Last mo.(sept.)i received an unsolicited charge on my credit card for your services i called & you said you would cancel the account & notify my credit card company to remove the billing.now ireceived this mo. bill with same charges, tried to call you & your phone number stated on the bill is no longer in service. take care of this or i will call the better business bureau here in wi. bonnie graves

Call the business once.

ALL calls after that to the credit card company. Start a fraud investigation there.
