Received an email offering trial samples of the two products named above. Ordered on 5-31-16. Received the product about 7 days later. The email stated that the trial was free and you only pay for shipping, which I did. After receiving the product, I found that it cause me to breakout in a rash on my face where I applied the medication, therefor I had no intention of re-ordering it or even using it again. The next time I checked my bank statement on 6-17-16, I found that I had been charged $85.95 and another $89.00. I took some investigation to determine where these charges came from because one was from "Truemakeover" and the other DTG*SKINENLIVEN. I had never hear of either. I was finally able to find a email that gave me a tacking number and I was able to call a number on the email and find out who was charging me. I call the company and asked to be reimbursed since I did not order their product, but only wanted to try a sample. The rep. said that I could have cancelled within 2 weeks or ordering the sample, but since I didn't they would not reimburse me. They
get pass the two weeks by using a different name for their charges and by starting the two week before you even receive the product. After making a threat to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, they offered to only charge me 35% of the total cost. But this reduction corresponds to the discount they they offer when I waited for the representative to get on the line. Bad Business!@!

I ordered a trial version from EyeComplexRX -SkinComplexRX. When I received a second shipment I called to cancel, return this item and get my money refunded. The number on their packing slip as well as their website is a call center, not the company at all. The person I spoke with on 10/27/2016 at 5:50 PM was named Deonte. He informed me that this company has a no return policy. I told him I did not request to have any more products delivered after the first one but was abruptly informed that apparently, I did not read the fine print. I asked for the company's physical address and was informed that he is not allowed to give that out. They apparently live on a website and in a post office box. I then asked for the name of the CEO of the company but again was told that he is not privileged to give that information out. He told me I could find all my answers on their website. Once off the phone and on their website I found a very small link to their conditions. I found no information as to who the CEO is of this company or their actual address. Deonte told me they are in California with warehouses back east. I had to insist on a cancellation confirmation number and was reluctantly given one. I then filed a claim with PeopleClaim. Then a month later another charge came out of my account! I told PeopleClaim that this is not resolved. Today I got an email from PeopleClaim with a message from EyeComplexRx stating they are refunding me a courtesy refund of $95.00. I am into this for $466.00. I know I should have been paying closer attention to all of this. But I also did not receive all the shipments I was charged for. Lesson learned! I responded that this is no courtesy, it is money returned to me that they illegally took after the confirmed cancellation. I suggested the idea of contacting an attorney for a class action suit against these thieves! I don’t know if their Arbitration clause would prevent this or not.

I too ordered the trial sizes. But then they started sending me the same sizes as the trial sizes
but charged me over $90.00 each for the Skin ComplexRX and the Eye ComplexRX.
I finally found their phone number, #[protected] and called and cancelled the orders! Their rep gave me a confirmation number! Lets see what happens next! I will call the Better Business Bureau if they charge me
any more!

Saw the commercial on TV for the free sample and agreed to pay for the shipping only. I did not authorize a second shipment, but I received it anyway. The two charges to our checking account were for $91.90 and $94.90. I called the number I found on my bank statement and reached customer service. I was given the opportunity to cancel further shipments, which I did via automated phone service. Then, I requested to speak to a customer representative to verify cancellation of further shipments and to request a full refund of the unwanted order that was sent to me. The representative stated that they could not do that according to the terms of the sale. I stated that I needed to have 100% refund of the unauthorized charges and that I would be happy to return the unopened second shipment. After speaking with her supervisor, they offered a 35% refund. I continued to press for the full refund. She came back with 50% refund, then 75% refund, to which I refused. At this time, I informed them of the name of the Florida State Attorney, Pam Bondi, and that I was on her official web site about to begin filling out the Consumer Protection Division Contact Form if I did not have a 100% refund of these unauthorized charges. She returned after speaking to her supervisor and stated that a full refund would be given and she gave me two cancellation numbers and stated that I may keep the unopened product or give it to someone who may need it. I said thank you and we hung up. I never raised my voice, nor was I rude at any point. I simply did not take anything less than 100% of my money being returned to me. I will thank God for wrinkles and grandchildren.

This happened to me too! Nowhere did I allow for more than the shipping to be charged to my card. I got charged for the next month after only having the "sample" for about a week. I payed the shipping on October 3 2016 and got it over a week later! There was no paperwork with the product and therefore nothing saying anything about any further charges. I had to search through my shipping confirmation to even find a number to contact them at all! I reported this to my bank and we filed a claim. They refuted the claim and took the money out of my account yet again. I have been fighting them all month. This will be something I never do again. What a mess. The product doesn't even work! It's not even moisturizing!

This purchase is a total SCAM and DECEIVING! I succumbed to the free trial and was subsequently in the official program after 2 weeks (unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation, so I had no way to read the “terms of acceptance”. Once I saw on my CC statement that they were charging $90 for the eye complex and $90 for the skin complex (each!), I called the automated line and cancelled. I received a confirmation. Following this i was billed for 3 additional months. They only cancelled one of the products - even though they are in the same packaging and are delivered in the same box. They are only going to allow me to return 2 of the months - I never opened the boxes - but I have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee. The customer service rep and her “supervisor" were defensive, offensive and not helpful at all. I will search every site I can to spread this word. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. The worst part is that t I’m sure they have reps policing these comments and laughing in the background because of the stupidity in falling for their SCAM.

I have also had almost $200 stolen from me by this scam company. I made the mistake of clicking on one of their ads via my cell phone. Like you all, I ordered a sample for the shipping charge, then was suddenly charged $89.95 and $85.95. They seem to use several different names, so you have no idea who you are dealing with. I had a difficult time tracking the company down so I could even contact them. What bothered me from the beginning was when I ordered the sample via my phone...I received no confirmation email, so I had no idea who I was ordering the sample from. I even panicked a bit worrying that it was maybe a hacker of some sort (no, just a scammer) When the sample arrived, there was no name or information. in or on the packaging...so again...no one to contact. I am so frustrated with this situation. I feel like I've been robbed and my account is all messed up. I tried to get paypal to help, but to no avail. This scam company keeps saying something about their 'terms & conditions', which I never saw nor would I have agreed to. I plan on sending them daily emails...I will complain all over the Internet, and warn everyone else. I did try calling...and reaching someone was not easy...and the woman I finally reached was rude. My next step will probably be to speak with an attorney; what they are doing is not right. It just doesn't seem legal nor ethical.

These people are scam artists, and exploit everyone, including the aged. I purchased the trial selection as well, and was billed, in addition to the trial offer, $91.90 for a second shipment of the Eye Complex, and $94.90 for the Skin Complex. If I were not also dealing with cancer and other health problems in my family, I would talk to an attorney about starting a class action suit. For those of you not yet affected by the second billings, look at your credit card statement for the charges, and you will find a number code on each transaction. That number is their phone number, most likely starting with 888, Call it today and cancel before you too are bilked out of nearly $200 that you probably can't afford and won't help. By the way, my wrinkles haven't budged!

Skinenliven who billed you also scams women with the Miravie cream. They are just using different names to the face cream.

You need to go to the attorney general to make a complaint. BBB won't do any good to help you with complaint.
