet to receive an RMA...emailed, called, etc., etc. but with no luck.
Today $89.95 was debited from my bank account. I have since had to hot card my debit card, and let the transaction go through before I can place an ACH transaction dispute with the bank. The bank WILL credit my account, but this is a TOTAL SCAM and they continue to play bait and switch with phone numbers, email addresses and anything else they can do to screw you.

I totally agree with the other complaints!! There were NO mentions in the ad that I responded to of any charge of $89.95. The ad read: Free trial offer-just pay S&H of 9.95 then monthly fee of 49.95 every 30 days. I talked to the Branch Manager of my bank today after I looked at my online checking account balance, and found out that I had a negative balance.
I, too, have wanted to stop smoking for some time now. When I seen this pop-up on my screen for an electronic cigarette I was excited! The patch didn't work and I couldn't stand the gum.
So far I, too, have not been able to speak with a live person-only automated, and one of their websites was not legit.*"windows could not find it." My wife and I are both unemployed and live on a small unemployment check. NOW THIS HAS TO HAPPEN!!! I had to pull most of my savings out just to cover this $90.00 charge. Do what I'm going to do: CALL THE BBB, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, and post complaints on every comment page that you can think of!!!
OH, don't forget to tell all your friends&family as well. Maybe we can keep a lot of people from losing money, and this sorry ass company from making anymore. -KMA SMOKE-51

iI AGREE WITH ALL THE ABOVE BUT I WAS CHARGED $119.00 PLUS THE 9.95...I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND AND NO LUCK...NEVER EVEN TRIED IT AND WOW...MY MONEY WAS GONE BEFORE IT GOT HERE...I WANT A FULL REFUND AND HAVE CALLED THE BANK TO STOP THEM FROM TAKING ANY MORE MONEY...IAM NOT COMPUTER SAVY AND BOTH OF US ARE ON LIMITED INCOME AND THIS IS BAD...I WOULD TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER TO LISTEN TO THIS ETC AND HAS MADE ME WANT TO GET RIDE OF MY COMPUTER..IT IS TO EASY TO GET TAKEN AND ALL I WANT IS TO E-MAIL MY KIDS AND GRANDKIDS...PLEASE HELP ME AS I DON, T KNOW WHERE ELSE TO GO OR TURN...EVERY CALL ETC IS JUST LIKE YOU HAVE HEARD BEFORE...NOTHING...THANSK FOR LISTENING...

I also fell victim to thier scam. The most they got me for was 9.95. That's bad enough. I called my credit card company to have new credit card numbers issued . Now they cannot bill me as they dont know the new numbers. CASE SENARIO..I ordered the product, I got an e-mail back after the order was placed. Mind you not the standard e-mail confirmation one would recieve when placing an order. It was very bleak in terms of proffessionalism. They keep changing thier phone numbers and also thier e-mail addresses.The recording on thier phone lines is the same womans voice. Must be his wife/girlfriend.I hope they get busted but good!

THANK GOODNESS, FOR SITES LIKE THIS ONE. I WAS JUST QBOUT TO ORDER THIS PRODUCT AND I HAD FEW QUESTION LIKE
1. HOW MUCH IS THIS PRODUCT GOING TO COST ME AFTER MY FREE TRIAL.
2. THEY NEEDED TO KNOW MY STRENGTH.
3. THEY NEEDED TO KNOW THE FLAVOR I WOULD LIKE, ETC, ETC, AND WHAT IF I HAD OTHER QUESTIONS.

I COULD NOT FIND A TELEPHONE NUMBER LIKE 1-800 SO THAT I COULD PLACE
MY ORDER. I RAN INTO TO (2) SITES SPEAKING ABOUT SCAMS FOR THIS PRODUCT THIS ONE THAT TELLS IT LIKE IT IS, AND BEAWARE PEOPLE THAT THERE IS ANOTHER SITE THAT SPEAKS FAVORABLE ABOUT SMOKE 51.
BUT EVEN AS I WAS LOOKING IT OVER I COULD TELL THE SITE WAS CREATED BY THE SMOKE 51 CREW. SO I DID NOT GO ANY FURTHER I FELT THIER MAY NOT BE A BAD REVIEW ABOUT THEM, SO I WAS GOING TO ORDER. I BUMPED INTO THIS SITE WHEN I WAS TRYING TO OBTAIN THE NUMBER.

I FEEL FOR YOUR LOSE AND AM GRATEFUL THAT YOU WERE ABLE TO SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE. IT IS JUST THAT. I KNOW, BEEN THERE, DONE THAT, AND I LEARNED. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE STEALING FROM OTHERS WHO ARE ONLY TRYING TO MAKE THIER LIVES LIVEABLE AND BETTER IN THESE TIMES OF RECESSION.

I had to cancel my card today.
Got it, , , , sent it right back the next day.
So far, 9.95 - 89.95- 29.95
Beware they will not stop charging you no matter what.
This company keeps moving around, you won't get an answer on any of the numbers.
They have been disconnected. The e mail, , won't answer you.
I have my bank filing a complaint and have a case number.

The same thing, trying to cancel and can't get anyone, or any information. I ordered Smoke-51 starter kit. $9.95 to try. They imediately charged my credit card, $98.95, and $ 24.95 Which I have'nt even received. I tried for hours to cancel, and my credit card company on what to do. So they are investigating, sending papers to sign. Smoke anywhere comes up on computor, and when you get someone, they say oh that's not our company.EZ Smoker also comes up on your credit and they say they are't the company, very flustrating. Espesially when you ca go to a BP Gas station and get the Kit for $49.00, and can buy as you go no postage and handling. Very disapointed Then you have to get a new card and pass word, and number.

I fell for the very same thing. I had done a google on e-cigarettes and found the site that advertised the kit for $9.95 which I received in a few days. The $9.95 charge to EZ Smoker showed up immediately on my account and a couple weeks later I noticed a charge of $89.95 and another for $29.95 to Smoke Anywhere. My bank did an investigation to no avail. To make a long story short I cancelled my card today and will have another issued within 5-7 days...it looks like I'll have to swallow my loss but I can't afford to have these thieving sob's take any more of my savings in the future. Buyer beware! Make sure you do a bit of research before you give out your card number to ANYONE on the internet. There are thousands of these scams floating around and this is definitely one of them!

I also was scammed into this product.Trial offer...9.95, and now I also was billed 129.00 on my card...trial offer my butt!!!
Boy how companies scam people...I will never order another thing from this company.If your thinking about ordering this trial offerDont do it...
No address, no answering of the phone number provided, yes...a scam!
I hope I get a respond from my e-mail.

Man hearing this brings tears to my eyes i was scammed too 9.95 89.95 and called the bank they said nothing i can do next day i saw a posted 29.95 i canceled my card 29.95 was still took. I received a pack of fake filters and nothing else i filed a complaint with the bank cause i still have not seen terms and conditions trail?? i am deafened and disabled stressed out now this actually i feel better reading about others cause something needs to be reported about them i called a number they actually answered then transfered me to a answering machine so the people are there and yes its a scam ill never order anything new from the internet. and i quit the old fashion way "suffered"

My husband is going through this whole thing right now. The trial ($9.95), then the $89.95 and the $29.95. My husband is sooooo not internet savy and I wish he would've talked to me before ordering. I just sent the cancel membership e-mail today, so I am waiting to see what happens. We did receive our trial package and the next shipment, so at least we didn't lose out on that part. This product does work, but after reading all of this, I suggest buying it at a retail outlet, like the mall, where you can ask questions and not be scammed over the terms and conditions. I will let you know how our cancellation turns out! Best of luck to everyone!!!

I to got screwed like all the rest of you's. I just got a computer and my husband warned me not to get in trouble by ordering stuff so I can't even tell him what I did .Please tell me how to fix this .I'm disabled and husband is real close to losing his job, this has totaly made me sick .I can't belive this company has the athourity to keep using my credit card without my permission, isn't that considered theft? Can we all get together and file a class action suite, or something?

It has been almost 4 weeks since ordering this so-called "Free Trial" from Smoke-51 and I have not yet received the kit. Since then I have seen many, many complaints about Smoke Anywhere USA on various forums. In researching, I have learned that the Smoke-51 product gets very good reviews from e-cig reveiwers (i.e., Leaford) as far as operation, taste, vapor production; however, they are a bit pricey. Too bad they couldn't be patient and wait for the product to sell itself based on performance and taste rather than resort to scam tactics like this!! In any case, I did email the company and received a canned response 4 days later, not at all addressing my shipping concern. Yesterday, after digging a little deeper for information on Smoke Anywhere USA, I found Isaac Golan is listed as the owner. The company telephone number is 888-766-5351. I did reach a receptioninst who connected me with a customer service rep who said that trial offers come from another location and they are just beginning to ship them on 10-22. I canceled via telephone and email yesterday just to be safe -- my bank account has only been charged the initial $9.95, 4 days after completing the offer online. This morning, I noticed all three toll free numbers for Smoke-51 that spouted off information on returns and web site addresses are not operational... My bank says I am protected from scams via VISA since I used my Visa debit card to order. But I will have to wait 30-60 days for refund and in the meantime, Smoke Anywhere gets paid. Today I will order a new debit card just to be safe!

All the above is true. I had to cancel my card. They took 9.95 and then a few days later 119.00. I am disputing the charge with my bank. I finally received the merchandise and now can't find any address to send it back to. All there numbers are recorded msgs. and their e-mail addresses come back as undeliverable... DO NOT ORDER THE TRIAL E-CIG... IF YOU PEOPLE WANT INFO ON E-CIGS AND RELIABLE SOURCES GO TO THE WEBSITE WWW.VAPATRON.COM LOTS OF GOOD INFO AND WILL GIVE YOU RELIABLE SOURCES. MY NAME THERE IS GOBSTOPPER.

Why not just keep the starter kit...what are they gonna do? They've scammed far too many people for any of us to feel any remorse in keeping it. It seems they do not issue RMA's anyway and you know the smoke-51 e-cig didn't even cost them $9.95 to begin with!! I hear it is a pretty good e-cig so no disrespect to the manufacturer, just this particular supplier who is responsible for the scam!!

I began using this product in August and was very impressed. It is the best e-cig on the market, but----I had to return 2 defective batteries in September and have been unable to reach them since. No replacements sent and I am trying to remove the charges from my credit card.
Interestingly enough, I received an e-mail today from them asking about the defective batteries. I simply can"t figure out what is going on. I wish they would get their act together because the product is far superior to other E-cigs.
