Smoke 51 advertised a 7 day free trial. Just pay 14.95 for shipping and handling, , , , , , , , and if you are not satisfied with thier product, simply e-mail them for RMA #. YEAH RIGHT!!! On september 18 I ordered smoke 51. They charged my card 14.95. On oct 3rd. I recieved the package and that smae day they charged my card 89.95!!! No free trial here!!! Then on Oct 6th, they charged me 29.95 more!!! I have E-mailed them several times only to be ignored. There is no number I can find to get a human on the phone. They have posted fake news broadcasts on youtube and other sites to sucker people. If anyone knows a way of getting to this company, please E-mail me, TransmanT@aol.com . I would love to sue these people.

I too ordered an ecig/ Original charge came from EZSmoker. They claim they never had my order and it came from SMOKE51. They referred me to their website. There is no telephone number. I have emailed them 3 times and never got an answer. Now I have n $89.95 and a $29.95 charge to my credit card. Went to the Better Business Bureau site and filed a complaint. I have also filed a dispute with my credit card co. I never did get any more merch. from Smoke 51 despite the charges. Guess I should cancel my card so this doesn't happen every mo.

Smoke 51 is a scam. They tried to get me too. I cancelled my debit card and reversed the charges. They aren't screwing me. I was smart enough to do a search. (After almost 3 weeks of not receiving the product.) I seen they screwed a lot of people.. Call the bank, cancel card, reverse transaction.. Try to screw me?? SCREW YOU ! ! ! They'll have to pay for the transaction and the reversal.. Not me... My bank has their account number where they tried to steal my money. You screwed with the wrond guy Mother Fu**ers...

Smoke-51 is definately a scam. I ordered in September and they promptly charged me 9.95 for shipping. After about 4 weeks I emailed the cancel address to cancel order and have shipping refunded. I received automated reply that order was in processing. October 31 and I still have not received the order and now they have charged me 89.95.

Any attorney's reading these complaints?

I also experienced the exact same thing, my bank has reversed the charges but stated that if the merchant disputes the reversal they will have to reinstate the charge. If any one finds an actual phone number for these scammers please post it.

I believe that this is a GOOD product being distributed by a BAD - SHYSTER - THEIVING - company... I have had the same experience as all of you. I ordered the Trial. The package did not arrive before the 14 day trial had expired. Smoke 51 has since then taken $130.00 (total) from my bank acct. My REPEATED EMAILS have not received any responses. There is no Phone # that you can talk to anyone or leave a message. I have had to cancel my debit card and am waiting for the new card to arrive. You know what an inconvience that is! Totally disrupts your everyday life. I am researching alternative distributors.

I guess everyone had the same experience I did. I'm going to try to go to the address on the shipping label since I live near by. 3101 W. Hallandale Blvd., Pembroke Park, Fl. An attorney needs to start a class action suit for us.

I had the same problem as everyone else only my order somehow got doubled. I was charged $9.95 twice, then $179.90, then $59.90. I got one smoke51 kit and returned it (after trying many emails and finding no phone number). Although Smoke Anywhere, USA, Inc. took the money out of my bank, I could find nothing on them so I sent it all back to Smoke51 since that is the Company that sent it to me. I was credited $89.90 and $29.90 and $9.95. Now I need the second half back. I finally got a phone number from the website. I am trying it. I agree they should be sued! It has been a nightmare

Go to Ripoff.com and file a complaint. There are a lot of complaint file there also.
