shopakira.com Fake leather jacket and rude seller

I purchased leather jacket from the company www.shopakira.com. I paid about $500 for the jacket, but it turned out that the jacket was fake. The leather wasn’t real. I started to complain with the rep, but he told me a lot of unpleasant and rude. I was shocked the seller behaved like this. I don’t advise anyone to buy from them. Please leave comments if you have the same situation as mine.

I purchased a gift from this company. It never arrived. They processed payment. When I reported that it had not arrived, they made me do 3 weeks of legwork attempting to locate the item. When the item was not located, they basically said sorry. Decided to keep my payment but not to replace the item.

shopakira.com No communication and confirmation info

I ordered jacket, shoes and handbag from the website www.shopakira.com. I paid for the order with my Visa card and the shoes cost about $200. After that I waited for the confirmation email and the receipt, but the seller didn’t provide me it. Also the seller mentioned the contact information on the website, but no one replied to my emails and phone calls. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
