This is the first time I went to Skin Laser Essentials after I found them in Google. I've gone to Fremont Laser before and thought it was good but wanted to try somewhere else.
The decor and cleanliness of Skin Laser Essentials was nice but I found that to be the only nice thing about this place. It was overpriced, which I expected for the area but the employees were far from nice. I found them to be rude and condescending and unhelpful.
My Laser Hair Removal experience here was uncomfortable at best. The employee who did the work did not seem to accommodate my concerns.
When I took my complaint to the manager or owner that was working, her attitude was even worse than the employee I was complaining about. I just didn't get what the problem was, it was like I wasn't good enough for them or something.
There're plenty of other places to go in this same area, I won't be going to Skin Laser Essentials again, they can keep their attitude.
