I ordered a FREE sample of the Silkies Enrich product, which I did receive. I have now received an invoice for more product that I never ordered and never received. The invoice is for $19.94. I've asked them to please cancel my account now and clear their billing system of any bills they think I owe. I never ordered any product that would be a billed item. I told them in an email that I will take legal action if they do not clear this up. And, I told them to please take me off their mailing and email list. I do not do business with companies that try to take advantage of prospective customers. I cannot reach them by phone, as their system is automated, with no live person to talk to.
