terms and conditions scam
I'm so angry and disappointed at the same time! These guys from SkinCentricFace scammed me and stole my money and they continue to hide behind their stupid Terms and Conditions!
I have signed up for their service and was supposed to get free samples every month. It was said on their website that I will have to pay for the shipping and nothing for samples.
I received my first sample and few days later they charged my card and stole $300 from me! Later they did the same thing again. When I contacted customer service they said that when I signed up I agreed to their Terms and Conditions! I never agreed to anything.
I contacted my bank and blocked SkinCentricFace from any further charges. Now I have to think of a way how to get my money back, because it seems like these guys decided to keep my money. They refused to give me a refund and cancel my subscription. People, don't fell for this scam! Avoid at all costs!
free sample scam
Joined SkinCentricFace and decided to try their product so I ordered a sample which was supposed to be free! When I registered they asked for my credit card detail and I provided them all the necessary information, yes, my fault. So, later I received my sample and not only that! I also got a charge on my credit card and they took $90 from me without my permission! I asked for my money back and they said that it was not possible since I agreed to subscribe! I never did that! Then I tried to cancel my account but could not find now to do that. Asked SkinCentricFace customer service for help and they ignored me. Total scam! Already contacted my bank and blocked SkinCentricFace.
their products didn't cost $89.99
I purchased eye-serum from the www.skincentricface.com. I paid for the shipping only and I have no idea that it was long-term subscription. I noticed that they have charged me for $89.99. This serum doesn’t cost such sum. I was shocked and tried to find information how to cancel the subscription. But there no words about cancellation. It is terrible that they don’t warn and take money from you.

Seller didn't provide the cream
People, don’t trust the company www.skincentricface.com. I ordered anti-aging cream from them, but at the beginning I asked to provide sample. The rep agreed and told to pay for the postage, but after several days they charged me for the cream as well. After that I waited for the bottle of the cream, but nothing. The seller only told to wait more. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.

Sorry you had a bad experience but your statements are not an accurate description of our customer service. First of all, nowhere do we state that you will receive free samples every month. That doesn't even make sense from a business stand point. Second of all, we have a full time customer service company which you claim you called. Are you saying they refused to give you a refund because all you needed to do was return the item and we refund your money.
Next you claim we took $300 from you but none of our products are anywhere near that amount.
