A sales representative had came to my house around April 30 or May 1 or May 2 to sell me the product. I have written a check for $124.96 for 3 gallons of clean & simple and had postdated the check for June 3, 2008. He said that I have a month to try the product out since I have postdated the check. If I the product doesn't turn out the way he said it would, I can refund the product within the month and I will get additional gallons and keep the one I have. I was not satisfied with the product since it was misrepresented. I asked for a refund within the week.

The same day I purchased the product, I realize that the receipt I have had the wrong address. I called the number 530-541-8649 which was on the receipt and left a message saying that the address on the receipt was the incorrect address and was afraid that I would not get the product. Heather called and left me a message 1-2 days later. She had left a message for me to call her back if I had gotten the products or not. I called her back to let her know that I received the products, but was not satisfied with it since it did not do what the sales representative said it would do.

Heather even said that the sales representative over sold the products and had mislead me. She said that there is refund within 72 hours and since I postdated my check, that Rich will come by and pick up the product from my porch and she will void my check.

Heather told my to leave the products in my front porch and Rich will come by and pick it up the same night. I was only gone for 3 hours and when I came back, the products was gone. Next thing I knew, my check was cashed on May 29, 2008. I didn't know until May 30, 2008 when I deposited my check to the ATM, some money was gone. I check my account, and I have realized that your company had cashed my check. Since there weren't enough funds, there was an overdraft charge of $20.00. I had just gotten gas on the 30th of May, because I knew there was enough money. Since the check was cashed on the 29th, there was another charge of $20.00. I assumed that she and the company are honest, so I didn't called my bank to make a stop payment.

I called the number 530-541-8649 Friday night (May 30, 2008) and left a message. I did not get a returned called. So on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, I had called again and left a message. Heather returned my call and said that Rich came by the house and did not see the products on the front porch and the products were stolen. She said she had called and left me a message and didn't hear a called back from me, so she went ahead and cashed the check.

I did not get a call from her stating that the products was not there at my front porch. I wont be that stupid to not call her back if she had left me a message. I don't even have the products. I'm certain that no one has not stolen the products; I live in a safe neighborhood.

If the products would to be stolen, it would have been stolen when the sales representative left it there for us. It wasn't stolen then, and it certainly wouldn't be stolen when I have left it there for Rich to pick it up that night. Plus, why didn't he knock on the door if he didn't see the products. There were people home, but nope, he didn't knock on the door.

The sales representative damage my kitchen drawers when he came and demonstrated the product at my home. I didn't know that until he had left. I was unhappy about that. That was a FALSE STATEMENT and I was MISREPRESENTED. I know that he had come and pick up the products and the company still when ahead and cashed my check and keep the products. The only person I have been talking to is Heather and no one else.

I wonder why is that, is this a fake company? What kind of training is the company teaching them, what to give false statement/information so customers can buy the product and at end denied what they have said.The sales representative guarantee money back, boy was that wrong. That is unfair!!! The only number that's on the website is 530-541-8649, and they never pick up the phone. There is a message stating that they are not in the office and that they are somewhere selling their product. So I would leave a message and only Heather would call me back.

I wounder is she the only one working there? I know for a fact they came and took the product, because there was no calls after the day I left the product on the porch. I want to speak to someone else other than Heather, like a higher Manager. I have also written a letter to the company, and have not heard from them. Since I made a complaint with the better business bureau, they have modify their website.

To Whom it may concern:


We have been in business since 1994 with over 800, 000 happy customers, which include television and movie stars, world famous singers, professional athletes and some of the highest ranking politicians in the country as well as everyday hard working people.

We also fill literally thousands of dollars worth of reorders every single month, a fake company? We don't think so.

The primary reason that we follow the ''72 hour right of rescission'' as set forth by the Consumer Trade Commission is to protect our Independent Distributors. If they don't pick up the product then the order is charged to them in full. As a rule of thumb most of the sales representatives or Independent Distributors are still working in the same area within that 72 hour period. In this case, Ms. Thoa contacted the company one full week after her initial purchase stating that she had placed a stop payment on her check. In lieu of her cancellation we had asked our product manager to stop by and pick it up the unwanted product. Sierra Solutions attempted to pick up the product only one time, and it was not there or made available to us. Rich did knock on the door, however no one answered. He left without any product.

We feel that we have made a reasonable effort to retrieve the product. Ms. Thoa refused to make it available to us. Only then did we attempt to cash Ms. Thoa's check.

We might add that the small number of complaints we receive relative to Sierra Solutions huge number of sales has everything to do with the professional care of the Customer Service team, and our professional Independent Distributors. In other words... you can make most of the people happy most of the time but you can't make all he people happy all the time!

In short, this situation is comparable to someone purchasing a new car, not making payments and then hiding it from the repo company expecting to keep it for free.
