A received a Friendly Reminder for $19.94 from you. I sent a letter ~ a month ago to advise you that I have never and will never place an order. At one time you sent me 3 little samples of your cream. After using l sample my face broke out terribly and is still in pretty bad shape. So you can see, I WOULD NEVER HAVE PLACED ANY ORDER FOR THIS CREAM. Please check your records and advise me that you have cleared this matter up. If you need a copy of the letter I'll be happy to try to find it and email it to you.
