My Openion is that the product Quality is very nice but about the delivery and support they are comparitively weak with respect to their Competitors.i think they should have to work on that area.i definetely recommend shopyug.com to anyone
I ordered some shoes from this website 4/18 was given a tracking number, however when I go to the ems website to track the order no new info is available and I still haven't recieved my shoes.

I sent for 2 pairs of custom fit walking shoes. Received 1 pair around May 10 but have not received the other pair. I liked the shoes alot and would like to know what happened to the other pair. I sent a check for both pairs. The order number is 96700 Thank you.
