We just got married in Yosemite on July 26th. We set everything up with Simply that Flowers starting in January. We gave them a deposit shortly after to reserve the date. When it came time to send in half the payment 4 weeks prior to the wedding they quit taking calls and emails except to say that they were really busy and everything would be fine. Two weeks before the wedding we finally got a hold of them and they had all kinds of excuses and were freaking out because we wouldn't leave them alone but we were just trying to pay for our flowers. Anyways they told us that they were not going to do our flowers and to find another florist. This was two weeks before our out of state wedding. This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company. They still refuse to pay us back our money and will not take our calls. They are in so far over their heads running a business that No One in their right mind should use this company and no one with good conscience should refer them to anybody. We talked to the Ahwahnee Hotel while we were there and they let us know that they had heard from their guests the same thing and that they no longer use them in any sort of way.

I think it would be best to take this complaint off this board.

It has no merit and we are in legal counsel now and it would be advised.
It is slander.
This 100% false!

I have worked closely with Ginny and Natalie at Simply That not only in a professional way (I am a wedding photographer in the area) but also as a client. I was recently married in Yosemite on June 14, 2008. Not only were the flowers unique and beautiful, the pair of them made the whole experience a breeze. I gave Ginny my ideas and let them use their talent as designers to create natural and colorful pieces for our special day. Our flowers were even more wonderful than I imagined and I can give them full credit with the design as I only gave them color schemes and a budget, they did the rest! The other projects I have seen from them were also top notch! I can tell you one thing, these two will never "freak out" as the complaint above states. They are two professional and caring people who only want your day be the best it can be and will do everything in their power to assure it will be. Also I know for 100%, Simply That Flowers will continue to be a vendor at the Ahwahnee as their work is in sync with a 5 star hotel! I also think the complaint should be removed as it is slanderous and untrue! Thanks Ginny and Natalie for helping to make our wedding SUPERB!

The complaint has no merit what so ever!

2, 000 weddings and counting and 1 complaint...humm...wonder what the deal is here?!

Maybe this groom realizes that the lady he married is making a joke of him by taking the time to write this complaint.

There are two sides to every story and on my side there is over a 2 inch file of e-mails and questions and this was for a $400.00 wedding.

On two occasions the bride freaked out with swear words and would call back an hour later all calm and saying how sorry she is or was...it goes on and on and as I say there are two sides to every story...please disregard his post and trust in our reputation and our quality of service and work!

It speaks for itself!

Oh...
The only other complaint we got was in 05' and that was the Lilies were too fresh and not opened enough!

We were also pleased with the work of Ginny and Natalie at Simply That Flowers. The quality was wonderful and the finished product so beautiful and unique. They were professional and easy to work with. At times busy with holidays such as Mothers Day, but always returned my calls and emails. Maybe the bride who complained should take a step back and think about what she did so wrong that Ginny did not want to work with her? Keep up the good work Ginny and Natalie.
