I joined this cheat company as a designer for some time but they did not give my salary.
Before me they have not paid salaries of 3-4 more employees.
They hire ppl get work from them and then say you have not done anything we will not pay you.
The company owner Navneet singh is a big liar and cheater. They claim to give industrial training also but navneet him self does not know T of Technology. He has never worked on any project and have no experience. He makes all students fools.
They are a BIG CHEATERS... DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I know well company owner they are real people and try to clear as much concepts. Students also have to do some effort to learn the programming languages and understand the industry environment. No one can force people to learn technology if person not leaned to learn something. I also learn a lot of things from Navneet and saying thanks for that not even technology but learn that how to deal with people and difficult situations. Even i worked with him as well if you are talking about salary if person is not utilizing the time for the company and taking advantage of it for personal use then who will pay you.
Hello Mr Amit Bhatia, a designer & a student.You guys have my contact no.As i don't know you people, is it possible that if anyone of you contact me & have some guts to prove, what you have written here, at least.Or i have encountered some other ID's like priya angel, some id on name of Robert.This is very easy to create fake ID's & defame people..Just look at yourself, that how you manage this much free time. I have pity upon you, as these id's are managed by a single person.This shows level of frustration you have in your life.God Bless You & do some meditation.
Company owner Navneet Baidwan, his wife Sundeep Baidwan and his main employee, Balkar Aulakh - they all three are big fraudsters and cheaters. They are befooling engineering students for 2-month, 6 months industrial training. They don't have any knowledge themselves about IT/website development, neither they have skilled resources. BE CAREFUL before going to Smartwiz technologies (www.smartwiztech.com).
Yes I have heard about this company from my friend, he went there for 6 months training and was totally frustrated by navneet and his wife. They know nothing about any programming language and give industrial training.
