Dr. Dover is the director of Skincare Physicians of Chestnut Hill. He always thinks about money. He had purchased such expensive laser machines/units and so he has to make some money out of it. Regardless of what your problem is, he offers the lasers to EVERY one. When it comes to bad outcome, you can't complain because he is famous for his books and lectures and nobody would want to listen to you. I had Fraxel done for my wrinkles. First of all he had nothing to do with the procedures. All the work was done with his interns, . Then my skin became worse than before. I noticed wrinkles that I never had before.
Stay away from this heartless man
