Slow GPRS speed
Complaint Rating: 75 % with 4 votes
While connecting GPRS service with airtel, it shows 115 kbps speed, but practically it is something like 15 kbps... I tried to contact help center, no response from them. Company should have a good service backup. Hope will come up soon.

i have tested mobile office in jaipur i get around 1 to 7kbps speed
where as i have to pay 395 per month for it i have a nokia 322o mobile and have compatibility for EDGE using DKU-5 data cable
what the matter i dont know whether testing at speedtest.net i found around 45 to 60 kbps of download speed but actual is far far away it is max 4 to 8 kbps download .
think someday this problem is cured when i change my ISP...

I am airtel gprs customer and i connect my laptop with my nokia 9300i.. but the speed is very poor.. like 2 kbps - 5 kbps.. so i cant do anything in this.. but when it connect that time indicate the speed is 115.2 kbps.. but this is not true.. and i conduct with customer care also abt this mater.. they also dont response to this.. wat is da solution to this?????????????????????????

I tried to contact help center, no response from them.

Company should have a good service backup.
