Smartdata Enterprises Nice, Polite Ways of Working and Hassle-Free Execution of Projects

One of my friends recommended smartData Enterprises to me when I discussed the concern about my website not ranking on Google. I approached resources of smartData and fixed an appointment for initial discussion. Since that appointment, I never faced any hindrances till the completion of the project. I salute the designing team and SEO guys also to get my website the necessary touch-ups to attract the attention of a good crowd.

smartData employees are groomed in a manner to discover extended ways of doing things. My assignment was like a plain text given to them. But I was startled by their innovative minds which made it attractive.

smartData just executed the best of till date task for my project. My quest for nice developers ended here where I met developers who had all that is needed for providing clients what they actually ask for. smartData is trustworthy and maintains standards that eventually leave you happy and satisfied.

I had a very bad experience with an IT company. So, while outsourcing I was really confused about the whole process. I chose smartData located in India and can proudly recommend it to other businessmen who are fetching a proper team of professionals who can bring their expectations into reality. They are perfect in estimating the time and price required for successful accomplishment of a project.

They speak what they are. There are many companies who boast about their resources and capabilities. smartData is one of the top 50 companies and it proves that by adhering to its policies. I am happy with their performance. Their understanding of the project is good and also not many meetings have to be conducted for follow up as they themselves provide regular updates. I rate them 4.5 out of 5.

Smartdata Enterprises Worst Experience Ever

Avoid this SmartData Enterprises and do not be fooled by their false promises. I should known better considering they say their location is in California, but they are clearly nowhere close to the U.S. I trusted ODesk assuming that the contractors' profiles had nothing negative and the necessary skill sets were inline with the project. Many months later after initiating a project, I have found out that the individuals working are not the same individuals who of those in the profile. They share profiles just like they share emails and chat IDs. I have worked with companies all over the world and have never seen anything like this. They have missed all the deadlines promised and do not seem to care, are never apologetic, and just keep billing for errors they are causing. The project should have been done months ago, but I find myself constantly nervous that they are going to break something else.

After getting someone more professional who understands business deadlines, I have been told that there will be much work necessary to clean up their mess. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with.

Do NOT use Smart Data Enterprises.

Hello There
I will suggest to work with this company through a channel like odesk and elance and add a clause of penalty in case if they fail the deadline. By this you will get the work done on time as losing time is same as business.

In smartData after missing deadline Every time you will talk to a new person who will try to convince you that everything will be alright which waste your time. so they should pay if a loss is made of because of them.

I have worked with this company for the past 1.5 years on a very complicated project. I am a perfectionist and require precision in all that I do. I also have no previous software development experience, so I am at somewhat of a disadvantage in conveying ideas to the coders. Our company has never used a software program in the past, so in a sense we were starting from scratch. Our mission was very ambitious and complex. I shopped around using a very detailed spec document. smartData's price could not be beat and was a huge savings over all the American software companies. smartData team was always very patient and understanding throughout the development of the project as various obstacles came up and changes were required. They were creative and persistent in meeting my perfectionist demands. The live chat system works great and their written English is very clear. Quality wise, I am extremely happy with the outcome of our program. The smartData team does excellent work and they will really go the extra mile to make every last detail the way you want it. If you don?t have the time to go through each part, I would say you are likely to be unhappy no matter which company you choose. I definitely recommend taking a hands-on approach and the smartData team will make you very happy. Overall, smartData offers top notch customer service, exceptional skill/knowledge, and are very hard workers! I am and will work with them again. Highly recommended!"

They commit FRAUD by bidding low on projects they know they cannot possibly complete. Then, they waste your time with a "project manager" that has no idea what he is talking about and put up some static HTML page mock-up. Then, they will come back and tell you that whatever project you are trying to accomplish is impossible and the only way to do it will be...

Smartdata Enterprises Ripped Off By False Promises & Services

smartDatainc.com, smartData software development, smartData web design, oDesk Provider, Elance Provider

Use Caution When Dealing With smartData Enterprises, Inc.

Using an offshore development firm can save you thousands of dollars vs using a web development firm you might find here in the United States. However, the savings can be deceptive and the months, even years of aggravation can test every fiber of your being.

Let me share with those that have such an interest with the hopes of saving you the countless sleepless nights and the aggravation that will shave years off your life.

After dealing with several small web development firms in India that promised me the world and delivered far less, I was courted by a large group based in Mohali,
India by the name of smartData.

I was promised a world class site, top notch designers and developers, attention to detail I wouldn’t find anywhere else, a reasonable development timeline (8-10 weeks) and all at a very attractive fixed price.

I provided smartData with an extensive and detailed feature list and an outline explaining the relationships and functionality needed and expected. After several weeks, they cam back with a few questions, followed by a slick proposal filled with boiler plate content and general functionalities.

Agreeing to their service contract, and sending their first required payment (and by the way, not through oDesk where I had posted and was contacted through) their team was introduced to me and work began.

Rule 1: Make sure your specs, required features, functionality expectations, etc are always attached to any agreement as part of the overall project understanding.

Rule 2: Make sure your payments are made through a middle man organization like oDesk or Elance.

This is only an assumption, but it seems that most projects at smartData are assigned 3 people (resources as they term their personnel); A project manager, a programmer and a designer. My experience was that the project manager did little more than try to “up sell” you and/or request payments. The programmer seemed to be the lead talent and as far as design... well, their attention to detail was horrible.

It took almost 2 months to get a designer full time on my project and when one was finally assigned, the quality of work was far less than world class as smartData assured me I’d enjoy. But let me be fair, design is a subjective aspect to any project and I have a very detailed eye when it comes to design.

Any way, time marches on, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 10 weeks.. and it seems things are beginning to bog down and the design work is barely moving forward at all.

Because design was taking so long and what was being delivered was what I considered to be elementary at best, I started creating jog mockups of every page and every page element. When I state I spent 10 hour days for months creating everything, I did. I did this so there was no further question as to what I expected, easy right- just copy the mockup. Nope, it took at time a week for 1 single page to be duplicated properly; spacing, text, spelling, colors, placements, sizes all seemed to be ignored.

But oh, it gets better…

Okay, so we’re well into the 4th month, the deadline of 8-10 weeks long past and a new deadline established…well, to save a long story, the new deadline wasn’t met, nor the next, or the next… or even the next.

The project promised in 8 to 10 weeks was now in it’s 7th month. In that time, there were various designers, one that took leave for over 3 weeks and a replacement was never assigned.

Then comes the real surprise. The lead programmer, the person I spent so much time explaining and going over every aspect of the project with is found out to have resigned from smartData 2.5 months into the project. Why? Well, it was said to me he resigned because smartData failed to provide him a designer to work with for almost 2 months and it was causing too many delays for the project.

It gets better. As most know that have dealt with offshore development, a great deal of communication happens via chat. Here I am chatting back and forth daily with the programmer I thought I originally started with. smartData never told me he left and had been replaced. I even questioned via chat one time if I was in fact chatting with the same person because they didn’t have a clue what I was referring to when I spoke about past conversations and guidance given.

Okay, it gets even better. I not only discovered the first senior programmer left smartData but others that followed him. All along smartData remained steadfast in it’s claim that the original senior programmer was still on the job.

They lied and continued to do so even when given the chance to tell the truth.

Now, there’s a whole lot more to this story. Not only about the poor design quality, but functionality and structure that would make anyone in the know just gasped in disbelief.

I can only suggest to anyone considering the services of smartData Enterprises to consider some other provider. My experience with smartData has taught me that these people are very dishonest and have little regard to deadlines and quality.

I am totally agree with you, i got the same issue.

And it's a shame to think just money and forget the satisfaction of the client.
If we work with outsource company, it's to save money but we want to have a real work.

For my project i spent lot of money, and to be honest with you, a UK company will be less expensive for me.

Any way, i am trying to talk in all the web to say be careful with smartdata, they love to say, you will have a world class site, we are at your service, we want the best for you ...
But they always try to add you some tools to charge you more.

You think that after 6 month they understood your project, but it's not the case. Even when you asking to modify something, they ask you why do you want to do that because for them they develop the best thing. Smartdata is uncredible but true.

It's a shame to get company like smartada, avoid them to get a real website.

smartData negative reviews on the web, mentioning something fraudulent about the company are not worth considering as none of the adverse smartData reviews or reports are factual. No business in the world is untouched by malicious practices like negative publicity or defaming. smartData Enterprises scam reports or smartData negative reviews are result of such activities. Due to increasing rivalry and cut throat competition certain companies practice such negative activities.

Yes, I had a similar experience with this company in the past. Their sales team is aggressive and promises you what you want to hear. The salesperson says they will be onboard during the duration of the project. DOn't believe that as once you sign on, they will be long gone. If you have 1 person working on the project, the results will be slow and tedious as the sales people say one thing and the programming team will deliver something else. My recommendation is to avoid a large company like this because you're just a number and they don't seem to care about how the work turns out. If not you, it will be someone else tomorrow who they sign on and deliver the same crappy results.
