They have ALWAYS strived hard to give them a property with true value for their money. ALL OF THEIR PROJECTS TILL DATE ARE 100 % LEGALLY CLEAR. I can vouch for that as I have spoken to their old clients before purchasing.
They are a growing company and they dream high. So, they would NEVER do anything which will spoil their reputation as an honest and transparent developer. Sizzle Properties are good in terms of selling the plots, meaning it is good for those who are purchasing property for investment purpose. All the above comments only explain about their experience when they bought the plot.
Now, let me explain you all about the cons of Sizzle Properties. This is about WindFlower layout which was sold about a year ago:
1. They have promised for providing electricity...but its more than 2 months there are no poles atleast
2. They have not provided Katha documents even after 1 year of site purchase
3. The layout plan has been changed no where we find the updated layout plan (online / their site)
4. No proper under ground drainage
5. There is no security for the layout, the compound wall has broken by somebody
These guys are fake guys;
Please go for any other developers, though the rate may be slightly high
they are opportunistic, they do all false promises, even the layout plan and other disadvantages they hide and sell and u will be in trouble
In continuation of my above statement, i feel very very happy to say, even though i am from other state i felt homely with sizzle team and the government official at malur registration office, were very cordial and supportive at entire registration process, my site being A katha and approved by malur development authority(govt of karnataka), really i felt buying a govt approved site hazzle free the whole process got completed within 20 days unbelivable in buying a land, THANKS to sizzle properties pvt ltd.

This is Ramachandran from KGF, working in BEML. I too the owner of a plot in Iris project in Malur. I support the statement given by my fellow plot owner. The legal documents and Layout infrastructure are par excellent we are happy that people like me from Kolar were able to get a plot in this fully developed layout, where the Government should lead in providing housing, but its great to see private players are providing such service. Yes, I agree the above statements. Sizzle Properties are one of the premium Layout Developer of Bangalore East, I have purchased a plot in Iris Layout Malur. The service of the Organisation is excellent, I came to know that Some wrong elements are trying to mislead people through social media like Mouthshut.com, I am having doubt whether some compitators are manuplating the fact or Mouthshut itself trying to mislead... Its really strange thing. BUT as of my plot its completely approved by Government authority and we are shortly going to have our own residential association. So I request all the plot owners to place their comments and lets stand for the quality of product whcih Sizzle has given to us... ALL THE BEST SIZZLE PROPERTIES

Wow! I just want to share my experiences at sizzle properties. At first you would be impressed with the sizzle properties. I invested my money on buy house with sizzle properties. I brought 2BHK house on 30*40 dimension for 35 lakhs just 2 years back ago. Everyone at home is jubilant with how things went with Sizzle Properties. We've got everything out here. This place is genuinely great. I strongly recommend all of you to buy from them. They started off as a small company and are now developing plenty of layouts surrounding Bangalore. Their team is young and dynamic and would support you at all times. I am saying this from my personal experience. Sizzle properties associates helped me in each n every steps from loan to registration and after. They still support me if I am in need of anything related to my property. Before booking the property, i had lot of doubt like:
1. How can i trust this people?
2. Whether i will get returns on this property?
3. Legally, is it a good property or not ?
4. Whether i will get loan on this property? and more.

Sizzle Properties are developing best residential layouts.
I have been searching since last 6 months to invest on plots in my budget with high prospect. I visited Sizzle Properties who are developing project which is in Malur called Atlantis. Their project conceptions are fresh, innovative. They are developing layouts like so smooth which was making it arduous to believe on how a developer got transformed from average quality to best quality which I could not even compare with the other local developers in the surrounding. As conventional a customer never gets gratified irrespective of the value so I could not, but when I compared the value vs price between them and other builders/developers, I got myself rectified. I am really ecstatic to invest in Atlantis project because circumvented area is well developing by full of industrial SEZ, 6 line Chennai-Bangalore expressway, and industrial outer ring roads. The sales executive answered all queries to my contentment. I hope they will keep all promises which are being promised for Atlantis and entire transaction will go very smoothly. I am doing little bit more research afore I book it, but I am sure that the prices may go up further.

I wanted to share my experience after visiting sizzle properties projects near Chikka Tirupathi (off. Whitefield). They are developing Very good & affordable layouts and they are providing all basic amenities. It's quite accessible to Hospitals, schools, college, offices and weekend hang outs. They have approved gated community projects at a lower price range compared to other projects in the vicinity. I'm looking forward for a good deal. Sizzle properties executive was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information which I required. I checked with my other friends who also have booked with Sizzle Maybelle. Most of them agreed that this property is good and has clear title documents. Overall, i had great experience with Sizzle Properties which is and i will plan to utilize their services in the future.

Sizzle properties are developing very good gated community layouts. I purchased site in one of their layouts, They are given clear title property and the best service till registration. I never had such good experience with other builders.
