I received my discover card statement and had a recurring charge for 12.00 per month for two different .com listings that turned out to be the same company. I called the discover people and the said I signed up for this when I booked a flight for my son in the army to come home on leave. I told them I did no such thing and they said it was automatic! I knew I had been scammed and it had been going on for two months. My wife does the bill paying and thought it was a service fee related to the flight we bookies and did not tell me about it. I did not learn about it till the second month of charges! I put the charges in dispute and called the company and told them to cancel the alleged membership. I started looking up this company and the list of complaints is impressive. I urge anyone who does anything business on line to look out for this scam and I hope some law enforcement or regulatory agency gets on the case. I can easily see how these charges can go unnoticed!

My American Express Card has a charge of $12.00 that I did NOT authorize. I have NOT subscribed to your Shoppers Plan nor have I used your services. Please eliminate that charge and all future possible charges. Also, please eliminate my name and e-mail address from your lists.

This did not even have a small print or I would have seen it...Look, call 301-459-8020 and give them the amount being removed from your bank account take your bank statements to your bank branch. make copies and file...a dispute. You must do this in person. If you have used your bank card. Have a new one issued. This way they have no way of using your account again. Most banks can give you a temporary for use right away some you will need to wait for the mail. You must first file the dispute with your bank or financial institution. Call the company let them know that you are requesting the funds to be reimburst to you because you did not sign or agree to the amount being taken from you.

Do not fight with them. Write down the information on a calendar, take down all notes and names of who you speak too. The bank associates too. If all else fells without any help. Get the attorney and sue for harassment or fraud. Believe me. There is away for you to take charge of the purchases that are coming out of your account. God Bless and I hope for the best...These are the companies that believe the customer is NEVER RIGHT...eva

In my haste to place an order with buy.com I apparently inadvertinately agreed to shoppersdiscount membership. I called the 1800 number and spoke to a very helpful young lady who immdiately canceled my membership and issued my account a credit. So even though I didn't really want or knowing agree to this, the company was very helpful and eager to help me in taking the charge off and ending my membership.

I just noticed a reaccuring charge of $12.00 every month since June 2008. I got suspicious and did a search for shoppersdiscount.com and came here. I was shocked to see so many similar compaints. Authorities should be alerted to this scam and people should go to jail.
